Had such an amazing experience here! I came in to the store and just planned on trying a few dresses to figure out style, but Michelle truly heard me out in everything I liked in a dress and brought so many perfect options. I ended up buying my dress that day! She was so kind and attentive and made me feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Bliss was the first place I went to for wedding gown shopping and I am so glad and blessed it was them. My mom was in town for 1 week as she lives on the East Coast. So, we scheduled 2 shops a day for her entire week here until we found a gown. My stylist was Michelle and she was an angel to me. She never asked my size. She immediately found gowns I could wear and I never not once felt like the plus size 18 I am.

She made me feel and look beautiful. She listened to my interests and even gave me a few ideas that helped alot. I may not have gotten my gown here but THIS salon and especially Mrs. Michelle is the reason I did not give up after my second day. I looked for salons that had dresses for my size. Called ahead and everything. However, after leaving Bliss almost every shop we went to either 1. had NOTHING to fit me (which is an awful feeling that occurred more than once), 2. they had no idea what they were doing (like did not even know where their plus size gowns were), or 3.put me in things outside of my budget. Michelle did none of that.

She was fantastic. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Bliss to every bride shopping for her dress. It was SOLELY because of my experience with Michelle at Bliss that I knew there were good stylists and I should not to stop looking. Thankfully, I was finally able to find "my gown." So, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

Piper was so incredibly helpful in selecting my perfect dress! With answering just a few questions she really understood my vision and what would look best on me. We tried a couple of dresses but she knew exactly which one I would say YES to! So thankful for the amazing experience at Bliss!

Michelle was so amazing and helpful! She was on the same wave-length as me and made sure I was deciding on dresses for myself. I had tried on so many dresses before that day, but nobody else had listened and saw my vision like Michelle did! Immediately she picked out exactly what I had in mind! She was so encouraging and ran around with me, turned me in the longest veils for pictures so we could see every possible angle of the dress without having to lift a foot. She and her team even let us come back on a super busy Saturday as they were closing so I could show my sister. I'm so happy I visited Bliss Bridal Salon!

Because I am someone who never put much thought into what wedding dress I would someday wear, wedding dress shopping was one of my biggest stresses in wedding planning so far. I scheduled an appointment at Bliss Bridal with no earthly idea of the wedding dress I wanted. Jamie asked me a few simple questions and brought the most perfect selection of dresses!

She listened to my feedback and had me try on things I never thought I would like, and it ended up leading to me picking the perfect dress for my wedding day! I had a wonderful experience at Bliss! Jamie took time to listen to me and learn about my dress preferences. I never felt rushed or pressured! She offered input or opinion when asked but allowed me and my bridal party to form our own conclusions. The dresses themselves were gorgeous and each was unique! I can't wait to wear my gown on my wedding day!

I found my dream dress here! My bridal consultant was so warm and welcoming from the minute she stepped foot into my dressing area. She was very attentive to what I was looking for in a dress and pulled the most beautiful gowns to try. She made sure I was comfortable every time we put on a new dress, and was so patient with me when I put on the same dress 3 times to make sure I was all in on it, and even paired my dress with a beautiful headpiece and veil so I could get the full vision.

The total of everything (dress, headpiece, and veil) came in right under budget. She was so considerate. I highly recommend Bliss to any bride who wants to have a "Say Yes to the Dress" experience.

My experience at Bliss was incredible! My stylist, Jamie, was extremely kind and helpful. As this was my 7th dress shop to go to, I had become pretty discouraged in the process of wedding dress shopping, but I'm SO glad I went to Bliss because I finally found my dream dress. Bliss was the first place I ventured to for my wedding dress. I wasn't expecting to find my dress on the first day, but I was pleasantly surprised! Jamie was the absolute best at listening to what I was looking for. She picked so many beautiful dresses and made it very hard to pick just 1! She is absolutely wonderful at her job and the knowledge she has on the gowns is amazing!

My experience was nothing short of amazing! I was blessed to work with Piper and she made sure all of my needs in a dress were met. She really got me from the initial questioning and I loved almost every dress that she brought out for me! She took her time, she was not pushy, and she helped me accessorize to get a full image of what I would look like day of.

I said yes to the dress and I couldn't have done it without her! The shop is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and there's just a very magical ambiance about the place. 10/10 would recommend!

Bliss Bridal is more than just a bridal shop, it is an experience that every bride needs to have. The way the store is structured relieves the bride of any stress while shopping. The consultant reviews the bride's style and then selects several dresses for the bride to try on. I LOVE this process. Personally, I don't like digging through racks at stores for regular clothes, I definitely don't want to have to dig through racks with 20lb+ dresses. This also allows the bride to try on dresses they may not have selected for themselves. They have a process and it works! We said Yes!

I'm not going to lie, I was really skeptical for the appointment I made after reading some of these reviews. But Brides, DON'T SLEEP ON THIS BOUTIQUE! Even if I hadn't bought my dream dress, the experience here was the best by far! I visited 3 other boutiques and Bliss really blew me away in regards to service. Kelsie was my stylist and let me tell you, she pegged my style right off the bat and every dress she brought out I loved! I really cannot thank this staff enough for what they do. Please visit here, and ask for Kelsie!

Such a great experience here. This was my 2nd stop in finding a wedding dress and I wish I would have just started here. The shop is beautifully designed and so elegant. I love that they have individual rooms that are just for you and your friends and family, away from other shoppers. This made the experience more personal and I felt comfortable. The consultant was absolutely amazing.

From start to finish we made me feel beautiful and she really listened to want I was wanting. She made me feel like the prettiest bride ever. She was good with helping me narrow down dresses to find the perfect one. I found my perfect dress and I still love putting it on every year for our anniversary.

I had such a good experience here. It wasn't my first time trying on wedding dresses, so I knew how it was going to go. My bridal consultant was so sweet and super helpful when it came to picking out dresses and such. I found a dress that I absolutely love and I'm planning on going back to purchase it very soon!

It was one of the most disappointing and condensing bridal visits I have ever had. 1. They do NOT read that long interview questionnaire they ask you to complete before your arrival. Don't waste your time filling it out. The rep had the nerve to ask me everything I had already completed out (I.e., size, style, color, etc.) and I told her I filled out the questionnaire with all those details.

She had no response. 2. I told her I emailed them also about some of the dresses I wanted to see. Her response "well I don't manage the emails so let me go and check". if a customer emails you and says they want to see particular dresses you have in the store that you have posted- wouldn't you have the common courtesy to read your emails and be aware?

Poor customer service. 3. There was a particular dress I wanted to see. She brought it out along with all these other dresses (that were not the style I had shown her on my Pinterest) BUT she didn't offer to let me try on the dress that I wanted to try on until the very end; she said "because I know it wasn't going to fit ". I wanted to give her a piece of my mind!

When I asked her what size it was."this is our last dress that was a sample; it's either 8,10,12." Umm didn't answer the question. Even when I instagrammed them asked about the size they didn't even comment - although they will "like" everything else you write. When I asked can this be altered - she said no.did she check the seams like other salons? No! FYI I searched around and found that dress had an inseam of 1-2 inches after I contacted a UK salon for measurements.

They will never tell you the name of the dress you tried on- they cover all the names and give them their own salon name nor the size of the dresses you try on. Talk about salon insecurity. 3. They didn't even try to bring me anything else to peak my interest or see if I liked a different style. I asked for a budget of $1800 but that I was flexible.

They didn't even try to bring me anything. When I asked do you have anything else? She said No, not in my size. And then punted me off to a "low budget plus size store". I was willing to spend up to $5K, but due to their poor customer service I opted not to tell them. I wear a street size 10, and they couldn't find a dress for me. I felt like a 2nd rate citizen.

Just if I wasn't a size 2, they don't know what to do. They decided to give me a newbie coordinator, I felt racially profiled (FYI- no diversity at all in that store!) by the way the were so quick to have me in and out, didn't offer me any other dresses, not even a bottle of water, etc. Another bridal salon told me that "your experience at Bliss will definitely be different (with a sigh and eye roll).

And boy were they right! Word of advice to the salon. I'm an executive at a international fortune 100 company and even if I wasn't.treat ALL your customers w respect and decent.you don't know who is going to walk in. Save yourself the time and go to Ava's Bridal, Blush Love, Anonymously Yours, Mockingbird Bridal.you'd be better off with a non-judgmental loving salon that wants you to enjoy your day instead making you feel that you don't matter and just another bride on a conveyor belt on the processing line.

If you want to find out how good a Bridal Salon is, work with them through a pandemic! I found my dress here in December (first and only salon I had planned on going to) and the service was outstanding and I bought my dress that same day. Then after the virus hit I was nervous that my dress wasn't going to get here in time, but it not only got here in time - they got it to me 2 months early!

Could not speak more highly of them, and I've had numerous future brides comment on my wedding pictures asking me where I got my dress and I'm sending them all this way because I know anyone will find their dream dress here. Thank you so much to everyone Bliss!

Picked up my dress yesterday! I absolutely love it, shopping for my wedding dress and accessories was a BLISS! The two consultants I met, Maria and Hope were so helpful and patient with me, everything I tried on was absolutely gorgeous but they helped me narrow it to the one!

My consultant was Mackenzie and her "shadow" (it was her first day working there) was Stephanie and they were both as sweet as could be! I didn't expect to find my dress today since it was my first appointment, first time looking at dresses, and the third one I tried on was THE one! I wanted a long sleeve dress, which I know is hard to find, and Mackenzie had a great idea of bringing me a sleeveless dress with adding sleeves later in alterations, I never would've thought of that! Loved my time here and so glad I found the one!

5 star service, 5 star product! Katie, my consultant was absolutely, perfectly amazing! She made me feel comfortable and beautiful in every dress I tried on during my first bridal appt. This place is amazing. My daughter and I scheduled several appointments for the day, but I'm so thankful this was the first! It will be the last. We were amazed at the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and feel like they were truly invested in making her experience perfect. They were perfect. I would not be able recommend any higher because the experience was wonderful.

The selection is fabulous, but the staff takes the time to get to know their clients - the venue, their likes and dislikes - and create the perfect dress. I could not say enough about them!

This place was such a God send. I thought I knew exactly what type of wedding dress I wanted. After trying 6-7 dresses on in that style, my stylist was so patient and picked one completely different. I tried it and WHAM! It was perfect. Done and Done! The ordering process was easy and made it simple for someone that didnt know what to expect. She made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision.

Im a super last minute bride, like 5 days away from the big day. Maria was helping me and she picked out soooo many beautiful gowns but most didn't fit. We got down to the last two and found it. It was so comfy and made me feel beautiful. For a second I was hesitant but she came back with ammmaaaaazing news and we sealed the deal. I would say maybe an hour or less and I found my gown.

I have no idea why their reviews are low on yelp, but don't let that fool you. Go for yourself. Beautiful location too Updating: experience was great but beware, if you're buying off the floor to really INSPECT your gown. I got home and a few days I opened my dress and found about an inch tear of tulle near the zipper. I wish my sales consultant saw this when she was helping me zip me up! I'm sooo sad, and on top of that I found the SAME gown in Bhldn for half the price. I can't believe I bought a torn dress now that I will wear to my wedding in a few days now. Absolutely disappointed and so sad, in tears as I write this.

Talk about your diamond in the rough! I am fortunately a bridesmaid to three different weddings this year and so i've come very accustomed to the different bridal attire shops in the DFW. I knew the area that it was located in and it made me a little skeptical to the amount of quality and selection we were going for. Pulling up to the back parking did not make me feel better about the shop either.

I realize that you can get your car stolen anywhere, but I was still a bit hesitant letting the time go by while visiting this store. As I walked to the storefront, I noticed that it's actually kind of nice (old town glamour-esque). It was situated adjacent to 4-5 other stores within the shopping mall (all of them tailored to special events such as photography and custom bakery).

Upon entering, I was blown away with what the interior offered. I immediately felt an industrial, chic and sexy vibe from this establishment. There are four semi private rooms that have a sitting area, large mirror and pedestal for the future bride or whomever to gawk at themselves in the mirror. Selection: Before arriving, the bride to be told the person the color we were going for (bridesmaid dresses), and so they had dresses pre-pulled and waiting for us in the dressing room. Considering the odd color, there was such a huge selection to choose from.

The attendant helped us in and out of the dresses (which sounds creepy, but considering the number of straps and such, it was very helpful.) Ordering/Price Point: The dresses were similarly priced online and the shipping was about 6-8 weeks for the dresses we chose. Checkout was seamless, and at the front counter, there's a photo booth all of the bridesmaids to pose ridiculously in. Good experience for all.

Pros: beautiful bridal gowns, clean interior building Cons: location is in high crime area, walk-ins not welcome, by appointment only even to just pay and go for a dress, limited choices on bridesmaid dresses, unable to browse gowns and attendant must bring to you in room (you can browse choices on an iPad), attendant must be in fitting room while you undress and try on different dress choices, took 60 days for dress (that was rush order), requests $25 storage fee if held over 20 days even if they fail to notify you that dress was ready (they entered in my email address wrong while ordering and were hesitant to waive the late fee when I objected), unable to try on dress before you finish paying for it (I paid 1/2 up front in October when I ordered and remainder on 1/19/18 at pickup), forcibly walks dress out of building to your car (even if you ask to carry your dress out).

Please note: When I questioned some of these practices they told me that they valued the customer experience and that's why these rules are in place. News flash.you failed in that area! Oh and the dress fits horribly so I'll now need to pay a tailor to alter it.

Bride to be said yes to the dress here! My daughter in law to be received excellent service. The selection was amazing, almost too many choices if that can happen. Marie was very attentive and listened to the bride to determine the perfect dress. She found a favorite but wanted to continue looking. Since we had an appointment at another salon we had to leave, but as soon as we were through, she said, let's go back to Bliss.

We called and they said we could come in an hour. We had to wait but that was we arrived too early. Once she tried it on the gals at Bliss really took care of everything. A pleasant experience. Hope the fitting will go just as well.

Go here as a last resort. And be sure you make an appointment otherwise it is a waste of your time. I suggest 2 other salons at the bottom of my review if you are looking for suggestions. I first went to Bliss while looking for my bridal gown. We arrived early and were happy to wait until our turn, but the staff seemed to be VERY upset we were early.

We decided to look at the bridesmaid dresses that were at the front and we were rudely stared at as if we were not allowed to look. Once they were ready to have me I discovered that all of the dresses were kept in the center of the salon where there are signs noting not to enter without an associate. My mom, soon to be mother-in-law and friend were not allowed to go look at the dresses with me and I was able to only point or mention that I would like to try a dress on whenever the associate pulled one out that I was interested in.

I understand if you want to keep your dresses in great condition, but that is what the clear bags are for. The woman helping me came off rude occasionally. Overall I found my dress elsewhere. A couple of months later I went searching for a flower girl dress and just wanted to get some ideas to see what was out there. I was near Bliss and thought I could stop in for 2 minutes, look at the dresses and decide if it was a no or a maybe.

Just like last time, as soon as I entered I was given a look like I shouldn't be there. Once I said I didn't have an appointment (for a flower girl dress are you serious?!) I was told I could not be helped an needed to make an appointment. They clearly did not want my business at all. What seemed to be the store manager or owner came up and told me that the ONE woman who knew about flower girl dresses was busy and he did not want me looking at them without someone knowledgeable.

All I wanted was to see if they had anything worth looking into. I immediately turned around and left. Seriously, don't go here unless you absolutely have exhausted all other options. De ma Fille is by far my top choice in Fort Worth and I would even suggest Pence & Penache in Burleson as they are both incredibly nice and helpful, with or without an appointment.

Too many rules! Mother of the bride is not allowed to look at dresses with bride. Bridesmaids were not allowed to look at bridesmaids dresses. No water, champagne or refreshments offered. Rude. Just rude. We were on our best behavior. They were inflexible. Only allow photos of top 3 dresses. What!? It's supposed to be a fun, relaxing day but they totally killed our joy! Clearly, they are not aware of the definition of BLISS!
