I ordered a custom pair of earrings from Ben Garelick and I cannot overstate how wonderful they were to work with. Throughout the process, the associate who helped me (Patti), was lovely to work with, gave me regular updates, and Ben Garelick in general was able to accommodate every custom aspect of the earrings, had the best price AND the best time frame of the 6 different jewelers I looked into to get this done.

I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs. To be fair, they did give me date of completion for the earrings which they missed by a few days, (which I attribute to recent pandemic related supply chain issues and such) but they did make up for it with a complementary bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates which I did appreciate.

Great job! Peter gave us white glove service from start to finish. We had a custom engagement ring with a couple of revisions, and a completely custom wedding ring to match the engagement ring. 3D CAD drawings so that we were comfortable with what we were getting. As a resident of Washington, D.C., I was initially hesitant to completely order a diamond and a setting from a remote vendor, especially since the ideal would be to see and examine both in-person prior to purchase. Since this could not be done in my case because the particular design for the setting was not available from a nearby vendor and the logistics of locally buying and then shipping a loose diamond proved too challenging, I placed my complete faith in Peter Manka Jr. and Ben Garelick Jewelers. Peter was incredibly responsive to my numerous email inquiries, exhibited an impressive degree of resourcefulness by being able to find the exact same loose diamond that I had considered ordering from a local vendor, and made the whole process of buying an engagement ring remotely a very comfortable and transparent experience.

I was completely satisfied with Peter's dedication to my purchase and most importantly, my fiancee fully adores the engagement ring that resulted from our collective efforts (see photo). I am so pleased with our purchase the customer service. My local jeweler in Ohio could not get us the wedding band that matches my engagement ring. I was able to find it on line with Ben Garelick. I messaged them and they confirmed that day they could get it. They sent a link to purchase and I took advantage of the coupon they offered. The ring arrived promptly this week and is beautiful. I am still waiting on the engagement ring I ordered from my local jewel. I should have ordered that from Ben Garelick too!

Wow, what can I say bad about this jewelry store? Absolutely nothing! Peter went out of his way to answer any question I had, and made sure to explain it to the fullest. We had a little bit of trouble with the ring (Gabriel sent the ring with too big of center stone holder). But Peter asked me if he could put one of their center stone holders in it just to get it out to me in time for our Christmas trip where I was proposing. Also, he got the right center stone holder on order and is letting us send it back after the holidays to put the proper center stone holder in place.

It is the fact how much he went out of his way for me. I could not be anymore happy with his service and gratitude. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone I know in the future because of how professional he is! Also, she said yes and has had nothing but compliments on how beautiful the ring is!

I ordered online and Patti helped me. What I wanted was not available but she was able to get it for me which made me very happy. I have ordered from them in the past and I was always very happy with my purchase and the great customer care you receive. This time I was looking for 14kt gold happy backs for my gold earrings and Patti was able to get them for me and they are perfect.

Highly recommended jeweler! When living in New York, I went here and now living in North Carolina, I still choose this jeweler. As a child my mom brought me here with her. While she was purchasing a ring or getting hers cleaned/adjusted, I would play with the toys they had for children. Had a ring sized here that was extremely precious to me! The staff was not only very pleasant, but also seem extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing. My fiance and I bought my engagement ring here. We spent hours with Peter Sr. one afternoon and he never pressured us to buy. After looking at other jewelers - including one in Chicago where I live - we decided we didn't want to work with anyone else. Reason #1 was customer service; prompt and courteous replies and reason #2 was price; they beat everyone else. After the proposal we went back in and everyone treated us like family.

My husband claims he spend months looking for the right jeweler to find my engagement ring from. Him and the employees make my ring so perfect I couldn't even imagined it better myself. When we went back to buy our wedding bands Peter even offered me to take my band home and "try it out" for the weekend. A salesman called Peter kept saying to us "we don't play games here" but all he was doing was playing games. 2 hours wasted looking for an engagement ring, during which he only showed us 2 small diamonds. Every time we turned around to leave, he would pull out something out of his chest, otherwise it was all talk and BS. It was a total waste of time. Very strange business.
