I called to place an order for 2 sympathy sprays for 2 different funerals the first one was the strength & solace absolutely beautiful. the second one was the pink tribute and i wanted the flowers replaced with blue & white flowers since it was for a male. I went to the viewing yesterday 2/17/2022 and it was the ugliest thing i had ever seen. The spray had 6 carnations, dead daisies and snapdragons that had not even bloomed and a navy blue silk ribbon in the middle.
You could see all the greenery and with little to no flowers. I was asked did someone take some flowers out of the spray. i was so embarrased and i could not beleive they would send something like this. It is no way someone thought this was acceptable to send to someone's viewing. I want a full refund

Ordered large 24 rose arrangement. Got 12 instead. Picture on website was larger arrangement I got the small picture. Contacted them left messages still no reply. Order was placed on early March 1st unsure about being rushed to prepare the agreement. Still no reply to messages left with florist they replied to this review thus they have my information to reply to me. Strange chulk it up to COVID-19 PANDEMIC

I came in one day to get some flowers for my mother's birthday. I had a wonderful experience with the front desk associate named Ellen. She was kind, energetic, helpful and walked me through all of the options with patience and determination to help me find the perfect arrangement. She wrapped up some beautiful flowers for me that have lasted almost 2 weeks. Thank you!

First and last time using this florist. I will be heading back to my usual florist, Radebaugh. I ordered delivery to my elderly bedridden mother. I gave the company instructions that her aide would be the one picking it up. After a poor attempt of delivering the flowers on time, they tried the next day. Up to this point, I was fine. However, when the delivery was being made the next day, a very disgruntled delivery driver called and yelled at my mother and told her he couldn't find her address (she lives on a main road btw).
He complained he was 80 years old and had delivered it somewhere else. I'd like to note the aide was on the street, looking for him, at this point trying to accommodate the angry driver. Long story short, he called her and told her to "look for it" and the aide searched house to house and finally found it. Absolutely horrid experience. I don't care if it's a busy holiday there is no reason why such anger needs to be taken out in the recipient of the flowers. Stay clear of this nightmare of a place.

Not impressed which was a surprise given the glowing reviews. Ordered the Premium arrangement. Based on Teleflora's photo (& the cost of the arrangement) expected at least one (or 2) more lilies & the roses were the same pale pink as the lilies (not a darker pink as in the stock photo) giving no contrast or visual interest. The arrangement presented skimpy & dull.
Not what I expected for the price paid. I will not use them in the future. In response to Gordon Florist: I did order directly from Teleflora & chose you specifically. I ordered "In Love w/ Lime" on 9/12 to be delivered in Timonium on 9/13. I did not call because I was not sure what correction there was to be made. I did not want the recipient to be aware that I was not happy with the arrangement as to not bring a negative tone to the gift, therefore I didn't see what else could be done.

Great service! The salesperson was able to prepare the perfect sympathy arrangement in only an hour and a half by asking for our price range, the type of memorial service and the gender of the deceased. The family was touched by the gesture of the arrangement and it went perfectly with the other flowers there. THANK YOU!
