Horrible customer service! Showed up for our Condo pool party with no tent or chairs and had to borrow from a resident. Come on! You are coming to an outside event. You should be prepared! You are an entertainment company. The DJ was older and sucked at reading Trivia questions and answers as well as singing. He missed questions and answers I would NOT recommend this company!

This guy is rude, unprofessional, completely messed up ceremony songs. Actually played body like a back road for the cake cutting. He has a major attitude problem, never even spoke to bride and groom. Was rushing everyone to leave, WAY BEFORE his time was even close to being up. I highly recommend running far away from this dj. Look at his other complaints as well, I wish I would have.

If you are looking for a DJ who is courteous, respectful, understanding and honest please keep looking. Wedding planning is stressful enough so you don't need this added stress worrying who will show up to be your DJ. Also, it might be days before you get a returned phone call. We even paid in full two weeks prior to the wedding (this is apparently unusual) and after he was paid we couldn't get a decent response.
Didn't remember any details we discussed. Six month prior to the wedding I said our wedding start time would be around six (of course we weren't sure of the start time six months in advance). We decided on 5:30 so I asked to move all tiles up 30 minutes about a month and a half prior. He forgot I even asked to do this until my now wife had to remind him 15 minutes in to their meeting, which went terrible due to him being rude and hard to work with.
This ended up being a huge issue for Dennis even though he agreed to it and said it was updated. Also, I asked for him to be out personal DJ because of previous reviews stating a contractor showed up. I asked, he said he put himself down as our personal DJ, but we still ended up with a contractor. The DJ that showed up, Travis, was excellent but keep in mind he is no reflection of Dennis.
I feel terrible Dennis got our money instead of Travis, who was actually courteous and understanding. For two weeks prior to the wedding we weren't confident he was going to be there. Two days prior to the wedding we had to agree for a contractor to come because he was apparently overbooked. Once again he is not a man of his word, organized, or customer focused.
It is honestly shocking he considers himself a business person. Long winded review but there is too much to say. Awful customer service in an industry that needs great service. We basically had to work around him, not him work with us, and we were the paying customers. Save yourself the trouble and stress by using a different DJ.
