Bridal Elegance

Commodating, efficient, and had my dress perfectly tailored in one week. After that experience I decided to make an appointment to try wedding dresses. I brought only my mom, but there was space to bring others as well. The dress selection was great! There were dresses of many difference styles, sizes, colors, and price range that really allowed me to try all of the styles I was interested in. Bridal Elegance also has a Pinterest board that they do their best to keep updated with their current dress selection so I was able to look through that before my appointment and ask to try on the dresses I liked. Angie was my stylist, she made me feel at ease and had great suggestions.

She gave me space to figure out which dresses I wanted to try and listened to what I liked and disliked. Ultimately her suggestions helped me find the perfect dress! They also offer a couple of different bridal gown packages and insurance that offer a number of different services and perks, like discounted alteration and storage for the gown. Receptionist/stylist Jessica answered all of my questions about those bridal packages and helped my mom and I through the payment process and options. I am incredibly happy with my wedding dress and I trust the staff at Bridal Elegance to help me through this process!

I have been living on cloud 9 since my appointment at Bridal Elegance. from the moment I walked into the showroom, I felt special. I had already had 3 previous appointments (at other stores) and was getting extremely discouraged. But not here! I had Nancy as a stylist and she did NOT disappoint. Like everyone, I was looking for a unique dress. but it absolutely had to be black. Nancy already had dresses pulled and in the room, along with the cutest letter-board sign welcoming me, and a personalized wine glass (which was black!) Of course ended up falling head over heels for the first dress I tried on.

My wedding is in September 2022 (yup. 138 days ladies ) Nancy never let me see the internal cringe I'm sure she had due to timeline concerns - BUT - I was NEVER pressured for the sale. Other stores I have felt that "under thumb" feeling and it cause me to second guess and end up walking away from a few dresses, which I know now I was totally settling for.

Even with the payment process (out of town / over the phone payment - shoutout to my amazing mother for getting me my dream dress! thank you so much mama! I love you endlessly ) the girls just walked us right through everything, no stone was left unturned. Nicole and Sarah helped as well throughout the day, and were fabulous! I can't wait until my dress comes in and I can see them all again! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH FINDING MY DREAM DRESS! 1000/1000 would recommend Bridal Elegance!

I had my appointment at Bridal Elegance a couple of months ago after trying on dresses elsewhere (where I thought I found 'the one'). I'm so glad I still went here just to be sure. Lisa was so hospitable and helpful, made my whole party and I feel welcomed, and was encouraging the entire day. We opted for the upgrade to get a charcuterie board and champagne to make the day feel even more special which I highly recommend. I found an AMAZING gown here (one I wouldn't have expected), and I couldn't be more thrilled with the dress and my experience at Bridal Elegance. Thank you, ladies!

I was trying on bridesmaids dresses with my friend for her wedding, they got us in very last minute! Lisa was there to help us and she was great! So helpful and knowledgeable! I am generally bigger and taller than the average woman and Lisa made me very comfortable trying on dresses, just all around helpful! Would definitely recommend!

This was my second time trying on dresses and let me say, Bridal Elegance blew the other dress shop out of the water! Lisa was so helpful and patient with me trying on a LOT of dresses. They make you feel very welcomed from the moment we got there till the moment we left. I can't wait to go back and shop for our bridesmaids dresses!

Nicole was an amazing bridal consultant. She made the whole appointment fun and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. All staff were extremely friendly and I have already recommended Bridal Elegance to another future bride.

Lisa was so great! We had our own private room to try on dresses and Lisa made sure to snag the dress she thought would look best on me - and it was the one! Such a special, boutique-shop, with so many wonderful staff members. Everyone was so positive and kept hyping me up - I felt very special! A huge thank you to Lisa for making this so memorable!

All I can say is 10/10 great experience. Stephanie (my stylist) was amazing and pulled the perfect dresses for me to try. The entire store was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Ended up finding my dress for half my budget and it came in within a month! My mom also found her mother of the bride dress there and it was also very reasonably priced. We both had such a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for anything wedding related!

What a wonderful experience. Lisa our stylist was amazing. She was so helpful and so patient. She was great at picking the dresses after I showed her pictures of the style I was looking for. Her and the staff made this experience so amazing. I would highly recommend looking for dresses here. They have so many selections and amazing hospitality. This review is long overdue! I said yes to my dress back in August at Bridal Elegance. I had the most amazing experience! I felt so special from the moment I booked my appointment. I received a video prior to my appointment which made me feel so welcomed to the boutique. I was super nervous to try on wedding dresses but I walked in for my appointment and immediately felt relaxed. Stephanie was so warm and welcoming.

They even had a small gift for me. Stephanie was SO helpful and made me feel like a princess with every single dress I tried on. The moment I said "yes" was so incredibly special. I will never forget it. The entire staff was wonderful. The boutique is so clean. My entire experience was amazing. I am so happy I was able to find my dress at Bridal Elegance. 10/10 recommend BE to every bride to be!

Found my dress on the first trip. I had my bridesmaids and Mom with me, so we started with everyone picking a dress. My stylist Emily was great to work with. She asked good questions as we worked through our picks, and would magically appear with new dresses based on feedback and my reaction to the dresses I was trying on. The store was super cute and cozy, and it felt pretty private although there were other groups there.

If you want to make an appointment, I would recommend calling the store to verify current party size limitations, as they are not listed on the website. I opted for the upgraded appointment, which ended up being a good choice because I needed the extra time. Also, the parfait bar was a fun touch. We really enjoyed it. Overall a very positive experience :

They did a wonderful job with my wedding dress! They made the fitting process very simple and their team knew exactly what needed to be done so the dress fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend going here if you need alterations!

Lisa was absolutely incredible as a stylist. She Made me feel so comfortable and calm during the process of finding my perfect dress. The entire staff was lovely and you can tell they really love what they do. They also have a great selection of really beautiful dresses. I had the most amazing time at Bridal Elegance in GR! I was nervous when I walked in and wasn't sure what to expect but all of the ladies warmly greeted me and made me feel so special. Lisa took her time to help me find my perfect dress and never pressured me. She gave me lots of time to take pictures and for my family to take pictures. I wasn't planning on finding my dress today but it happened and it's my dream dress! It's absolutely perfect and couldn't be happier.

I purchased my bridal gown through bridal elegance and was very impressed with them throughout the whole process all 4 of my bridesmaids purchased their dresses through bridal elegance as well and each of them commented how easy and professional they were to work with! The staff was kind, professional, and trustworthy when making such a big decision about the day.

I take my dress in this week to get cleaned and preserved and I Already know the outcome will be top notch based on their previous work. Special shout out to Aubrey for all the hard work on alterations! Thanks bridal elegance! It's been great to work with you the past year

I recently purchased my dress from Bridal Elegance at my first and last appointment. I cannot say enough good things about my stylist Jess. Jess was EVERYTHING for my appointment. She was so AMAZING and made the entire experience enjoyable. Jess has the personality to make you feel comfortable while trying on dresses, but also to hype you up when you find one you love. She also helped me pick out earrings and clips to complete my look with honest feedback. Thanks again, Jess!
