Staff were unfriendly. Showed up 1 hour before closing and I guess that means they no longer need to assist customers. Just wanted to try on a specific dress that wouldn't even take 30 minutes and they were full of attitude. Won't be back, don't recommend. Great customer service is important.

I went in search of a wedding dress and the short young lady would get annoyed when I'd asked for help. She got bothered everytime someone wanted to try a dress. She told me I was a size 12 when a 6 fit perfect. No help at all.

I went to the store around 7pm and neither of the two girls up front were of any help. The whole 30 minutes i was there, they were just playing the music really loud and just chatting away at the register without being of any assistance. I had asked their names and it was Regina and Sienna. Such bad management and this seems like a regular thing to do for them.

I only had assistance from a lady name Nethleen and she was really helpful while helping three other customers. This happened on 2/17/22. really hope they get more employees wanting to do their job instead of just talking with each other and not helping at all.

I went with my daughter to get a prom dress for my granddaughter. The selection, organized by color, is quite amazing. My granddaughter tried on at least 10 dresses. I enjoyed watching all the other young women modeling for their families. The many dressing rooms were very clean. We didn't need help nor was it offered. When a woman in the dressing room asked for help with a zipper, the attendant told her she had to follow a strict policy of not touching. We did see someone being helped outside of the dressing room. If I needed a prom, party or wedding related dress this would be my first stop!

Bought this dress for an out of country event. The hook at the top of the zipper broke with the thread and everything. Yes, I understand that I can go and get it fixed however I'm going out of the country tonight and therefore will not have time. It was a last minute buy with delivery being close to my trip departure. Now I am unable to wear this dress for the event and I am only getting a $10 credit for a dress that will be of no use to me. They refused to refund for something that was out of my control and I will never recommend or shop here again.

You can find some great dress selections. I went in during Homecoming season so unfortunately didn't find a nice dress in correct size but would definitely return in the future. Gave 4 out of 5 stars since didn't have enough size selections in nice dresses

Not having anywhere for the men to sit is not a good formula. Obviously we don't care what these dresses look like. So it puts us in a bad predicament of wanting to leave. OVERALL. Find a cheap way to keep men's attention. Even if its a small corner of classic Monday night football re-runs. This speaks to the overall mall industry. Never found a way to keep men's attention. Then amazon took half the women. Do the numbers.
