Very much disappointed with the quality of seamstresses they recommend. This is the most important day and the least you expect is a ruined dress! I specifically asked them if a very slight alteration that the dress needed is feasible or not before buying the dress and they reassured me that it is not a big deal, and their seamstresses can do it. They do not offer alterations at their shop and refer you to other people. After spending almost $500 my dress is ruined now and I have to go find someone else to help me. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! Do not follow their recommendations.

Bought my wedding dress here. I had a wonderful experience with my consultant, Sheryl. The dress selection was great, prices were reasonable, and they received the dress fairly quickly - with plenty of time to spare for the wedding. I would 100% recommend shopping here!

Angelita helped us right away for my bridal appointment. She was super helpful and friendly. She got a bunch of dresses for me that were all what I wanted from the pictures I showed her and were all at my budget. Can't wait to come back to get the one!

I just had a fantastic experience picking out my wedding dress. The consultant was very kind, never talked over me, was always listening, stayed with my budget and was transparent about pricing, and above all let me see the dresses that I was interested in. I had a fantastic experience and can't wait to pick up my dress.

I am so thankful to have found Synthia! It is rare to find someone who has your interest at heart at all time. Synthia has been so patience and honest with her opinion. She has the eyes to find you that perfect dress and the perfect veil to go with it, while not being pushy at all. When she sensed that I'm uncomfortable with something, she would delightfully ask me to go home and think about it first, which gave me a much needed level of comfort. She's always helpful even after hours to answer any questions I have. Thank you, Synthia! I'm very grateful for you.

Elegant Lace has a lot of beautiful dress options and Bonita was very helpful in pulling dresses and very respectful of my budget. Be aware, though, that you don't have privacy when looking at your dresses while on the stand. You are out in the open and pretty much everyone can see you. At one point, they brought in another party and they were gathered around while I tried on dresses.

None of the people in this photo are with me (I came alone). They also don't have wifi available for customers, so you need to use your data if you plan to zoom with anyone to show them your dresses

We had two discouraging appts at different bridal shops prior to this one. There was a drastic difference between the others and Elegant Lace. The staff at Elegant Lace knows their inventory and what an inventory they have! We brought my SIL here and were blown away by the beautiful wedding dresses and the gal who helped us was amazing. Synthia listened to everything my SIL wanted in a dress AND found THE DRESS! Synthia was so great about a small budget and long list of must haves in a dress. She found the perfect dress and it was under budget!

Sheryl is amazing! After a not so great experience at another bridal shop I gave Elegant Lace a call that I happened to be in the area and they were by appt. only as most shops are but she was able to squeeze me in and said come on down. I showed her one picture of the style I was looking for and she brought out a dress that I instantly fell in love with.

She was so helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable while helping with the dress fitting. If you're looking for a great experience in looking for "the one" she is your girl and this is the place!

Elegant Lace Bridal was easy to make an appointment with. I called a few other bridal shops but they did not have any openings on the dates I wanted. My youngest sister lives in NY, so I had very specific dates to try on dresses with my entire bridal party. Elegant Lace is the only place we went to so far that has bridesmaids and flower girl dresses.

We found a couple of dresses that my bridesmaid, maid of honor and matron of honor liked. Susana helped me with my bridal fitting. I was given colored tags to mark the dresses I liked and I was then given a nice robe to slip into before trying on each dress. I tried on 5 dresses and then Susana brought out one dress that may be the one for me. I loved that she was attentive and listened to what I liked and disliked. I enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it to others who are planning a wedding.

We had a fun experience supporting the bride to be. We had a relatively small party of four including the bride. The staff was great and it was a welcoming environment. Even with COVID-19 protocols, it felt comfortable enough with the appointment sizes and spacing of the store. The bride tried on maybe four or five dresses and found the one she wanted. We didn't feel rushed compared to other places and the customer service was very attentive.

I had a great experience here! On my first trip to Elegant Lace, I found 3 dresses that I loved. I went back a week later, tried them all on again, and picked my dress! They helped me pick out a gorgeous and reasonably priced veil as well. The whole process was really easy and fun. They don't do alterations there, but they gave me a list of local tailors! Would definitely recommend.

The experience at Elegant Lace was much more personal than my experience at other bridal shops. When we arrived, we were given rings to identify which dresses we were interested in trying. The staff also helped identify additional dresses that may have the look I wanted. A staff member helped me try on each dress and stayed with me for the duration of the appointment. I highly recommend Elegant Lace to anyone who wants a personal dress shopping experience.

I had Vonia as my consultant and boy I was lucky. She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me stay on track with the budget. She gave me priceless advices and made me feel like a queen I would give her 10 stars / 10. I wanted to hug her because she was AWESOME. And I knew she wasn't doing it for the money because she was very genuine and didn't push for anything extravagant like all other bridal stores do. I 100 % recommend this store and working with VONIA she is AMAZING!

Came after receiving recommendations from a friend who had found her dream gown, and had one of the most comfortable dress shopping experiences with Maria. I came alone in hopes of of browsing through multiple dresses quickly and efficiently to be mindful of our appointment time slot, and Maria did an excellent job finding quality gowns within my budget.

I was surprised at how quickly she was able to gauge my taste and vision after showing her my Pinterest board and describing what my typical day-to-day style is. Although I have yet to say "Yes" to the dress, my experience with Maria made dress shopping all the more enjoyable and less stressful. Highly recommend this boutique AND Maria to my future brides!

This place is absolutely horrible. Staff there is condescending and extremely rude. All my groomsmen got measured for their tuxedos close to 4 months before the wedding. 3 days before the wedding the tuxedos are ready to be picked up.half of them were AT LEAST two sizes too small, including mine (the groom). I had one groomsmen and my dad not in the first part of my wedding photos because they were waiting for their new coats and shirts.day of the wedding!

When my groomsmen asked the associate how that many tuxedos could be that far off after the measurements, her response was "well did you gain weight?" My wife and I will never recommend the place to anyone.

Really bad service. DONT GO HERE. My mom went in looking for a dress for my brothers wedding that in September 25. The lady just wanted to sell her any dress that they had there. They ended up selling her a dress that's 5 sizes too big and told her that she can go and get it altered. My mom doesn't have enough time to take it to a place. So she calls the lady and asks if she can go in and return it, the lady says yes.

When my mom gets there the a different lady doesn't let her return it, and has my mom try it on there and says that it fits her good. My mom is usually a 22 and the dress size is 28.

Planning a wedding in a few short weeks we needed a dress fast. Angelica gave ideas and thoughts about what would be best, and helped in the dressing room with the fitting. All of the staff were kind and welcoming, the store was clean, and covid rules were being respected. The store gave us a list of places to have the dress tailored, and we were able to find someone that day who was super helpful and able to make the adjustments needed quickly. Thanks for a helpful experience! Great customer service.

My elopement is in a few months, so I don't have the time to order a dress. I went to different stores and thought I was running out of luck. I went here and said, "What are my options?" Susana jumped to my rescue. They had a few sample sizes that I could buy off the floor, and they were also going to check what else they had in inventory for me. I went to 5 different bridal stores before this, and this was the first time I felt that I was heard. Susana brought dresses in, I tried them on, I told her what I liked and didn't like, and she didn't try to convince me otherwise.

She didn't try to sway how I felt about the dresses, which is what I experienced at other stores. I had more clarity here because I could hear my own thoughts. I was not clouded by what someone else thinks looked good on me. I appreciated her listening to me, and bringing back dresses that were more me. She's SO GOOD at her job as a stylist and consultant!

I was very lucky to be given her for my appointment. This is a great place to find your gown because they have such a huge range of designers, styles, and sizes. It's a one-stop shop!

My first time trying on wedding dresses was at Elegant Lace Bridals. My consultant Susana made my experience so much fun and easy! She was so helpful, patient, and accommodating. We made an appointment on a weekday and had the place to ourselves, which was great! I wasn't completely sure what I was looking for, but she really listened to what I liked/disliked, helped me find some amazing choices, and even helped me consider some customizations based on my unique style preferences. Although I didn't end up getting my dress here, I would highly recommend anyone to come here. They have a huge selection and everyone is so friendly.

Received a call from this place - apparently, they lost the jacket and tie. Called asking if I have it. I never took possession of it. This place is so unorganized it's pretty remarkable that they don't have 1, 2 stars across the board. Avoid this place.

My daughter and I shopped with a few different wedding dress shops. After deciding to go with Maria Silva at Elegant Lace Bridal. Everyone there were so nice. They have a huge selection and it can be a one stop shop if you need bridesmaid and flower girl dresses as well. I went with my aunt when she found her dress here 4 years ago and now my dress experience was just as wonderful. Will continue to recommend this place to anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress.

I had the best experience with Maria when looking for a wedding dress. She was super patient and listened to what I liked and brought the best recommendations. She also was flexible and let me try on a few styles I wasn't sure about. I'm so happy with the service and the patience of the team here I would highly recommend it to anyone. I'm so glad I said yes to the dress at Elegant lace!

I went to Elegant Lace to find my wedding dress and Elise helped me during both of my appointments. She was really friendly and patient. I went to a couple of bridal stores in the area, and this one was the most fun in my opinion. I ended up saying yes to the dress at Elegant Lace and I am so excited! Definitely recommend.

Great place to find that special wedding dress. I bought mine 8 yes ago here and a few days ago I took my best friend to choose her wedding dress here too. It's a great service and a lovely boutique. You can get the wedding dress, flower girls dress and even the bridesmaids. And of course the grooms tox

Today was my first time ever even trying on dresses. Dina was the one who helped me. SHE IS THE BEST! I can't stress it enough. She stayed in my budget, and blew me away. I walked in with a style in mind. I walked out with a totally different style and so happy. I still can't believe I found a dress on the first shot, all thanks to Dina.

A Long time overdue for this review. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Covid friendly and they made me and my bridal party feel welcome from the start to finish. Founds lots of great choices and the one for my budget. Maggie Sottero gorgeous dress on sale and out the door for less than $600! Dina was the best and took her time to listen to my style and we ironically found the dress to match my wedding boots.

Some alterations will be needed but that's expected. One of the owners even gave me some rubber soles for my boots, so I don't slide on them at my wedding because I'll be dancing as much as I can. Haha I'll be returning soon for the straps and be scheduling my alterations for different quotes. The establishment has ample parking, clean, organized, and be prepared to say "yes to the dress" Dina made me feel what a bride to be should be!

I definitely got more attention and Dina helped me with my dress, zipping etc more than the couple of times I went to David's bridal. I felt like the VIP. You won't regret it!

I went to Elegant Lace Bridal's 1st ever sample sale in May 2019. I expected it to be a crazy fight over dresses like you see in the movies, but everything was super organized! Mickey, the owner, personally checked me and my ladies in and gave us rings to put around dresses that we liked. Maria, our dress specialist, was AWESOME. She also found me the perfect veil and headpieces to go with my dress.

The sale itself was also insane - I ended up saving almost 75% on my dress and accessories. Additionally, they partner with Elegance Preserved dress cleaning services and if you mention their name, you can get $50 off cleaning & $50 off preserving!

I found my wedding dress here! My bridesmaids and I had a wonderful time here last November 2019 (before COVID hit) while trying out different types of dresses. Julia was SO helpful and went above and beyond to find me my dress. She listened to all my wants, asked me many questions, and listened to my reactions. Because of her amazing skills, I was able to find my perfect dress!

My original wedding date was in May 2020, but due to COVID and a terrible wedding venue (Nella Terra Cellars in Sunol), it had to be cancelled. Fast forward to November 2020, I got married in Lake Tahoe! Just wanted to share my beautiful dress from Elegant Lace Bridal and to show them how beautiful everything turned out despite the pandemic! The 5 stars here is specifically for Julia. She is the sweetest dress consultant ever. Her personality just shines through and is an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to get to know my style and understand what I wanted in a wedding dress. I visited Elegant Lace Bridal twice back in February 2020 and was helped by Julia both times.

The first time she was trying to get a better understanding of what I liked and didn't like, so we didn't really get close to the style that I was looking for. The second time she really understood my style and I found two wedding dresses that I liked about 80% of. There was just something that I wasn't sure of. I think I tried over 15 wedding dresses from here from the two appointments lol.

Even though I didn't find a dress I really loved here, Julia's customer service is A+++++. I still haven't found a wedding dress since I haven't been wedding dress hunting ever since COVID started. The search continues! However, I hope I get an awesome bridal consultant like Julia at the next bridal stores/boutiques I eventually visit. The search continues!

My experience at Elegant Lace Bridals was awesome! The whole process was a breeze because Susana was such a sweetheart! What an amazing day today was at Elegant Bridal! My consultant was a perfect fit for me her spirit and knowledge was amazing and I was all over it with hearts in my eyes. If you need someone who knows her dresses you need Julia. She was able to catch a bit of my personality vibe and bring it out to explode with my dress and veil. I had so many beautiful dresses that I tried on, I seriously can't believe I was able to make a decision on one. Julia! you made this dream ten times better and I can't wait for my wedding day.
