The legal age for marriage in Florida is 18 years old. Couples under 18 must have parental consent. Florida residents have a required three-day waiting period. The spouses must present a valid photo ID to obtain the marriage license, which is valid for 60 days. The waiting period is waved with the completion of a Florida Premarital Course.

Nan was so kind, so professional, so easy to work with and so helpful. She abided by pandemic guidelines while ensuring that we had a quality wedding. She answered questions promptly and offered guidance on getting the license and certificate. She shared samples of wedding vows to help us find the perfect words to say how we felt. She came to our home to perform the beautiful backyard ceremony.
She was prompt, efficient, set-up, took pictures and fit right in. She played the perfect music for our tastes. Our 8 guests and our Zoom guests commented that they loved our wedding officiant and loved her words during the ceremony. Her prices were very reasonable but what she did for us was worth more than what she charged! She helped make our wedding such a happy experience in spite of the pandemic.

Nan married my wife and I today and what a pleasant experience! From initially contacting her last week (in which she was responsive quickly) to less than a week later, we are now happy brides!
