Hilde is absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! She did mine and my husband's wedding cakes last weekend. I wanted the standard white bridal cake, nothing too flashy (she did however add 3 sports teams logos that I love to the back of my cake per my request, no problem). But my husband, he wanted a video game cake. We told Hilde about what we wanted and she made it happen!
Not only do her cakes look great, but they taste amazing as well! We had different flavors on different layers and they were so good. I got a lot of compliments on them. Thanks so much Hilde with Magnificent Cakes!

I hired Magnificent Cakes of Birmingham, AL to make my wedding cake. From start to finish, Hilde was great to work with. She was responsive and provided clear instruction about the cake design. The wedding cake was delivered on time and it was both beautiful and tasty. The price of the cake was affordable. I would recommend purchasing your own cake stand from E-Bay for $30.00, however.
If you rent the stand from this Hilde, you'll have send it back and pay a rental fee which is nearly the same cost as purchasing your own stand. That choice is yours to make. I ordered my own stand. Overall, she delivered what I asked for. My guests enjoyed the cake and so did my groom and I. We will use Magnificent Cakes again.

Magnificent Cakes made my wedding cake and it was beyond beautiful! She did such a wonderful job. We did four layers - 2 layers of vanilla, 1 layer of strawberry, and 1 layer of red velvet. The strawberry and red velvet were a huge hit! Would 100% recommend Magnificant Cakes to anyone. The prices are really reasonable.

I have always heard good things about Magnificent Cakes and have had treats from the caboose but Saturday, August 22 was my first taste of one of Hilde's wedding cakes. I could have eaten the entire cake. It was not only exquisite in appearance but it was melt-in-your-mouth, make-all-your-taste- buds-happy, delicious. I once catered weddings and made cakes and I know how difficult it can be to make a cake taste as good as it looks. Well done!

Hilde at Magnificent Cakes was wonderful to work with. From our initial consultation (where she sent me home with an extra plate of sample for my fiance who was out of town) to perfect on-time delivery, we couldn't have been happier. Not only was our cake beautiful, but it was delicious. We got tons of compliments on how delicious our wedding cake was. When we got back from our honeymoon, we enjoyed a slice out of the freezer, and it was still delicious. The almond cake is especially delicious!
