Mother's Day floral bouquet received - sent by my daughter is "breathtaking beautiful"! We are new to Florida from the north and have had a bit of a time finding all that we need as many vendors have left a lot to be desired, doctors, dentists, pet sitters, contractors, etc. and now know we will never have to search for a florist. I plan now on ordering this beautiful arrangement on a regular basis for my living room glass table from Fort Myers Florist. Thank you Fort Myers Florist!

I order flowers for my mom each year. Each year they are delivered on time and beautiful! I never worry. I just send my order online and it's done. This is a picture of this year's flowers. I ordered them last night around 9pm. They arrived before 4:30pm today.

I ordered the sunflowers and they were as beautiful as the picture in the ad. My friend sent me a picture. She was also very happy with them. Also, the person that I talked to on the phone was so helpful and very polite. I would go back there again.

Second time I received flowers from Fort Myers Florist. I thought last years birthday flowers were amazing and even better this year! If I could give 10 stars I would!

The team was amazing in handling our flower request to match the bridal bouquet to a picture my granddaughter found on social media. They also created a similar bouquet for the bridesmaid, as well boutonnieres for the groom and best man. Could not have been happier and also we were able to get fresh rose petals to be environment friendly!

Diego was awesome. Text me when he couldnt find house due to a family member putting the wrong street number down for me. Was very patient as I waited to give him the correct street address and promptly delivered them. I was very grateful. Delivered within a few hours of ordering and although I am not there, they look great from the picture. Thanks for great service Diego!

I purchased flowers on Valentines Day for my wife from this place and wanted to surprise her by having them delivered to her work. Their website clearly stated that if purchased that day the flowers would get there within the same day. I purchased them around 9:30AM, and waited from 9:30AM till 5:30PM to be delivered. Unfortunately they didn't get there even though the worker stated that they would definitely be there before 5pm that day.

The thing is, people usually leave the office at around 5-6. So no one would even be there to pick them up. The workers excuse was that it was Valentines day and that they were backed up. I understand that Valentines day can be backed up for obvious reasons, but don't take orders if you aren't 100% certain that you can deliver the product.

I called them again for the 3rd time that day and they couldn't ever give me a definitive time, and then they apolgoized again and asked me if I would like a refund or for them to deliver them the following day, which obviously isn't Valentines Day. So what's the point? I had aleady told my wife to look out for a surprise and she purposefly waited till 6pm to see the surprise, but it never came.

The lady on the phone stated that they will deliver them tomorrow and they would credit me $20 towards my purchase. Which I was ok with "IF" they actually did credit me the $20 and didn't blatantly ignore my email asking about the credit. Terrible customer service. Long story short, they did eventually deliver the flowers, but it was the wrong day which wasn't as special. And I spent around $100+ for these flower/chocolates. I would suggest going somewhere else, especially with this type of customer service being portrayed

I am beyond thrilled to receive beautiful flowers. This will be the third time I've had a delivery from Fort Myers Florist. Although on the second bouquet there was a few issues, I personally went into the shop and spoke with the manager Jean Narue, no questions asked ~ and I walked out with a new beautiful arrangement! I would highly recommend this florist Thank you again Jean Narie ~ Im enjoying my BeAuTiFuL bouquet of fresh flowers!

I've been using this florist for many years and was just really disappointed with the level of service today. I felt that my order was an inconvenience during this very busy valentine season. I tried to be flexible, but still wanted the order to be personalized. It's a birthday (people still have those in February) and the only choices were Valentines or Designers Choice.

If you tried to request any colors or preferences for the recipient, you can't do that with designers choice. If you suggested a modification to a Valentine's Day arrangement swapping one rose color for another you couldn't do that either. I never heard a " how about this? or what if we do that?" The only help I was given were the names of 8 teleflora arrangements I could choose from.

Never get so big or so busy that you lose the personal touch or willingness to listen to what customers are hoping to accomplish with your help. I fortunately found another florist on Instagram, they bent over backwards to help me. Looked on their page with me for ideas and told me what they could and couldn't do. We made adjustments based on inventory. They're delivering today and I gladly bought $150.00 birthday bouquet.

Ordered some beautiful yellow roses for my sweet hearts birthday. The gentleman I called was very nice and professional. He laughed when I told him my name and "That's the same name of the owner" We laughed. Anyways they were delivered on time and she was so excited, i will be doing more business with this establishment in the near future!

I would highly recommend FM Florist! My son sent me this bouquet for my birthday! The driver was so professional! He left me a voice message on my phone and a text message saying he delivered my flowers to my house and wished me a very Happy Birthday! The flowers are gorgeous! I love the purple roses!

My co-worker was happy with the 2 dozen pink roses we ordered from Fort Myers Flowers. I saw their inventory online but wanted to make sure they delivered. The staff member who answered my call was very helpful and made it easier to order over the phone. The flowers arrived on time and our co worker was pleasantly surprised.

A beautiful Christmas arrangement, looked just like the photo so it met my expectations. Plus the driver called after dropping it off. Much appreciated in Florida.

I ordered flowers by phone and these folks delivered my flowers but when they called my mother-in-law because no one came to the door, it turned out that she was out of town. So when they were on the phone with her, they scheduled a new delivery date that was 2 weeks later. They then made a new bouquet and delivered it to her when she was back. All without charging me anything on top of what I had paid originally. Customer Service at its best, in my opinion.

I don't know the first thing about flowers, or about Fort Myers. But I have a friend that lives down there and I recently had to send her some roses. She lives in a condo numbered 103. and I ordered the flowers to be delivered to condo 130. Somehow the driver caught my mistake and made sure they got where they were intended to go! To me that is really going above and beyond! Great job!

I ordered flowers for a friend who was in the hospital but she happened to be discharged early, prior to the arrival of the flowers. Fort Myers Florist contacted me to let me know she was not still admitted upon delivery and they asked if they could deliver them to another address for her. Unfortunately, the friend lived in another town, almost an hour and a half outside of Fort Myers, so that was not possible.

They graciously offered to find a florist in her area who would deliver them to her home the next day, with the only additional charge of a service wire fee. They contacted me again when the florist they located did not have the exact flowers in the original arrangement I chose and wanted to make sure I was okay with the florist replacing them or if I wanted to wait one more day until that particular flower was in stock. Fort Myers Florist went above and beyond to make sure my order was fulfilled and to my satisfaction. They communicated terrifically along the way through all of the hiccups, too. Outstanding customer service! I would recommend them and use them again.

I ordered flowers to honor my parents 68th wedding anniversary - they were delivered to our church. Fort Myers Florist went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion. I cant thank them enough for taking the time to make it so special.

The flowers were delivered as pictured on website. They were delivered on time. The driver was absolutely amazing and pleasant. He used all efforts to find my friend located in the hospital and did not leave until she was found! Absolutely beautiful and best customer service! I will be using this company in the future for all my flower arrangement deliveries!

I do not live in Ft Myers but wanted to give business to a local shop when I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. I did not get around to calling until 2:30 in the afternoon, on a Friday, and the flowers were delivered later that afternoon. They were absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend and will definitely use Fort Myers florist again!

Unfortunately, the experience was only so-so. I bought a table centerpiece, I ordered it from the one they had made up in the shop. With specific information like no gold pinecones in someone, just silver and blue, with a beachy feel. The centerpiece that arrived was a lot smaller than the one that they had in the shop, and yes they did put silver and blue on there, but also gold pinecones were still there.

Also it was set up for delivery before 12, when it arrived at 7:30 at night the delivery before 12 was scratched out as you can see on the card. I don't think it was worth the $80 that it cost.

I called around 12:45pm on a Saturday to request same-day delivery for flowers, as I had just learned of somebody's passing. Steven was very friendly and accommodating. I live in Brooklyn, but would certainly recommend them on service alone.

We needed flowers at the last minute, on a Sunday and got a most beautiful vase of flowers. All fresh, expertly arranged and delivered on time. I could not be more pleased, and relieved not to have to run around town looking for just the right thing. Well done, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have used only Fort Myers Florist for my floral needs. I have always received very fresh, beautiful arrangements. My wife loves them. I will only use them in the future. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. An example of their care: ordered flowers, was not home, did not return a voice mail Ft. Myers Florist had left telling me they were at my door. (Did not see it) and they returned later with my flowers. Very much appreciated. This company is all about quality.

EXTREMELY disappointed. Ordered cremation settings, and then bulk flowers to arrange myself. Since I don't live in Ft Myers, I specified 2 colors for the bulk flowers in the comments online, per the store's instructions. Came at pick-up time and they told me that they called and left me a message (I had no messages) and that the order would take another 30 minutes. Fine, we came back, the bulk flowers were brought out in none of the colors I specified, I wanted white and lavender, got yellow, pink, a light green, and a deep red.

I asked about the colors I specified and the lady was surprised, she looked at the paper they had for my order and said, "oh it says it right here". She got the owner who came and said that this was all they had, they could offer me bright red carnations instead. I said no, I'll just take what you have, as that wouldn't match anything (and at this point the funeral was in a few hours).

As they were wrapping them, the owner asked if these were for a wedding, which would have seemed conversational, except that I was already very tearful from everything going on, and the other half of my order said clearly cremation settings. When I got home and started cutting the stems, about 15 of them (out of 100) were NOT USABLE (photos below).

I would steer clear if you are buying bulk/wholesale flowers, but I gave them 2 stars because the settings were beautiful. However I will not use them again at all purely from a customer service standpoint. For a $500 order, I got no apology whatsoever, and no real attempt to correct their mistakes. I ended up spending another $40 at Publix to "beef up" the bouquets and honestly those stems looked better.

Ordered a holiday arrangement for family as I was coming in from out of town to pick up. when I picked it up, didn't ask if I liked it, or any other conversation just handed it to me. (I had prepaid) They may have said thanks but don't recall. Arrangement was crooked, off kilter in bowl and couldn't get it squared back up to look even.

Over the last couple of years I have used Fort Myers Florist approximately 20 times. There attention to the details of my orders has always been excellent. The actual flower arrangements have been nothing short of absolutely stunning. In particular, I would like to thank Steven for the time and flair he puts into his creative arrangements that are always sincerely appreciated. These folks truly make an effort to make sure that their customers are 100% satisfied. My only regret is taking so long to write this review. Thanks again. an easy 5 star.

I ordered a funeral spray over the phone for a very special person that had been the first board member of our church 12 years ago. I wasn't very specific about the colors, just wanted some nice mixed colors and roses. When my husband got to the funeral home, he saw a gorgeous spray that stood out above all the other flowers and wondered who sent them, read the card, and realized that it was the flowers we had ordered! Stephen, the designer, truly outdid himself on this standing spray.

It was bright and cheery and stood out among all the other arrangements. People are still talking about the "beautiful flowers" and are asking me where we ordered them from. I have been happy to let them know! Thank you Stephen from Fort Myers Florist!

Raven was so nice over the phone and made sure a last minute delivery adjustment was tended to. Also, I asked them to leave the flowers in the shade by the door if nobody was home. Wayne, their driver, had the foresight to know that the flowers would wilt in the summer heat (even in the shade) and called to make sure someone could get them inside within the hour - not to mention he wished my mom a happy birthday too. Incredibly sweet and attentive team that made a beautiful arrangement for my mom's birthday.

Ft Myers Florist did a fabulous job on my flowers today. Thank You Greg, I have the sweetest boyfriend. He sends flowers every Friday.

Greg was unbelievable! He did all the florals for our wedding at the white orchid and everything was exactly how I imagined it. His arrangements were beautiful and anything that we threw at him he had a solution. He was extremely easy to work with and wasn't afraid to tell you the truth. I can't express enough how happy I am that we went with them for our florals!

Just received a BEAUTIFUL arrangement for our new home here Bridgetown At The Plantation from our sister. Our other sister called a different florist and we received a large plant that still had the Home Depot sticker on the bottom of it and she paid $115.00 for a $26.00 plant. Sad and yes we took it right back up to the florist in North Ft Myers. I'll be telling thIS sister where she MUST GO! THANKS so much from a retired FLORIST

Purchased an $85.00 arrangement for my Mother In Law after her surgery, I had purchased the pink & purple arrangemnet called the uptown 2. The picture shown on the website it the standard size, I upgraded my order to the premium arrangement. When I spoke to the florist they said they did not have most of the flowers needed in the uptown 2 arrangement, no big deal, I opted for all white.

She said no problem. I informed her that I purchased the premium arrangement she said no problem. When my mother in law received the arrangement I was disappointed with the size of the product. The flowers looked great, but it was almost identical in size of the standard arrangement. So, the moral to the story, Im not sure if it is worth upgrading and paying more for an arrangement. UPDATE: I received a message from the owner Kevin.

We spoke on the phone, he was apologetic and gracious. As a business owner myself, I understand the value of customer feedback. Kevin went above and beyond his duty as an owner to make this situation right and I really appreciate the time he took to reach and rectify the situation. Two thumbs up to Ft Myers florist.

Very impressed by the quality/cost. I've been ordering flowers for friends and loved throughout the years and it's usually overpriced and underwhelming.but I was pleasantly surprised with these guys. I needed to get flowers delivered for mom at her work, and their site made it a breeze to get everything ordered. My mom gets a lot of flowers, and she was especially impressed with these. Good job guys!
