Balloon Creations By Carolyn

My husband ordered a balloon creation 3 weeks ago which was never delivered and has called multiple times to try and get a refund but they say they don't know how to process a refund. We are now forced to driving to the location to demand our money back. We will never use them again. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option!

Best experience I've had. I ordered 4 days before the party was & wasn't sure if I'll be able to get it cause the late notice but they did it & it was sooo nice. The kids loved playing with the balloons after the party. It's been two weeks since the party & the balloons are still full with helium in them. Thank you guys again sooo much!

The booking process was easy and efficient, drop off and pick of the stand were seamless, and the balloon arch for our family's 99 year old was the hit of the party. Thanks so much, y'all. You far exceeded our expectations.

I ordered online and never spoke to a person so I was worried it would show up on my event day. But they came right on time with the most gorgeous balloons. Everything was perfect and easy.

Excellent service. Rented a helium tank. I got in an accident and was unable to return it on time but they were very understanding. Definitely will use again! Highly recommend to anyone needing helium, balloon decor or a room for a paint party.

Didn't have a lot of interaction with anyone since it was an online order but they got the order correct and on time. It's a great place for a different kind of balloon bouquet than I've ever seen and at the same price as a normal one. My dad enjoyed it and the rest of the family.

As an apartment manager I have ordered 'balloon creations' for Housing Day at UC Davis for six years and I've never been disappointed! They have worked with me when I had a specific idea in mind with patience and grace. Housing Day can be a bit of madness when setting up, but they have always been on time and professional, at what has to be a very busy day for them.

I have also ordered a 'balloon creation' for a family celebration and everyone was delighted and surprised when it was delivered. Balloon Creations by Carolyn can be a wonderful, surprising, and fun alternative to flowers. Carolyn can create huge fantastical arrangements for auditoriums, or smaller delights that work for home or office. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Balloon Creations by Carolyn, everything I ordered was on time and turned out beautiful. The communication was easy and clear and her designs helped make the baby shower so special. Everyone said "Wow" when they walked in the front door, it was fantastic.

Online payment 's did not work. They did not keep track of Merchandise returned and kept texting me and somewhat "threatening" me that they would charge me for the Helium Tank on a card that they don't even have! ALL THIS WAS DONE A MONTH AFTER WE RENTED THE TANK! Buyer Beware!

I have used balloon creations several times over the years to help family members celebrate birthdays. We don't live in the same area as our relatives, so we haven't been able to go to the store location to place the orders. Each time I have spoken with a representative on the phone and they have been extremely helpful. I told them which colors I would like to use and some of the arrangements I liked on the website.

Then I told them to make something they thought would be appropriate for the event, the last one being a birthday party for two people celebrating their 99 th birthdays. The recipients were very pleased, as were family members. I highly recommend Balloon Creations by Carolyn!

Balloon Creations is wonderful! I've used them several times for a few different events in the past few years. This last time, I called for 2 balloon bouquets 5 days before an event that was taking place the day after Memorial Day. The bouquets were exactly what I wanted and their customer service is wonderful! Plus, the price was great!

We missed our Granddaughter's birthday, thank you Covid19. We wanted to give her something special. Found Ballon creations by Carolyn online. I had questions, emailed them. They quickly responded and I placed my order. Anxiously awaiting the special day. Balloons arrived as promise. Our Granddaughter could not stop smiling! Thank you for making her day . I recommend everyone to work with Balloon Creations by Carolyn for your next party or event! I ordered balloon garland and a fun balloon creation for the yard for my sons birthday. When it was delivered to my house it was better than I even imagined it would be! Such a nice delivery man too and I was so happy they could drop it off the day before the party. Everyone at the party commented how amazing the balloon creations were. Also, it was really affordable! This is my go to place for all future events!

I ordered a Halloween pole and boy was I frightened by what they delivered! Pic on the right is what I received. pic on the left what I ordered different theme. I was recently offered a refund we shall see.as you can clearly see this balloon is nothing like what was described in this picture. take your business elsewhere this balloon disaster came just as you see it it had just been delivered it was only out for 20 mins and furthermore the picture I posted in the example Is outdoor after all it's a "yard" pole you stick in the dirt so it should be able to withstand the weather. just shotty work! Please stop making excuses you did an awful job so now on to the better business bureaus website I go.

My husband turned the big 4-0 during SIP. We were supposed to be in Europe celebrating but pandemic hit. I am not creative at all but I wanted to make his quarantines birthday as special as possible. I remembered seeing a post on Natomas Buzz's IG and was able to order these to arrangements fairly easy. Our kids loved it too.

The balloons were great and have lasted well over a month! We did an "Over the Rainbow" Saint Patrick's theme 50th B-Day Party. The rainbow arch was the perfect touch and reasonably priced. Seriously, the air-filled balloons on the arch (internal frame support--so smart) have been up for 59 days, and they still look good. The helium filled balloons lasted nearly a month. Bonus: The rainbow has kept our house colorful and fun as we are sheltering in place [.COVID]).

I was so happy to have found this Gem. I planned a surprise birthday party for my husband and ended up having to order some balloons for decorations last minute. This shop was able to take my order of 50 balloons with a delivery time frame of less then 24 hours! They were so professional and efficient. I loved the customer service and care they put in.

The delivery was perfectly executed since I needed to have the balloons in my house while my husband was out. I will definitely continue to use this ballon shop for any events in the future.

Called this place 3 days before the event and was able to accommodate my request and the balloons turned out perfect. Price was very good too and delivery and set up was on time. Thank you for making my daughters 1st Bday Party that even more memorable. Will for surely use them again!

I had the pleasure of working with Amy. This is my second time ordering balloons from her and I was impressed each time. The funny story about my last experience, was that I ordered the balloons to surprise my husband on our anniversary. I came home to find out that my husband had also ordered balloons to surprise me from her the same day! Both bouquets were beautiful and lasted a long time.

Amy and her team were able to help us with a beautifully made balloon arch and several balloon bouquets with just a day notice for our event! Great communication! They delivered everything on time and everything looked great making our event even better than before! Thanks again!

If you haven't booked Carolyn yet you should! Immediately after meeting her I felt comfortable. She arrived exactly on time, set up in like 2 minutes and literally worked her tail off for 1 1/2. We had way more kids than we were expecting and she made these awesome detailed balloons for every kid and even managed to do face masks for 15 kids in like 40 minutes.

She agreed to stay 30 minutes over our arrangement (I paid her) without missing a beat. All of my guests commented on how amazing the balloon creations were. She was worth every penny! Will use her for other events for sure.
