Dance Makers has been so helpful. After my very first time meeting the staff and team scheduling my lesson I felt very excited to return and learn. After my first dance lesson I left feeling accomplished. Choose Dance Makers if you want to learn how to dance from the most talented and delightful team of instructors! They made me feel very comfortable and I am thrilled to continue my progress.

I signed up for 8 private lessons of country dance and am extremely pleased with my decision. They offer a variety of different lessons and if I ever choose to learn more, Dance Makers is the place for me! Their beaming smiles are infectious, I cannot wait to acquire the new skill of dance in such a enjoyable setting.

I have taken lessons at Dance Makers off and on for years. Groups great and reasonably priced- learn a lot and professional staff. If you take private ( cost is market) but be prepared to put in the practice if you take them or you will not benefit. l have never taken couple lessons but from what l have seen it appears like something to consider if you have a long term partner. DanceMakers is both down home and a class act. MaryAnn the receptionist can help you get started.

A great atmosphere-no hustle to buy lessons. Julie the owner is down to earth and Instructors are also Pros. Amanda is fantastic. Most important Have a Good time. I don't dance Latin but l occasional take group lessons. I don't know the instructors name but he is a hoot. If you see a old man trying to Bachata-that's me.

Great place to learn to dance. The instructors are top rate and always add an interesting new move. Love it.

Wonderful dance studio! My fiance and I are both beginners. Every staff member is so warm and welcoming, we have always felt super comfortable! The owner of the studio, Julie, truly puts her heart into it and is super helpful and knowledgeable! She paired us with the perfect private instructor, Auggie. Our private instructor always makes us feel comfortable and each lesson is new and fun, but at a pace we can learn comfortably.

All of the other instructors are just as warm and kind- and while they are all wildly talented, they each take their time to make sure you are comfortable, and most importantly having fun! We have taken, and will continue to take group and private lessons. We love coming to class, and always have loads of fun learning something new each time. I highly recommend Dance Makers for dancers of any level!

My fiance and I were looking around for a dance instructor for our wedding and we thankfully found this place. They were 1) very affordable and 2) have the most incredible instructors. Our teacher, Julie, was so wonderful during our entire experience. She had great patience with us as novices and we came out with some skills we didn't have before. We have our wedding dance but also a new found hobby. We are moving out of state soon and sad to be leaving our dance teacher behind! Thank you again, Julie!

Awesome place! Very spacious, nice floors, and has excellent instructors! They are all very knowledgeable. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely continue to come back as much as I can!

The staff is so welcoming no matter what type of dance experience you have! The facility is always clean. My experience there was great! Very thankful for their support of our program as well! Go check them out for a great time!

The staff at DanceMakers is extremely welcoming and friendly! It created an atmosphere where I didn't feel judged for my lack of dance experience. Also, their studios are pretty spacious and they offer a variety of dance classes! I would highly recommend them!

Dancemakers is a wonderful studio, the instructors and staff I had the pleasure of interacting with were all wonderful. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable in so many styles of dance. We are very thankful for their support for our PTO dance and the space was perfect! I encourage any one to come check them out! You won't regret it! I can't wait to come back to take some classes!

DanceMakers is such a great place! They were very welcoming to myself and a large group of students from UNTHSC. DanceMakers opened up their studio to us to practice for a performance. They even allowed us to do a practice run at an event they hosted! The staff was always friendly, plenty of space, and studio was very clean! Will highly recommend going to DanceMakers for classes! Such a fun environment!

My wife and I started to attend classes this July (2018) and have really enjoyed the classes. My wife has wanted me to learn to dance for awhile so I finally worked up the courage to do so this summer. So far our experience has been great and we have really enjoyed our instructor, Tony. The environment is very relaxed and friendly, and I think the pricing is very reasonable. My wife and I plan on taking more classes in the future. Best of all, I really do feel that I'm learning to dance.

Thanks to James Shields, my fiance (now wife) and I transformed from rookies into rookies with a competent first dance routine, all in the span of a dozen lessons. The first dance is a ritual designed to test a man's will, and it's not something I'd soon repeat. But if I had to do so, I'd choose James again in an instant. He's patient, breaks down routines into digestible pieces, and my wife claims he wears snappy shoes. I wouldn't know, because I spent the majority of my time avoiding stepping on hers.

My husband and I have had such a great experience at DanceMakers. All of the staff and instructors are friendly and make you feel welcome from the start. We joined with the new student special package and had such a good time we continued our private lessons with Gabriel Wilson. We can't say enough good things about Gabriel! He is an amazing instructor, very patient and knowledgeable. Gabriel always makes us feel comfortable, keeps us laughing, and knows just the right way to break down the different dances in a manner my husband and I can understand. We have learned so much from him in a short amount of time. We highly recommend DanceMakers of Texas!

This is a shout out to Augie one of the dance instructors. He is a great teacher, he definitely had his work cut out for him with the father daughter dance with some choreographed dance for the wedding. He's patience with beginners that haven't even gotten that title yet. For me he kept things simple, never once thought he was making me feel like I couldn't achieve it.

I would recommend him. I will be going back for lessons later with my husband. 5 stars to Augie :) Oh and the studio was clean and the reception lady was very sweet and easy to talk to. 5 stars for her and the building :)
