Picture on website completely different from the one I received. Hefty price tag for premium yet didn't even come with the message I wanted on card stock. Came on folded regular copy paper. Genuinely disappointed.

Thrilled with the service, flowers, and price! Long story short. I ordered flowers for my neighbor's daughter last week after hearing she received flowers from another florist that were extremely disappointing. It was late afternoon, and I thought I'd try (I work for a florist and know how difficult it can be to accommodate a late request for same-day delivery, especially Easter weekend!) to find a nearby florist that could fulfill this big ask.

Joy Florist stepped up big-time! I explained the situation and they said yes! The 12 year old recipient cried tears of "joy" upon receipt. The flowers were beautifully arranged in a basket adorned with butterflies and a big bow. Absolutely perfect! Thank you for making this young girl's birthday special.

Joy did a good job on the arrangement that I ordered. I found a beautiful premium arrangement on her website, and I asked if she could do one like it but also include a ribbon with words on it. She agreed right away. The whole process was very fast and easy. Joy is very efficient and produces beautiful arrangements. She gave me a great price compared to other florists in the area.

I've never been to her store, but my friend did, and said the store was clean and very well stocked. I did not give 5 stars because I wish the arrangement was more full like the picture on the website, especially since this was a premium arrangement. I absolutely recommend Joy Florist. The date of a loved one's funeral changed and they were so quick and happy to help change the delivery date. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service! Thank you Joy Florist for making the pandemic year 2020 a happy year to remember. One year ago today our oldest son destination wedding was cancelled and there were limited venues locally due to Covid. The site chosen had a plain concrete patio which we planned to decorate before the wedding. Joy Florist was responsible for the bridal bouquet and center pieces.

When they arrived at the site and saw us starting to decorate, they told us to go back to the hotel and prepare for the wedding and they would take care of everything. That they did! We later returned to a beautiful floral wonderland. Because the wedding was shown on YouTube, there were many comments regarding the patio and flowers along with the bride and groom. We used Joy Flowers for our wedding floral needs. The arrangements were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Very fair prices as well. We opted for delivery and everything was setup by them and looked absolutely beautiful when we walked in. I would highly recommend for any floral needs!

I love Joy Flowers! I walked in and the girl working greeted me right away! She asked what sort of thing I was looking for. Asked if I want a pre-designed bouquet or if I wanted her to make one. I chose that she made one for me. I chose the colors and she verified the flowers were good before making it. I got to choose exactly what I wanted as a gift for my mom. My mom absolutely is obsessed with this bouquet! If you are ever in Aurora, I highly recommend visiting Joy and her team!

Do not buy from this florist. I spent $60 on a bouquet and got flowers an employee at the store called "skimpy". Horrible! There was about 25% of the flowers promised and much of it was filler.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement ordered online from my family in Europe on Saturday 5/16. (#19250797). I was not home at the time of the delivery and asked them to leave the flowers outside my door. Later that day I noticed the green leafs had little white flies on them. I called the florist & left a voicemail on Saturday and Monday. I never received a return call!

I did not feel comfortable having these flowers inside because I have other plans. And 6 days later there where very small Caterpillars! I am so disappointed and have not told my family to complain through whoever they ordered with online, I didn't want to let them know about the issue. I was hoping to resolve it with the florist directly.
