At U.S. Tent Rental, the quality of our equipment is exceeded only by the quality of our service. In 2001, the Boyle family purchased United States Tent Rental including a handful of tents, tables, chairs, and one old, beat-up truck. With hard work, dedication, and a keen eye for quality, they were able to transform that small rental business into one of the largest event rental companies on Florida's west coast.
It is recommended but not a necessity. Please make payment arrangements ahead of time and coordinate with our sales staff as to where you would like the equipment placed and/or set up. U.S. Tent Rental is a full service rental company and set-up is included in our pricing model. Although if prior instructions were not given to the sales staff to be placed on the order, and no one is there to accept the order, we will generally just leave everything at the job site, except for tents.Tents must be set up by U.S. Tent Rental licensed and insured employees.

Used multiple services including string light installation, linens, and table rentals for my wedding on 11/6/20 and couldn't have been happier! Tina even helped me change a few minor details on my linens a few days before my wedding with no issue at all. This is a great, professional, and efficient company to work with for any large event your hosting!

US Tent Rental does an outstanding job and customer service is a priority with them. We recently held an event on a Saturday evening that was a fundraiser. Due to circumstances beyond on our control, we were notified that we needed more folding chairs a few hours before the event started. They pulled it off and saved the day! Can't say enough of about their customer service and professionalism.

LOVE US Tent! The choices, quality, and service is outstanding! They have hands down, the very BEST customer service in the Sarasota / Manatee area!
