We will be covering this year's Tri-Service Commissioning Ceremony for the University of Illinois Air Force ROTC. We will be at both ceremonies on the 14th: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM and 5:00 - 7:00 PM taking handshake and greenscreen headshots. This year we will be taking handshake pictures during the diploma cover passing during the event.

My experience with Memory Lane Photography was such a disappointment. Today I received my order in the mail There were a white mark on my frame in the middle picture and there was a crack at the top of the frame. I contacted the company to get this situation fixed as soon as possible and I have not heard from them. Really disappointing experience.
I would not order from this company again and I would caution others from ordering from them. I even spent an extra $30.00 for retouching of photographs. When I received my pictures there was a white got on my cheek. These photos appeared to be really low quality as many people have written in there reviews. This was also the second email I sent to the company before the individual responded to my review.
I would caution against anyone purchasing pictures from this company in the future. If you received the same type of product I did you will be sorely disappointed. The company sent the photo and did not take any steps to make sure the frame was packaged so the product would not be damaged. (No bubble wrap, no guards on the frame etc.) To the owner's response.
When this problem is corrected and I receive the retouched photos (without white marks on my face) and I received a frame that has not been damaged when I open the package I would be more than happy to offer a more positive review. Thank you.
