I had such a great experience at Flair Boston! I went in with a very specific idea of how I wanted to look on my wedding day but was interested in trying a few gowns on outside of that vision. Ironically, the first dress I tried on - and one that happened to be different than what I thought I wanted - was the one! Kaitie was extremely helpful and kind.

I was so surprised that I had found my dress so quickly and that it was different than I envisioned, that I wanted some time to think about it. She was so supportive and told me to take a few hours and come back in the afternoon. I did that and could not stop thinking about the dress the whole time that when I came back, I knew immediately that this was the dress!

I appreciated her help, her support, and the way she guided me throughout my whole appointment and later when I came back. My mom, sister, and best friend were there to help, and every single person was in agreement on the dress I chose. It was a fabulous day, and I can't wait to see my dress in a few months! Thank you Flair and Kaitie!

I enjoyed my experience with Flair, and thought my consultant Katie was very professional, but I want to give other brides a heads up: Without exception, each bridal appointment is 1 hour flat. This is not the salon to go to if you do not know what style you're looking for and want to try on more than 6-8 gowns. I felt like I could have easily spent another hour solidifying my choice - I was spending thousands of dollars after all.

I had a really great experience shopping at Flair! I had my bridal dress appointment on 6/19/22 and Zoe was my bridal consultant. She listened to my preferences and was able to offer suggestions based on my style and my event. She also worked with my budget and was upfront about options that may not get here in time given the supply shortage. Highly recommend!

My daughter found a beautiful wedding dress at Flair and the experience was made wonderful by our stylist, Katie. My daughter was unsure of the style dress she preferred and Katie selected varied styles that really helped to narrow down her choice. Katie was warm, professional, knowledgeable and fun! We found the most beautiful dress at Flair, the designers they carry are unique, the shop is pretty and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Flair was the first shop I visited when I began my hunt for the perfect dress and I was lucky enough to find it on the first day! The dress is absolutely beautiful and made me feel so special on our wedding day. It wasn't easy trying to plan a wedding during the pandemic but the Flair team made finding the right dress so seamless. They were extremely attentive and helpful with everything, including helping me find the right tailor for alterations. Highly recommend Flair for your bridal and bridesmaid needs!

I can not say enough about Flair! I went to Flair for my reception dress and ended up walking out with something completely different than I thought I wanted. Kaitie was my consultant and she couldn't have been any sweeter or down to earth. We hit it off right away and she made me feel so good in my own skin, even in the dead of winter. Thank you Kaitie! Flair was an AMAZING experience for my wedding dress! I was recommended by someone who loved their experience, so I gave it a chance. Kaitie was beyond helpful! She really took the time to learn what I was interested in prior to me going and then discussed it with me when I arrived. She pulled the perfect options and the suggested dresses she had were on point for something I would wear.

She discussed my budget before pulling certain dresses, always making sure that we were on the same page. She also made sure that I heard my family's opinions but that I was still able to provide my own thoughts so that she knew what direction we were going in. She made me feel so comfortable, and I would DEFINITELY recommend her. The other staff at Flair was also so fantastic with another girl in the shop and simply cheering us all on to find the right dress. It was a perfect experience!

Fun, energetic, and helpful. I had an amazing experience at flair bridal! Kaitie helped me find my dream wedding dress. I had been through a couple dress appointments before and was either disheartened or felt like I was compromising in my choices. She listened to all the things I was happy and frustrated with and we found my dress on the first try. We tried a couple more to see other options but I knew as soon as I had tried it on that I found it.

Flair was amazing! The dresses are gorgeous and I was impressed by the selection in my budget. I worked with Kaitie and she was phenomenal. I had been dress shopping before and she helped me articulate what I liked about other dresses and what was stopping me from saying yes to them. She made me feel so supported and helped me figure out which dresses I actually liked versus what my guests liked. I am chronically indecisive and didn't expect to leave with a dress, but Kaitie not only found the perfect dress but also helped me say yes to it!

I had an amazing experience at Flair! Katie was so great to work with and really encouraged me (without pushing at all) to follow my gut and pick a beautiful wedding dress! She even squeezed me in later in the afternoon to come back and try the dress on a second time before I made my final decision. The store had so many options to choose from in varying budget ranges! I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Kaitie creates a positive and purposeful environment that makes you feel comfortable and excited to find your wedding dress. This was the first place I had gone to try on dresses. I was not entirely sure what I wanted, but they helped me so much. They took my interest board and some general questions and were able to find me the dress of my dreams. My mom, sister, and I all had the best experience. It was calm and the perfect atmosphere. They made a process that could quickly become stressful and overwhelming a delight! Katie was excellent, and the whole team was great! I can't speak highly enough of my experience there!

Adding to the MANY rave reviews for Zoe! She was incredibly intuitive and helped me pick what I truly wanted in my dress. Her knowledge was extensive and she was so much fun to work with! She even went above and beyond to get the designer to make my dress in a certain color that wasn't initially available. Flair had so many unique dresses, so if you're looking for something relaxed and different from the huge packed bridal stores with all the same dresses, this is absolutely the place to go, for all budgets. Flair provided such a smooth and welcoming wedding dress shopping experience! Zoe helped me narrow in on the dress and listened to what I wanted, liked/didn't like, and how I wanted to feel. Then I got to work with Stacey when the dress came in and she made me feel like a million bucks and really helped me to visualize myself as a bride!

Highly recommend coming here and working with Kaitie - she was AMAZING! Before stopping in at Flair, my wedding dress shopping experience could be described as "meh" at best. She took the time to learn about my wants, budget, and timeline. She expertly clipped me in and fit the dress to me so that I could actually see what the dress looked like on me when I looked in the mirror. She was so personable and honest and found me the perfect dress!

I cannot say enough amazing things about the ladies at Flair! Katie was my bridal consultant and she was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to figure out what I wanted when I didn't even really know what I wanted! I was torn between two gowns and she helped me customize and create the dress of my dreams. I couldn't have imagined my wedding day without their help and guidance!

Kaitie Silk was amazing, I tried on probably 80+ dresses in total over many stores (including kleinfeld.) and she somehow managed to read my mind and pull the dress I wanted and couldn't find. After interacting with other bridal consultants at other stores, I wasn't expecting anyone to care to take the time out to do anything other than sell me a dress.

She made the overall experience pleasant, stress-free and even meaningful by reminding me to slow down and experience the moment. I picked up my dress earlier this week and I barely even have to alter it! I wont recommend any other place to anyone else.

Zoe is a genius! She totally got me right away and knew exactly what to pull. I found my dream dress with literally EVERYTHING I wanted in it. Beyond thrilled :D She kept the appointment on track so well - always making sure we had the top 2 dresses and nixed the rest so I wouldn't get confused or overwhelmed. She also took GREAT videos of the dress that really showed off the sparkle which was not easily captured in photos. Plus she was so fun! Thanks Zoe!

If you are looking for a thoughtful, intimate bridal experience Flair is the perfect spot! For starters, when I told them my mom would be unable to travel because of ongoing chemo treatments, Liz and her team assured me we could easily FaceTime her in and that they would also help me arrange a special "reveal" day for her in the future. I reached out to other bridal shops in Boston with similar questions about timing and my mom and none even acknowledged our situation.except Flair.

The actual day was perfect. Zoe was my associate and she knew exactly what to bring out for me to try on. The dress I chose was one she pulled based on her experience and my style. It was perfect. I also loved that this wasn't an over-the-top bridal shop. There was a wide array of styles and price points and unfussy and not-at-all-pushy process. I'm so happy I went with Flair!

I had the best experience at Flair Boston! The team is so kind, thoughtful and patient, and I absolutely loved the selection of bridal gowns available in the store. The prices were really affordable as well! I bought a beautiful Pronovias gown for less than $2500 and the dress couldn't have been a more perfect fit for my body type and personal style. I can't recommend this team enough!

Absolutely loved my experience here with Zoe. She did such a good job of showing me an array of dresses that fit my style, while allowing me to explore some different ideas. I ended up with the perfect dress for me and had a blast doing it! The space was warm and intimate, while still being very COVID safe and conscious. I can't recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Zoe! I had been trying on dresses for nearly 8 months with no luck. As soon as I met Zoe, I felt that she immediately understood what I was looking for. I was also very particular about custom sizing and she was incredibly patient and thorough with me. I would highly recommend her!

Highly highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress! This was the first and only place I looked for my dress after absolutely falling in love with my second dress I tried on. Zoe did an AMAZING job finding the one. She picked up on my style right away and knew exactly what I was looking for. She definitely has a gift. They are only offering up to 4 guests with you and to wear masks, unless you're the bride. Definitely come here!

Flair was so amazing to work with! Both Kaitlyn and Zoe helped me in the process of finding my dream wedding dress and ordering a custom veil and mask. I was very picky about finding a dress with sleeves but so indecisive when I tried dressed on and they were patient with all of my questions and back and forth. I ended up ultimately deciding on my dress at the designer store in NYC and emailed Flair to come try it in their store and "say yes" through them. Super thankful for all of their help and highly recommend going here to look for a dress. They have a beautiful selection!

I went to Flair to shop with my bridesmaids for their dresses. I wanted unique dresses for everyone, in different shades of green with different textures. I had tried figuring it out on my own but failed so I made an appointment at Flair. Best decision ever. We worked with Kaitie Silk and she is WONDERFUL. She was prepared for the appointment with dress options and price points that were exactly what I had envisioned.

The appointment went so smoothly! Within a week, dresses were ordered for my entire bridal party. It was so efficient, I still can't believe it is done and off my mind. I don't leave reviews often but here I am because that's how impressed and happy I am with the experience I had at Flair. I wish I had started at Flair when looking for my own dress.

Flair Bridal was my first experience trying on wedding dresses and it could not have gone better. My consultant, Alexa, was knowledgeable and kind and a true cheerleader for me. She pulled styles I loved and that looked great on me. I was nervous going in and I felt right at ease once the appointment started. The studio is beautiful and there is a wide selection. My experience with Flair was nothing short of exceptional. Kaitie Silk was my wedding dress shaman. She was patient and funny-- helping me to understand what I was really looking for our of a wedding gown. I had envisioned something simple and elegant, and ended up falling in love with a lace and beaded number that stuns. I'm so grateful for Kaitie!

Being a bride who had to go dress shopping alone because of COVID, FLAIR was the only place I felt comfortable. Kaitie took the place of my girlfriends and family with pride and was the voice of reason as well as pump up squad I needed but couldn't have in person. My favorite thing she said was "I didn't design or make these dresses, if you don't like something, tell me and we can move on, you won't hurt my feelings, my only job is to get you into something you want to get married in." That was SO helpful because I felt like we could we honest with each other and it got me into the dress of my dreams faster and with less drama/stress. I can't say enough about how comfortable and stress free I felt with Kaitie. It made the situation for me.

100% everyone needs to go to Flair. It truly was such a special experience. My consultant, Zoe, was a true expert. She sat down with me at the beginning of my appointment to discuss the wedding and what I'm looking for in a wedding dress. She then picked out exactly what I wanted. It's like she was reading my mind! She allowed my mom and bridesmaid to also browse the store to pick out some dresses for me. Overall, an amazing experience. I can't wait to go pick up my dream dress when it comes in in a few months!

I visited Flair this past weekend and did not feel comfortable in my appointment. My stylist was rude to the attendant(who was extremely friendly and helpful) and the tension between the two was so apparent. I personally felt the stylist rushed the appointment and pressured me into a dress. Bottom line, I do feel that Flair had great dresses but I did not appreciate the disrespectful tone and attitude my stylist had to her fellow employees.

I have been dress shopping (for myself and my friends) at so many bridal stores in Boston and Flair is hands down THE best! I cannot recommend Flair & Kaitie highly enough! From the very start, Kaitie made my experience at Flair feel so personal, stress free and fun. She researched my venue beforehand and nailed my aesthetic right away after reading my survey and asking me a few questions to get started.

She is so knowledgable in every designer Flair carries, and was able to tell me exactly how I could customize different dresses I tried on. She even undressed the mannequin for me to try on a dress that ended up being THE one! Kaitie was also so honest about pricing and what she thought looked good on my body and she is just such a pro. Thank you SO much Kaitie, I could not be more excited to go back to Flair for my measurements and say yes to the dress!

I went to 5 different bridal studios and flair was undoubtedly the best, most welcoming, and spot on with what I wanted in a dress. KAITIE S. Just book her. You will not regret it. She made my bridal appointment seamless, stress free, and made me feel so special. Sll pricing, time lines, etc were transparent. She went as far as to offer her personal phone number for guidance or if I had questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Flair. This was my first experience shopping for wedding dresses--and my last, thanks to my consultant Zoe. She was fun, friendly, listened to every single one of my requests, and was able to pick up on specific things I was feeling and thinking to help me narrow down my search as I tried on over 10 dresses during my visit.

The dress I decided on was one I never would have initially picked for myself, but Zoe knew what I was gravitating towards and what I was looking for in a dress, and ended up pulling the perfect gown for me. It's also important to note that she did not pull anything even marginally above my budget without asking me first if that was something I was okay with.

The salon takes amazing precautions in these COVID times, as well. We all had masks on, and the gowns are steamed in between each try-on. I would recommend Flair to any bride!
