I can't begin to explain how appreciative I am for the Florida Weddings team and all they did to make my wedding in Treasure Island seamless. I was moving on a tight timeline and was under a lot of stress but once I spoke to Debbie and Dale, I knew exactly what I needed to do to secure our day. They truly made the process easy. At every check-in, we reviewed all my options for the wedding and made sure it was everything my husband and I wanted.

The photographs were also amazing! The photographer was thorough and extremely patient with us. It was a beautiful day and would absolutely recommend FLWeddings and their team!

We want to thank you all so much for everything you did! Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing! Debbie was awesome in her communication and helping me make sure all the details of the wedding were to my standards. Tiffany was so sweet in handling my flower order and executed my bouquet perfectly! Dale was an awesome officiant and made sure the ceremony went smooth.

My husband and I had our wedding on August 28th in Clearwater Fl, and it was absolutely beautiful! Tiffany, Debbie and Dale did such a wonderful job. Everything was seamless and our guest had a great time. I worked with Debbie from the beginning and she was always very responsive and polite, she answered all my questions and was very helpful. Tiffany ensured the flowers and cake looked beautiful and the cake tasted absolutely delicious as well. Dale was so helpful on the day of. He was very cheerful and proficient at orchestrating the ceremony. He made me feel calmed and made certain we had a beautiful moment. I would highly recommend!

Where to start!?! We were married the first weekend in August 2021 at Marco Island and there are not enough words to express how happy we were with the whole process. From the initial conversation with Dale and Debbie, we knew we had made the right choice for our special day. We have never worked with a more professional group who had such an amazing sense of pride in every step along the way to make our dream day perfect!

We were treated as if we were family, and they were dedicated to making sure our day was as beautiful and as memorable as possible (even when the weather decided not to play nice towards the end ). The flowers created by Tiffany were absolutely stunning! The fact that I made a comment that I would like seashells, etc. on them and she placed them so beautifully on the bouquet, meant so much to me. All of our wedding guests were completely in love with the set up and how elegant it was. I would definitely recommend this team of professionals for your wedding day!

Florida Weddings - where to start. First of all, stop looking for a wedding planner because you have FOUND them here! I can not recommend Dale, Debbie and Tiffany enough. I am a very detailed and organized person so having a group to work with that is also the same - is a big deal for me. Every step of the planning process was truly simple. I never felt stressed (crazy, I know!).

We planned our wedding from Illinois, without meeting the 'crew' until the day of the wedding. I truly felt like they were all old friends that were helping plan our wedding. AND we planned during a pandemic. Never once did they make me feel like we were planning during a crazy time as it was - which, for a bride is a big deal because there are plenty of other things to stress about!

My flowers were breathtaking! I had a custom bouquet and custom swags on the birchwood arch, as well as two hurricane lanterns. Breathtaking! Truly! Tiffany did a wonderful job bringing my flowers to life. I sent her a few pinterest photos and told her my favorite flowers - and wow did she hit the nail on the head! One very special thing to me was I had mentioned my father, whom is no longer with us. his favorite plant is the bird of paradise plant.

I didn't order this w/ them because I was thinking I'd have to have a big plant and I was trying to keep things simple. GUESS WHAT - they brought me the most beautiful bird of paradise stem! It was the kindest gesture that could be done on our special day. My heart and my Dads heart were bursting with love that day! Dale was our officiant and his words were so wonderful, in fact - a few tears were shed by my sweet groom.dont tell him I told you;) - we felt like Dale had known us for years.

Our families raved about how great he did! Our photographer was also AMAZING! We got our photos back quickly too and WOWZA they are gorgeous! She was wonderful at organizing the group photo and the sunset photos are truly breathtaking. I wouldn't change a thing about our day. Everything was perfect. I wish I could relive that day one million times. Thank you so much, Dale, Tiffany & Debbie for making our day absolutely wonderful. :)

We got married in Sarasota, Florida on April 30th, 2021. Dale, Debbie, and Tiffany were an absolute pleasure to work with! After postponing our wedding multiple times, we decided last minute to cancel our wedding in Pittsburgh and opted for a smaller wedding in Florida. I started to research wedding planners in Florida and that's when I found Florida Weddings.

We only had three months to plan an entirely new wedding and Dale and his team made that process effortless. I was so nervous to try to plan a wedding form the other side of the country, but Florida Weddings handled almost everything. They provided us with recommendations for beach ceremony locations, hotels nearby, and even reception locations. They also hired a videographer, photographer, and researched violinists for our ceremony.

I sent Tiffany a few photos of what I would like the bouquets to look like, and she made the most gorgeous bouquets that matched our color theme perfectly. She even went above and beyond to add a few flowers to our wedding cake when we asked her if that was possible. Dale was our officiant and it felt like he had known us our entire lives. Everything was perfect. Peter was our videographer and Mary was our photographer and they also did a fantastic job. Our wedding video and our photos were beautiful and made us and our entire family cry. I couldn't recommend Florida Weddings enough! Thanks for everything!

We wanted a tropical destination wedding and began the search online. When deciding on a location I was looking for somewhere beautiful but yet accessible without a passport etc. I ran across Florida Weddings that offered all-inclusive packages from setup to even a mini reception! Looking at their pictures I was so impressed! I researched some of the locations they serviced and decided on Marco Island.

In the approximately 8 months of planning I worked with Debbie, Tiffany & Dale. They were all so helpful and even when I decided to change a few things about 6 weeks before Debbie was great in getting everything straightened out. The decorations and colors were so perfect! Even though everything was done on pictures alone; everything matched so perfectly you would have thought hours were spent matching colors. Florida Weddings seem to take everything I envisioned and brought it to reality!

My bouquet was breathtaking and couldn't have matched better! The photographer was so amazing and even though it was hot he moved around what appeared to be effortlessly to get the perfect shots! I seriously cannot say one negative about this company and their services! THANK YOU Florida Weddings! You made our day absolutely perfect!

The team at Florida Weddings blessed me with the perfect wedding day and the planning process was made so easy and stress free. From day one Dale, Tiffany and Debbie were so wonderful, they were very responsive and accommodating and I will recommend this team for anyone doing a destination wedding or even if you live locally like me but don't have time for all the little details when wedding planning.

The different options would suit most people's different tastes, but the choices weren't overwhelming at all, plus you're free to mix and match the color and decor schemes. They were so knowledgeable about the area and the best beaches to use and what to expect for the time of year. Dale as an officiant was so warm and welcoming, he felt like a part of our family and Tiffany did a phenomenal job with the flowers. Debbie was amazing with follow up and making sure everything was on task and timely.

The wedding was fine, the photographer they used was horrible. When I tried to talk them them about the situation, they sent me an email about how wrong I was. Our wedding day on beautiful Sunset Beach on 5.11.19 was everything we were hoping it to be! We could not have asked a better team to help us get everything in order! Debbie, Dale, and Tiffany worked so hard to make our wedding day perfect. They answered all of our questions quickly and made our wedding day a day that we will not forget! I have one word to describe Florida Weddings as a whole: AMAZING! From the planning to the decor to the day of, everything and I mean everything was PERFECT! Dale & his team are very hands on with making sure everything is taken care of! And I honestly didn't have to lift a finger the day of! I had the pleasure of working with A Wedding Dream In Paradise, Florida Weddings back in 2010. I contacted Tiffany, Debbie, and Dale all the way from Illinois to start planning my Florida wedding ceremony and immediately they started working and helping me plan my dream ceremony. Since my ceremony didn't actually take place until 2011 I had the pleasure of working with Dale, Tiffany, and Debbie for well over a year.

Communication with them was so easy. They answered all my questions promptly via email or phone. The wedding ceremony package I chose was very affordable and I truly felt all three employees helped tailor the package to exactly what I was hoping for. The ceremony turned out beautiful, the flowers were gorgeous, and the photographer was amazing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Truly happy with all the services they provided me and so thankful for how awesome my Florida wedding ceremony turned out. Thank you sincerely.

Wedding was June 7, 2017 in Marco Island. My overall experience with Floridaweddings.com was wonderful! I reached out to Floridaweddings.com in February, Dale responded back to me same day. I mostly worked with Debbie, she was very supportive and responded to my questions quickly, and also informed me on things I didn't think of. I purchased the Intimate Affair Package for 899, since our wedding was going to be small and not very elaborate. Debbie introduced us to Adam who performed our ceremony. Adam was wonderful.

He was professional, responsive, and he was perfect for our ceremony. Floridaweddings.com also selected Stephanie to take our pictures.and she did an amazing job. We happened to be in Marco Island when it rained a lot that week, Debbie was very good at communicating with us on alternative plan options and assured us it would be beautiful no matter what, and she was right. I am very pleased with their customer service and well the officiant and photographer they provided for our special day.

SO HAPPY WITH FLORIDA WEDDINGS!My daughter recently got married on March 16th 2017. Being a destination wedding a lot of the planning and communication was over the phone. Everyone was always available and quick to return phone calls or reply via email. Debbie the wedding planner was extremely descriptive helpful and always positive! Dale the minister and owner of Florida wedding was very efficient and descriptive when explaining the wedding ceremony and keeping us up to date and on track with specific detAils.

Not only was the ceremony decorations everything my daughter wanted, the ceremony ran so smoothly and there wasn't a flaw. Her sunset wedding started and finished right on time with enough time afterwards that we had amazing photos taken of the bride and groom, wedding party, and guests and of the sunset. From the amazing videographer captured the ceremony and did an amazing job, while keeping back to not ruin the guest view of the wedding.

The DVD was amazing. The violinist was extremely flexible in her range of songs she played from contemporary to modern music. Overall, my wife and I were happy, as well as the bride and groom. The guest were happy and said that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been at. Would def

I am still amazed at what a wonderful job Dale, Tiffany and company did for us. We were undecided as to how to plan our beach wedding, I did a lot of investigation and was floored by how pricey it could be. I then called Florida weddings and was pleasantly surprised and the full service they offered at a very affordable price. I'll admit my expectations were kind of low considering the price, wow, were we wrong!

Everything was absolutely perfect and really stress free. We did plan our wedding on short notice but Dale and crew got us up to speed in no time, totally stress free. They were really on top of everything and answered all of our questions before we even asked. The service was absolutely beautiful, from the simple decorations (our choice), the flowers were exquisite and incredibly beautiful, Dale performed a very touching, heartfelt service that had everyone in tears and our photographer Scott was wonderfully helpful and accommodating.

Our daughters are sold and know they will call on Dale and Tiffany when they plan their weddings and we plan to use them for a vow renewal on our anniversary. I cannot say enough nice things about their professionalism, personable care, customer service, ease of planning, affordability, the beautiful service and again the flowers were amazing! I want to start out by saying in the beginning when I signed the contract and booked my wedding date with Florida Weddings, things were great. Dale was actually friendly and had customer service skills(Obviously.since he wanted me to pay and sign a contract). Dale really knows how to sell his company to inquiring customers. Debbie was great, she was friendly and prompt at returning emails and phone calls and very helpful in the planning process. Tiffany seemed sweet but scatterbrained and unorganized.

Everything seemed great leading up until 3 days before my wedding. I had just arrived in Florida from Utah and was having a nice relaxing dinner when I get a phone call from Dale basically accusing me of not paying the last 200 dollars owed and was saying "I just don't understand how this slipped through the cracks, this has to be paid now" even though I paid it 3 weeks prior to my wedding.

So needless to say, that pissed me off and had me frazzled and ruined a nice family dinner. I found my receipt and emailed it to Dale and of course he turned it around on me and said "I told you I believed you that you paid, its not like I didn't believe you". The day of my wedding shockingly went off without a hitch, thanks to the officiant. Brice was amazing and conducted a beautiful ceremony.

After returning to Utah and receiving my wedding pictures, there were pictures with a big, black speaker in them and several pictures that had green seaweed in them, which clearly is no ones fault, its the beach, there will be seaweed. I asked Dale if some of the pictures could be edited because there weren't a whole lot that were worthy of hanging on my wall in my home. Dale acted as though it were the end of the world to get these pictures edited.

I mentioned my bangs were a little out of place and to see if Anna could edit that, and his reply was "Well it is windy on the beach". DUH DALE, I realize that. Dale is incredibly rude, completely degrades women, and just makes everything much more difficult than it should be. This company is overpriced and Dale is not worth the headache! He is in the wrong industry for being such a cocky, rude, a-hole.

Dear Reader, I felt compelled to share with you our outstanding experience working with Dale, Debbie, Tiffany, Scott and Melinda of Florida Weddings. I am an infrequent reviewer; and based on my experience as a corporate event planner I have very high standards for client satisfaction and experience. Absolutely EVERYTHING about our May wedding arrangements coordinated by Florida Weddings was unquestionably PERFECT! Having Debbie's expertise was an immeasurable support and comfort as we planned our Florida seaside nuptials from Boston in less than 7 months. Debbie was easily reachable by phone or email and always very responsive.

Her expert organizational skills, knowledge of current wedding trends and traditions, and her thoughtful suggestions for optimizing our wishes in the Naples area were a big plus. Debbie consistently provided follow up and reminders for our major planning milestones. She helped us to think about special touches while respecting our budget. Tiffany's creative floral design helped us echo the magic of our seaside sunset wedding. Tiffany welcomed my thoughts and example images resulting in the most elegant embellishments.

I had inquired about a specific type of rose, which is not often plentiful in our home area, and I was ecstatic to see that our beautiful bouquets were exactly as I had envisioned and stayed fresh for over two weeks! Our photographer, Melinda was easy to work with, present-but not at all obvious and readily captured many lovely candid pictures. Additionally, she welcomed a list of requested poses for our family and our relaxed sunset photo shoot on the beach.

We had the most wonderful ceremony with our officiate Scott who took the time to get to know us, and worked diligently to bring our blended family into the ceremony. Scott was a 'steady hand' and inspiration to us on our wedding day, calling in the early afternoon to let us know he was thinking of us and that he was in route to Naples to prepare.

At the wedding site Scott's leadership helped to prepare the site and our wedding party and families for their part in the ceremony. Upon my arrival Scott helped me to feel confident that all was in place and guided me to focus on and relish the reverence of the moment. Scott thoughtfully embraced our intentions and created a deeply meaningful ceremony, which brought a happy tear to many an eye. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. the picture and video experience was absolutely horrible. the only saving grace is the decorations- this is EXACTLY as advertised. if anything hire them only to set up, do not waste your money for any other service offered. hire an independent photographer and videographer and have a friend do a speaker set up or something. they messed up every single day of aspect of my wedding, the photographer and videographer acted like they had never done a wedding, then they refused to do even minor editing to the photos. the editing to the video was cringe-worthy- I am pretty sure its the same quality i did back in high school when i took the TV production class. graphics, cuts and cues were just horrible. they had no eye for weddings at all. it ended up not being such a bargain either. a year later and I still haven't ordered prints because they photos were so abysmal i don't want them in my house. and honestly a shutterfly album is the way to go, they offer a dated photo album with unprofessional, unedited, point and shoot photos. my guests took better photos. i tried to get the photographers info so i could review him alone since he was the worst of the whole experience. but they refused to give me more than a first name. clearly he was an amateur who had no business shooting a wedding. photographer: rude. kept snapping his fingers and yelling "heyheyhey" to get peoples attention or make them move.

I kept asking him to stop taking posed pictures under the arch and he kept snapping away while i was talking. he put a black bobby pin in my hair to keep the wind away but failed to mention it was visible in EVERY SINGLE SHOT and then would not edit an single one. he did ZERO directing, had absolutely no eye for photography, let alone wedding photography. he would take a shot and after every photo (even during the ceremony) check his digital window, as a result he missed half the bridesmaids and the moment my husband first saw me. he gave me zero feedback during the shoot so most of the pictures turned out absolutely horrible. my wedding was nearly a year ago and I never even ordered the prints because they were so bad. video: the photographer kept stepping in the shot. the videographer took footage before the ceremony and told people, including my mother and husband, to PRETEND i was walking down the aisle. he then spliced those shots into the final because his camera was on a tripod filming only me walking down the entire aisle. it was so fake and horribly done! amateur at best. the few directions he had were very dated- I'm talking 1980s end shots. then a final nail in the coffin, I had a single balloon to mark the beach entrance for the guests (so they wouldn't walk down the aisle) and his expert vision of a wedding video resulted in an opening shot to the wedding video showing the single, blue foil, star balloon blowing in the wind dramatically. i mean really. really. Finally the florist forgot one of my bridesmaids bouquets. thanks. so one bridesmaid did not have a bouquet in everything and it was painstakingly clear.

I included my email sent to the company after my wedding with them in Bonita Springs on 1/16/2016. To the last post who said Debbie did not get back - I can only think that is impossible. If it weren't for her I would have never known anything. She called or e-mailed back same day or next day with complete color coded information and bold to highlight the most important items.

They thought of everything and kept me organized every step of the way. I can only feel offended for them reading that right before I add my own. a non-refundable deposit is exactly that - non-refundable. Okay now on to the good stuff! Here is my e-mail I just sent them 2 days ago after my wedding last weekend: Pictures to come as soon as I get them!

I want to extend a very serious thank you to you and the Florida Wedding staff. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was the best day of my whole life! I could not have pulled it off with out you guys. I had the most stress free wedding day. I knew walking on to the beach I did not have to worry about anything being perfect. I felt from the very beginning that everything was very well covered.

The attention to detail was so impeccable. All my guests kept saying they don't know how I pulled that off from 1200 miles away. I kept telling them it was so easy thanks to you guys. You made it incredibly easy to do everything. Debbie - you were absolutely fantastic. I can not stress enough how much you helped set me at ease from day one of talking to you.

You thought of everything. I am so scatter brained and would have been lost with out you. Thank you so much for your constant follow up and continuous advice. Tiffany - The flowers were PERFECT. When I saw them was the first time I felt that flutter of "wow this is happening today and it is going to be perfect." You literally took everything I sent you and did the best combination of everything I liked. THANK YOU. Dale - You did all the set up with your crew on Saturday and it was absolutely perfect.

It looked so beautiful. My guests could not stop telling me that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! After all we are from Indiana so most had never been to a beach wedding. It was perfectly simple and everything I pictured in my head. You also helped control every one and did such a good job directing us that day. Joan - (my violinist) I also included you in this e-mail even though you don't work at the company because I want you to know that your beautiful sound was the finishing touch on such a beautiful day.

It really took the ambiance of the day to another level. You should tell every single one of your clients to use her! To whoever ordered the perfect weather for the day - THANK YOU! We were so nervous with the weather forecast - tornado one day - perfection the next :-) I know I used the word perfect a million times in this e-mail but that is because it literally was p.e.r.f.e.c.t. The best word to describe my day.

To all fellow brides out there DO NOT use Florida weddings, they are seriously overpriced, when you ask one of the planner(Debbie) for reconmendations on dj, reception site, photographer she does not get back with you for over two months until you cancel with them 171 days before wedding and they keep your deposit. Apparently this is their mo, they don't help you plan your wedding, don't do rehearsals etc. again save yourself the trouble DO NOT use this company

My husband and I used this company to perform our ceremony in Naples Florida June 4 2015, and it was the best decision we made thought our entire wedding planning process. Planning a destination wedding can be very difficult, but they made everything so easy and simple from the beginning it was so incredibly perfect. Debbie had so much patience answering every question I had, she really went above and beyond in perfecting evey single detail throughout the entire process. Tiffany really has a beautiful vision for flowers, music, and conception of the wedding site and all the little things you never thought of. Dale was a dream, so incredibly kind, patient, calm and gave our ceremony a very intimate loving feel.

Our guests still tell me how perfect the ceremony was every time I talk to them. I will always recommend Dale and A Wedding Dream in Paradise, the best choice we made throughout our entire wedding planning process.

I used A Wedding Dream In Paradise and am so glad I did. They are the nicest and most professional people I've dealt with in ages! I wanted things to be memorable and simple and they absolutely hit the nail on the head. They were very quick to respond to my emails about any and everything I had questions/concerns about.they even helped me choose a place as a fall back just in case it rained!

The weather is not something they can control so don't blame them if it rains and you didn't have a fall back. I highly recommend them for a lovely beach wedding, big or small! =

I could never put into words how beautiful a Wedding Dream in Paradise made our special day. We were married on May 3rd, 2013 in Naples, FL. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Debbie stayed in touch with me the whole time on every little planning idea. She would call and check in which made me feel like she cared. Dale was the officiant of our wedding and made our ceremony very personal.

He was so very kind throughout the process as well when we had different questions or ideas. I would definitely recommend A Wedding Dream in Paradise to any couple looking to have a Florida wedding. They were wonderful in every way possible. My family and friends even commented on how beautiful everything was and how easily everything went the day of the ceremony. Don't use this company! There are so many reasons I would never, ever use this company if I had it to do over again, and I would never recommend them to another bride. I work in the customer experience field, albeit in a very different industry, and I can tell you this ranks among the worst that I've heard. First off, Daylen was extremely difficult to deal with from the outset.

My husband and I wanted to have the digital images of all of the photos from our wedding, and for whatever reason, this became an argument and multiple phone calls. This is probably when I should have canceled and made alternate plans. Debbie was nicer to deal with in general, but she stressed my husband out so much so that he had to opt out of those conversations after the first couple. Debbie mentioned to us multiple times that we would want to have a "plan b" option for our wedding *in case* it rained.

What was not mentioned was that we were getting married in RAINY SEASON, and not only that, but hurricanes were a possibility. I do not live anywhere near a coastline and have never even heard of "rainy season". I would never have thought to research such a thing, plus, what exactly did I pay them for? A good wedding consultant would have thoroughly explained all of the possibilities, even remote ones, as I can assure you that the weather was the last thing on my mind.

What I have surmised from this is they weren't forthcoming because they didn't want me to change my mind and cancel the plans (read as they wouldn't get our money). We paid extra for a violinist to play at the extremely small ceremony we had planned, but a tropical depression happened to hit the day of our wedding, literally. I have never experienced a storm like that in my life.

There were tornadoes in a neighboring town! We had to cancel the violinist because we moved the wedding into our bungalow and there was simply no room. Daylen called me while I was at the salon with my family (being told the bridges to the island were going to be closed and that my officiant and photographer may not even make it.) and badgered me about canceling her.

He repeatedly reminded me that the weather was not his fault (thanks for stating and then restating the obvious) and we would get zero back on that reservation. He then recommended that we change our date! I, of course, am not blaming these folks for the weather, but I do blame Daylen for his lack of professionalism and how he chose to treat me, the customer, as a result.

The level of disrespect that he had for me was quite clear in every single one of our interactions, not just that phone call, which ended with me terminating the call while he scolded me. Thankfully, the officiant & photographer arrived and were extremely sweet people. My family and I had a great day despite Daylen and the weather, and my husband and I made a fun memory out of something that could have been quite the opposite.

I emailed Debbie afterwards (the only person we felt at all comfortable with) just to let her know how disappointed we were with our experience, and Daylen responded from her email address! Are you kidding me?! That kind behavior is just scary, to be honest. Needless to say, I had a terrible experience with this company.
