We all loved the entire experience. The staff was terrific, the ride down the river was beautiful. The dinner was excellent. We all really enjoyed the food. It was amazing and the portions were perfect. The drinks from the bar were delicious and well made. It nice because the yacht not too big, you get great service from the crew. The captain is nice and let's you come in to the pilot house and let you drive the boat.

Was looking forward to this sunset cruise for my fifth anniversary even paid extra for romance addition. When we were sat at our table we had suggested sparkling cider since we do not drink, everything looked great. We decided to go ahead and eat our salad which was already sat in front of us, we ask the waiter for a glass of water and if he had a bottle opener to open the cider.
We were completely finished with our salads and sat for about five minutes and our waiter finally said oh I'll be right back with that opener then we finally got a glass of water and the opener so that we could have something to drink. The cruise was nice on the river and when we finally got our meal it was prime rib I believe and a piece of fish with mashed potatoes and vegetables with a small probably less than a teaspoon of horseradish on the plate we were never asked how we wanted our prime rib prepared mine was medium and my wife's was almost rare which neither of us enjoy, we finished our water and our meal with one glass of water I remind you and after we had set another 15 or so minutes or finally asked if we would like a refill on our water Which we did, oh I forgot to mention before our meal ever came I requested a cup of coffee which I received and it was not even warm it was barely even out of the cool temperature.
So for our first time on the princess for a sunset dinner cruise the ride up the river was pleasant but the service from the young man that was our waiter and the meal that was prepared was very very poor. I would think for $190 at least the meal would be decent.

We had a great time on the water. The only real complaints are that there is no souvenir shop to look at and I'm pretty sure my wife and I got sick from the food. We had the tenderloin and you didn't get a choice to tell them how you wanted it prepared we always get our meet medium well or well done and it came out with blood running out of it basically. And a few hours after that we feel like we've been hit by a train and throwing up constantly and diarrhea. So not impressed with the food at all for the price of the trip.

I came here for my husband's business party, and what an amazing time we had. Food was good, the boat was beautiful, and the drinks were amazing and not overly priced. Staff all had great attitudes and services, and the captain is definitely full of jokes. They'll let you drive the boat and go anywhere you want. If you have time and are looking for a couple hour stress free adventure, here is a good spot to come.

I've been wanting to do one of these ever since I moved to Knoxville 10 years ago. The cruise is really good in theory, but the boat hasn't been maintained, so it's dirty inside and out, the food is well below subpar, there was only one staff member who even remotely smiled and was engaging (shout out to Jerry!), and because the smokers deck is in the front, that makes the back deck miserable from the smell.
Even small fixes, like replacing the cheap tables that are visibly broken and peeling and sweeping/mopping the bathroom floors would make a small improvement. I actually laughed out loud when the salad came out. A few pieces of wilted lettuce absolutely drenched in dressing.seemed like it had been pre-made and left to sit for hours on end. The fish was so over cooked, no amount of sauce could cover the texture, the mashed potatoes were clearly instant, the cheesecake was ok (store bought is better).
They didn't follow the Covid guidelines that they have on their website (masks, distancing, temp checks).so if you're overly concerned about Covid, don't do the cruise. The website definitely makes it seem more "safe" than it actually is. Like, it's cool if you don't do those safety precautions, but don't advertise that you do them and cause people to think it's a safe environment for them. Overall, highly disappointing. Definitely past it's prime. With some TLC, it could be improved.

The cruise is fantastic, it is definitely a nice setting for a couple or groups. I chose the Sunset Dining cruise. Food was great, the length of time was appropriate. I wish there was some sort of commentary indicating what/where we were looking at, I am not from TN so I did not know the land marks. Absolutely recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner cruise! The food was amazing. Everything was delicious from the brie and pomegranate crostini appetizer to the exquisite chocolate covered ice cream dessert. Very attentive staff and servers and a very friendly Captain and crew. Yummy drinks and a warm and friendly atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

This was the most romantic thing my man has ever done for me. I loved this cruise around knoxville. When I first walked onto the boat, I got a rose. Then we were seated at a window seat with a beautiful view. My man got the romance package, so our table was covered with rose pedals. We were served champagne and chocolate covered cherries. We had queso and chips (costed extra but was delicious).
We also got some spinach dip. They served a delicious salad (spinach, shaved almonds, fresh strawberries, mozzarella cheese and poppy seed dressing). For the main course, we had grilled chicken, roasted pork tenderloin with apples and cranberries cooked on it, mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. For dessert we had cheesecake. The drinks were also amazing.
Our servers name was Mary and she was the sweetest. A hard working crew that made our trip so comfortable and an overall wonderful experience! Thank you for such a sweet valentine's day.

We absolutely loved this experience. The boat itself is very clean. The servers were very courteous and helpful and the captain had a sense of humor. The drinks were awesome. We really enjoyed this fine dining experience and we will be back again. We got to see someone who bought some kind of romance package with rose petals and wine, so we will probably do that for our anniversary.
