I was appreciative that the order was processed and delivered same day. I did have a problem as this was a 50th Wedding Anniversary floral gift, but when Lutz sent a note that item was delivered they stated that this was a funeral gift. I think there was something wrong in the communication process.

Beautiful flowers and excellent service today. I ordered flowers for a birthday that is today, and my friend absolutely loved them and the booklet for the year she was born (separate cost). I will definitely use Lutz Flowers again. Thank you for such great service!

Got flowers sent for my moms birthday and they were absolutely STUNNING! My mom said the delivery man played a happy birthday song when he delivered them, which is adorable in my opinion. I was conflicted on where to order flowers from but I am so so happy I went with Lutz Flowers. By far the most beautiful arrangement I've seen, and looked exactly like it showed online. Plus they hand wrote the message I wanted to include in cursive, so sweet. 10/10

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt I should for Lutz Flowers. In the past few years whenever I want to send flowers, I've used Lutz. The flowers have always been as good or better than the picture on their website. They are always delivered promptly. And I think they are very reasonably priced. I just sent some roses that were a beautiful shade of lavender/dusty rose. I don't know how they did it in the middle of winter, but they were exactly as pictured and beautiful. If you want to order flowers, I definitely recommend Lutz.

Delivery to the hospital was perfect (which I'm sure is a difficult task, knowing how confusing navigating around a hospital can be), flowers looked great, and I LOVE that the note was handwritten and not just printed out from the computer. Thank you Lutz! I will definitely be using you in the future and recommending y'all for all Cincy floral needs.

I ordered on short notice. A coworker was leaving and I decided last minute to order flowers for her. They arrived mid morning and were exactly what I had expected. She was thrilled.

I live out of town and needed flowers for my sister-in-law's father's funeral. Lutz looked like the best local florist, so I chose an arrangement from their website. When I called, they were friendly and helpful. At the funeral, the arrangement was beautiful and looked like what I picked on the website. I was very impressed and pleased. Another thing I especially liked was that my flower "card" was handwritten in lovely penmanship while other arrangements had typed, unpersonal notes. What a great florist!

After 3 separate occasions of relying on companies like "1800flowers" or "flowers for you" only to have things not delivered at all; I wanted to find a local florist who I knew would take greater care of their product and their customers. I'm based in Florida but my girlfriend was on tour in Cincinnati. I looked up a couple shops but knowing she was only in town for a few days I didn't want to give her more than she could travel with. Lutz offered a single rose dressed beautifully in a small vase which was absolutely perfect for the occasion.

She sent me a photo of when it was delivered and it looked exactly like the picture on their website. It arrived on time and with zero communication issues and again looked beautiful. Even if this was only a one time thing for me to send any flowers in Cincinnati I greatly appreciate this company and if I ever need to do this again in the future I will come back. Thank you guys for taking pride in what you do, if I could give you more than 5 stars I would!

An absolute life saver! I had a florist cancel on me last minute and Lutz pulled through! They were able to get my order delivered within 2hrs of me placing the order! This is my go to florist for my Cincinnati family. I live out of town and every time I send flowers and plants from here they are very nice. The communication with the shop os great too if you have special orders or instructions. You know right away when they are delivered.

Lutz did well above average on the arrangement I ordered and exceeded expectations. They did not have all of the flowers that appeared in the picture on their website, but they stuck with the same color scheme and made appropriate substitutions. I would definitely use them again. It was obvious they made the effort to deliver something every bit as nice as what I had ordered. It's not easy to find a florist that will do that.

I have lived on the West side for many years. I guess I never had a reason to order flowers. My sister had a vow renewal. I wanted to surprise her with a small bouquet. The people in the shop were very friendly and easy to work with. The bouquet was ready on time and was nicely made. I wanted it to be mostly and predominantly purple as it is my sister favorite color.

I was pleased but wished it did not have so many other colors. If I had known I would have chosen simple purple roses. It was still nice but not the purple overload I wanted.

I have worked with Lutz in the past and they have always produced lovely arrangements at a decent price. This is the first time I used their online ordering. At the beginning of the pandemic when many businesses were closed I sent flowers through an online site 1-800-flowers and it was a terrible experience. Even when they tried to correct their error it was never resolved.

Lutz Flowers is just amazing. I had heard about them from a friend and I've used them a few times now. They are so fast and just incredible and accomodating. The flowers are always gorgeous and exactly what I want! They were able to do same-day delivery for my friend's birthday! I couldn't believe it! This should always be your go-to flower shop around Cincinnati. I've been burned by national companies for years now and I can't believe such a gem of a shop existed right under my nose. I ordered 30th Birthday flowers over the phone. Gave a description of flower colors and vibe I was looking for.they totally delivered! Soooo reasonably priced and easy! There are some very overpriced florists in Cincinnati that would gouge you on the same product just because of their location. Definitely recommend Lutz for all your flower needs!

Fantastic florist! I've purchased a wrist corsage two times per year (fall dances & proms) for the last five years. I ordered over the phone for all but one time. Each time was simple and they were very helpful with excellent suggestions when needed. There are three price levels from $17-$25. I've tried each and they were equally beautiful.

Lutz did our wedding flowers this past Saturday. The boutonnieres and corsages looked great. 2 bridesmaids bouquets looked great. Prices are great. 3 star rating is due to my maid of honors bouquet being wrong. Her bouquet was supposed to be red roses with some white to set her off. It was all red. She was really excited to have the white into hers so when I saw all red her and I were disappointed. The flowers were fresh and open. Would've been 5 stars had my sisters bouquet been right.
