I ordered the Sunny Day Pitcher of Cheer for my sister. The arrangement was beautiful and bursting with flowers! The person delivering her flowers called me to let me know she was not home so I could call her and let her know that they were there, which I really appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service!

Very pleased with the freshness and vitality of the flowers in the arrangement I purchased. Every bit as nice as the photos online. Roses opening beautifully and the arrangement is gorgeous from any angle. As a follow up to this post; it has been a week since I picked up my online order from the Kornell road location and the arrangement still looks as nice as when I got it.

The Stargazers kept opening up and the closed bud also opened. The roses just kept opening and I do not think I have ever felt better about spending money on flowers. What a delight!

The arrangement was beautiful and our mother was so happy with the flowers and Diane's friendly delivery!

We had an associate in the Hospital and flowers were "turned away" with the message that the patient was discharged. Tory (I hope I heard it right) called me and when I told her that our associate was still there and not leaving just yet, she called the hospital - they verified that indeedy the patient was still there and went back to deliver the flowers to our associate to brighten her day. Just WONDERFUL of her to still deliver and not just ask me for another address. THANK YOU Tory! GREAT customer service and I so much appreciate it :) :)

Absolutely extraordinary! My new favorite flower shop. Went in for some help with my wife's Valentine's Day gift and they helped me pick everything from the best color matches for her preference to the best vase to display in! Plus they stayed within my budget and the pricing was incredibly fair. I will be coming back!

On Tuesday I ordered, via your website, flowers to be delivered on Thursday for a friends birthday. She sent me a photo of them and they were absolutely beautiful. They were just as pictured in the photo on your site. Thank you for helping me to help celebrate her birthday! Always pleased with your service.

Easy to order on line and I did a follow up call to verify the delivery time, which they delivered even earlier than promised! The flower arrangement is beautiful and today is our 20th Anniversary, so we will sample the bottle of bubbly later today! Awesome experience, the only issue is I can't seem to sign up on line as a customer!?!?

Ordering flowers for a funeral from three states away is always a little worrisome. Adrian Durban delivered fresh, beautiful flowers exactly as I desired! If I need to send flowers to Cincinnati again, Adrian Durban is the florist I will trust.

Very disappointed! I wanted to make a surprise for my daughter's birthday, delivery date was confirmed but she did not get the gift on time. but 2 days later! I sent an email, no answer. I had to ask my daughter to call directly to check what happened (I live outside the US) and try to get her present finally (already paid!); the lady on the phone was quite unpleasant.

In the end she received everything and I must say that flowers as well as the gift basket were nice. It is a pity.because I think one single call or email could solve the issue in few minutes and kindness in services is always highly appreciated.

Our friend's mother passed away unexpectedly. We did not receive notice till Tues evening that the funeral was set for Friday morning at 10am after Thanksgiving day. We ordered flowers on Wednesday online and the guarantee delivery was Friday 12 noon. I put in special remarks about needing flowers delivered by 10am and Adrian Durbin made it happen! 11 years ago today I married my bestie. Today I went to Adrian Durban Florist. I thought they opened at 1pm. per google. When I pulled up at 12:47pm I realized they closed at 1pm. I rushed in and asked for. the impossible. Can you replicate her bouquet? I need 4 the same color and 1 white for my bride. This lady looked at me with 6 minutes to closing and said. FOLLOW ME. She killed it and 5 other employees asked me if i was being taken care of. Our night was perfect. Thank you for helping make that happen.

These flowers are stunning! It's been almost three weeks since I ordered these roses and they're still beautiful! I can't thank you enough, Adrian Durban. I sent roses and gifts to my boyfriend. He was so. shocked and humbled. Don't tell anyone that he kind of cried getting that bouquet of roses, red Champagne, and a red Teddy Bear on our Anniversary. BTW.

Ordered a bouquet of Stargazer lillies for $114.90 with next day shipping. There are MUCH cheaper flower vendors with stargazers, but Adrian Durban was the only one offering next day shipping for this specific type of lily. Order comes in and it's a completely different type of lily, a much cheaper one. My receipt said Stargazer lily, the site said Stargazer lily, it was the only package out of 32 of the lilies on the site that specifically said stargazer.

I have seen that it mentioned substitutions but for my prior experience with flowers, that can mean a different vase or a different filler flower or something slightly different than what was shown in the picture. It does not mean I completely different type of main flower that has a different smell in different color and is the same product from one of their much cheaper packages (except I was charged twice as much).

I had emailed them which they told me to call and I was pretty much told too bad, we said there could be substitutions, next time when you order say no substitutions. No offer of a refund, no offer sending the correct flowers when they're available, no effort to retain a customer base. Just pretty much sucks you got screwed over, order with us again in the future.

So then they have the call to tell me that oh it was worth the same amount, even though they have packages on their site how much cheaper amount, in value is completely up to one's own interpretation. if I could buy the same lilies they gave me for $20 somewhere else and they charged me $100, then it's not the same value. And being it's not the flowers that I ordered, it has zero value to me because it's not something I ever would have bought. Needless to say, I called my bank immediately and disputed the charges.

I have been ordering flowers from this company for over 20 years when it was Nationwide Florists who I was told Adrian Durban bought out. In the last couple of months I have had the worst service, quality and design I have ever experienced! I gave them a second chance and they just missed my best friend's birthday delivery. Unbelievable! I will NEVER use this florist again!

I'm very diappointed about the flowers they chose because they don't match the picture except for the few yellow roses! They didn't include that eucalyptus and instead put in a cheap leaf. It's supposed to have a dozen roses in it and it had few which were overwhelmed by the big sunflowers instead of small mums. The arrangement looked very disheveled.

The Bouquets in the photo are from Adrian Durban on the left and Behnkens florist on the right. Both cost the same but you can see the stark difference in quality. The Behnkens flowers are more unique, diverse, eloquently arranged and expensive. My husband ordered both. The one on the left look likes a bouquet for a secretary/patient, not an "I miss you" bouquet.

Flowers with July 4th theme were sent to my relatives in Cincinnati. Arrived July 2 and most still fresh. It was great cheer for them as it was also serving as a get well. Will always use them. I could go on and on about their service as well.

I can see why Adrian Durban has been in business for so long. The flowers they just delivered were gorgeous. Exactly as pictured or even nicer. I had a last minute request and Linda was so friendly on the phone and they accommodated me. This was not my first time using them and it won't be my last.

I trust them that they can make the head bend nicely because the florist seems very nice and help me to pick the flower. However, I saw the head bend a day before my event. I was very upset and disappointed. It looks like the tissue paper on my head. You can also see a cluster of white tape. I had to add more flower myself so that the white tape won't shown. The head bend included 0 flower, but hydrangea petals, eucalyptus, and 0 zero roses but rose petals. The total is $30.

Adrian Durban Florist - THANK YOU for going above & beyond to get my delivery out! This includes the owner making a personal delivery after the first failed due to location logistics. I also let them know there was an autoimmune recipient & they were incredibly careful - including showing up in a face mask! I will definitely use you guys next time I need a delivery!

Terrible time using my coupon for $10 off $20. Tried using code but stated already used. About $14 in delivery charges. Gorgeous flowers.

Where to begin. I was ordering flowers for a friends birthday over the phone. I told her I wanted a dozen pastel roses, succulents, lavender and spring flowers all muted pastel (her birthday is around Christmas and I mentioned I didn't want any red). This is what they sent. The uggliest, tastless bouquet I have ever seen with 11 red roses?! Oh and it cost $150?! FAIL

I've gotten multiple bouquets here, and I always find they have spectacular service. The flowers are so beautiful and fresh. The arrangements are always spot on. Highly recommend this place.

I must admit that I've never needed flowers in my life but when I was tasked with planning my mother's celebration of life, I went here because I pass the place at least a few times a week. I didn't know what I was doing but they were very helpful. I requested some of my mother's favorite flowers and every arrangement they made was beautiful.

I didn't end up using this florist for my wedding, but I was VERY impressed with the treatment I received there, despite my EXTREMELY restrictive budget. The lovely associate who met with me even pulled out some representative flowers to make sure we were on the same page, then sent me home with a gorgeous stem. So sweet! Go check them out.

While I had previously written about a positive experience with this florist, I decided to re-visit due to a lackluster experience. I ended up purchasing a coupon for the florist which gave you $20 for the price of $10. I needed a bouquet for a special occasion and was excited to get a good deal! I went in to order my flowers the week before. I ended up spending my $20 gift card and an additional $5 for a total of $25 which I asked the florist to use to make a bouquet.

I asked for a Monday pickup around noon. On Monday, I called at 11AM and they had no record of an order from me. I ended up walking them through how much I paid, what I paid, and when I ordered the flowers. Eventually, the woman on the other end told me they would be ready soon and I hung up. My roommate picked them up for me and when I got home I was sorely disappointed.

There were 3 lilies, 2 daisies, and a TON of leaves. I was irritated because I was in a hurry to get to the event, but I could not give this barren "bouquet" of flowers to anyone. I stopped by Kroger and picked up a variety of additional flowers for about $7.00. Luckily, I was able to add these to the flowers I received from Adrian's to make a rather decent bouquet.

I assume the coupon may have influenced their decision to go light on the flowers. This past week I went to Kroger to attempt to make my own flowers for a friend that was hosting a party. I got about 6 lilies, 3 hydrangeas, a bouquet of daisies, and a vase for $26. I will be skipping this place from now on and making my own creations using the beautiful selection of inexpensive flowers that Kroger on short vine has to offer. I suspect that they would be a good fit if you were looking for large orders, but unfortunately the value was not as great as I thought for everyday arrangements.

I have used Adrian's twice and both occasions it has been an exceptional set of flowers that they have delivered to my best friend in Cincinnati. I have used the online web page and it has not faltered for me. Great arrangements to choose from and they deliver! Will always recommend them to anyone!

Ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend's birthday. I do not live in the area so I was a little hesitant but based on the Yelp reviews I went with this florist. So glad I did! The website to order makes it super easy. My friend sent a picture of the flowers and they are beautiful in great condition! Flowers and flower delivery can be expensive so that's really the only downside. 12.95$ for shipping.

This is my favorite flower shop in the Greater Cincinnati area by far. I've come here multiple times and loved the flowers I've gotten every time. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. If you know what you're doing, you can just pick your flowers and get them arranged, but if you have no clue, they are so patient when they help you pick flowers out! It does get a little pricey, so make sure you use the check-in deal. There are sometimes Groupon deals as well!
