A girl's Quinceanera party is traditionally a lavish affair with long gowns and black ties. When teenagers gather to party, no matter how formal the affair, it's best to have an organized event along with keeping your guests entertained. There is often a DJ and/or Band providing music and making announcements, cutting the cake and maybe some professional Salsa Dancers for a little entertainment. Some have even had a casino for more entertainment for their guests. BCE will be with you through every step and detail of your special day.

Our company used Bay City Events for our holiday party and our guests can't stop talking about the fun they had, from the casino tables, to the photobooth and the Karaoke - their services were fantastic and Pia made the planning process so easy every step of the way. Bay City Events hosted a corporate picnic/carnival for my company back in September, and I was blown away by their professionalism, execution, and their food. My colleague found them on Yelp and I admit I was really nervous to use a company I'd never worked with for such a big group (~600 ppl), but I was so busy with other projects that I didn't have time to scout around.
The reviews looked good and I liked the pics on their website, so I reached and got an immediate response. Pia and Manny came onsite and I felt at ease as soon as I met them. They were totally in sync about what they thought the best set up would be. I was pressed for time, so I just went with their recommendations and hoped for the best. The result was an amazing day.
The Bay City team is so wonderful and nice. I literally didn't even have to think. They just came in, did their magic, and then cleaned everything up and left. Events are usually super stressful, but not this one! We had inflatables, carnival booths & games, a photo booth, life size board games, and so many other awesome things. One of the biggest surprises was the food. Manny assured me he could bbq, and Pia confirmed it was good; but that is a huge understatement. Manny's ribs and chicken might be the best I've ever had! I highly recommend Bay City Events and really hope I'm able to work with them again in the future because my experience was absolutely amazing.

Pia and her Team was amazing. My sister and I planned a Vintage Las Vegas 60th birthday party for our Mom. Since the party was Vintage Las Vegas, the MOST important part of the party was the 10 foot tall Welcome to Las Vegas sign and Casino Games that Bay City Events provided. Pia's team was prompt and very professional. The dealers were great and very helpful to all the guests which really made it extra fun. I highly recommend Pia and Bay City Events. They are top notch.
