I purchased a set of chopsticks and within 3 months they broke. I contacted Hanson Ellis to see what they would do and they would not replace them. I purchased the aluminum chop sticks so they would last a long time but again they did not last 3 months of regular use and hand washing. DON'T PURCHASE THESE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEM EVEN WHEN THERE OBVIOUSLY A FLAW IN THE MANUFACTURING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL EITHER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We purchased the "Paradise Found" bamboo surfboard for a surfer's retirement gift. The quality of the bamboo surfboard exceeded our expectations. The personalized inscription was beautifully done. My son ordered a personalized key chain for a christmas gift. Three weeks later we still don't have it. Called and they said it would be there by end of the week. That was over a week ago. Called today. Automated attendant said no one could take my call. Thank you for calling. I WILL NEVER order from this place again. TERRIBLE business handling and service. I am sure I wont get my money back either! BE WARNED!

I WAS SHOCKED AT THE OUTCOME! I LOVE IT! I COULDN'T HAVE IMAGINED IT ANY BETTER! I got my mom personal made chop sticks with engravings! I thought I ordered one set. BUT I GOT 3! I will definitely return to this website! But, it did take FOREVER to receive. It said 7 to 10 business days, and it took a month. But very much worth the wait although it wasn't even here for her birthday. She cried when I gave them to her!

Paid for rush shipping because I wasn't sure how long it was gonna take to ship; It arrived quickly and I was blown away because I never got notified that it had shipped. Made it here with plenty of time before my mom's birthday (3 days) and it is gorgeous! The font I picked for the message on the front is beautifully done and the placement is superb. It even came in a plain white box so I have something to wrap it in! Definitely recommend.

Ordered custom chopsticks for my daughter about a week before Christmas for a personalized gift. Paid for expedited shipping but my order was too late for it to come in time. A week after Christmas I still did not receive it. When I reached out to them, I did have trouble reaching them initially, but when I was able to talk to someone they were very accommodating.
They said they were very busy and the item I ordered was about to be shipped and would refund the expedited shipping. Overall I was pleased with the custom chopsticks and the refund on the shipping. If you are looking for a nice custom gift, I would recommend this company. Just order far enough ahead if you suspect it might be a busy time.

We ended up ordering two wine boxes for some weddings we were attending. The ordering was very easy. The customer service department was so helpful offering creative ideas to help with the customization. There was a small hiccup with the second one we ordered that the customer service department went above and beyond to fix and compensate us for. We will order these again because they are a elegant gift that people seem to enjoy.
