I had a wonderful experience at Bella Couture while searching for my dream wedding gown. While I did not find the one that day, Colleen was there for me every the step of the way, helping me find the style of dress that works best for me. The boutique itself is stunning and intimate, and of course their dress selection is superb. I highly recommend coming here during your wedding gown search!

They have an excellent amazing selection of gowns and at amazing prices. You couldn't ask for a more friendly staff or more wonderful experience. They are so patient, supportive, friendly, and really care for their clients. Their hearts are pure & there is no pressure. Just super sweet staff, gorgeous gowns, amazing prices, and an awesome WOW experience!

Bella Couture was a breath of fresh air compared to the chain wedding dress shops. The staff was amazing and friendly and so knowledgeable! Kelsey assisted me in finding my dream dress and she pulled the best dresses for me and ones I never thought that I would love. I highly suggest Bella Couture when looking for wedding dresses. You couldn't go wrong!

After going to two other bridal shops and being very disappointed with the selections for our budget, we ended up here. My daughter was treated like a princes, the entire experience was what you would expect and want for your daughter. They went above and beyond to make her experience grand! We found the perfect wedding dress for my daughter and didn't have to settle.

Their prices for the type of dress she wanted was actually lower then the other two shops and the detail and quality was more then we could have hoped for. I recommend everyone to atleast go by and check out their dresses before deciding on a dress. We almost settled for a dress far less! Thank you for making this day so special for my daughter!

Let me start with the positive by saying Colleen and Kelsey were AMAZING to work with! My dress was beautiful had the dress of my Dreams, however I had one of the most embarrassing moments on my life here. An older lady (can't remember her name) helped me when I came back 6 months later for my final fitting. I had gained a little bit of wait but not much so the dress was a little snug.

I still had months left until my wedding. She proceeded to loudly announce that I had gained weight and everyone in the store heard. She told me I needed to lose weight. She said this multiple times to the point of me crying in the store. She apologized but I just can't ever imagine saying that to anyone let alone a bride to be and that was supposed to be one of the best moments. I was all for Bella Coutoure but after that traumatic experience, I had to give it 3 stars. I hope that lady left for anyone's sake!

Beautiful facility but awful customer service. My mother and I walked in and we were greeted at a far distance (they have a very long hallway at the entrance.) asking what were we coming in for today. After she couldn't hear what I was saying (obviously) she walked closer and I asked if they had any mother of bride gowns and she said no, then said well we have a few but only a few sizes and that she would not be able to order any other sizes.

I said well do you have any bridesmaid dresses and she's said uh, we have a few but only a select size and we can not order any other sizes as they are being discontinued too. She then walked us over to the small selection and repeated that she can not order any other sizes as they are being discontinued for the third time like I was illiterate and walked away. VERY RUDE AND NOT PERSONABLE AT ALL.

After she walked away I felt like she didn't want us there or had no desire to assist us. After looking at a few dresses which were pretty but a little over priced, another associate stood right next to me and hung up a dress and said nothing to me, and another associate walked past and did not say anything. I felt so out of place, I did not care to spend my money there as I did find a dress for my mom and some earrings that I liked for my wedding gown. I will never visit this shop again.

I had a fantastic experience here! I came in with my mom for a pick-me-up to a long week and we never believed we would leave having found my wedding dress! The service was amazing and it felt so warm and genuine in there. My taste in styles varied greatly, but the women there suggested the perfect gowns. I never felt pressured or rushed and I was even gifted a few things upon purchasing my dress! I highly recommend using Bella Couture

Marsha and Colleen were so accommodating and eager to help. The dresses at Bella Couture are beautiful with lots of choices. I really enjoyed my experience shopping with them and will recommend to my friends.

Kristen and Colleen were absolutely amazing! They made me feel right at home the whole time I was there. They were beyond sweet and beyond helpful. I found my dress within an hour and it was my first time going wedding dress shopping ever! Great, friendly staff! Large and affordable selection of wedding dresses! They made wedding gown shopping a wonderful experience! My youngest daughter purchased her wedding dress here a couple of months ago and my oldest daughter just made her first and only appointment at Bella Couture! I would highly recommend Bella Couture!

The #1 shop for MOB dresses. When I arrived, I had already tried on over 100 dresses. Emily talked to me and asked the questions and found me exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she ask what I wanted but questions about the wedding to make sure I had the perfect dress! They took wonderful care of me. Very professional!

The sales associate I worked with was polite and helpful in the dressing room. However, I was reflecting upon how she kept describing me as "plus sized" and said she "felt sorry for me" because there were not many samples in my size. I love the way I look I look and I don't feel sorry for myself so I feel that comment was unnecessary and not very body positive.

What I think would be more helpful is if Bella Couture orders a more varied selection of sample sizes and this would make it a more pleasant shopping experience for more "full figure" (which would have been the more appropriate and body positive term) women. I'm not saying they have to have all bridal sizes up to 26, but a few more 16s and 18s would be nice.

The associates comment did not make me feel comfortable in the store and the lack of sample sizes made my experience quite unpleasant. I got the impression that my presence and business were not wanted at Bella Couture.

Had a wonderful experience, up until the very end when both of the groups in front of me were offered champagne for buying dresses, and when we finished up our purchase we weren't offered anything. just as an update, make sure your group looks over the age of 21.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was a 61 year-old (grandmother) bride, so this was not my first wedding, and I was marrying a man whose first wife had died. So we wanted an elegant wedding, but not trying to look like twenty-somethings. Bella Couture helped me find the perfect dress. It had to be rush ordered as I was late in finding this shop, after having already been everywhere else and had already bought two dresses that turned out NOT to be "the" dress.

I was desperate. But I knew I'd find "the" dress here after a few minutes. The salesclerk took me to the perfect rack of "mother of the bride" dresses, but all of which could be ordered in my size and in the color of my choice. I found THE perfect dress (only it was in navy). We ordered it in ivory with champagne lace overlay and it was gorgeous!

It came in earlier than expected, but still only two weeks before the wedding. They altered it to perfection with only days to spare. I got soooo many compliments on my dress. I was thrilled with how it all turned out, and I felt the shop made everything turn out perfectly with their excellent follow-through with the dress company, making sure the dress came in in time, and then giving excellent, attentive service to make it perfect.

The ladies at Bella Couture are simply WONDERFUL! Such a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond for their brides. I can't recommend them enough, every one of the ladies there are so sweet and helpful!

Colleen, the owner, is simply amazing! She was so accommodating, helpful, and honest with her answers. Her staff are all very friendly and reliable! I was interested in purchasing a dress from out of town, and Colleen not only sent me photos, but also emailed me videos! That was above and beyond what I expected and I appreciated it so much! Great experience!

Liz was great to work with and Bella Couture has a large selection of wedding dresses. Prices range from $500-$7000 or more, maybe! Although I did not find my dream dress here, I highly recommend, especially if a bride is looking for a beautiful dress with a smaller budget. I really did enjoy this boutique and I highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Birmingham area.
