I loved Versailles! I went to four different dress stores (other than Versailles) and wasn't having a great experience. My coworker convinced me to try out Versailles and it was by far the best experience out of all of them. They are so friendly, patient, and helpful. They weren't pushy at all and they have quick turn around times (no need to wait 6 months for your dress.) Most shops say they do custom dresses, but they don't do much to help you see what that could look like. Versailles listended to all of my feedback then got the idea to literally put a dress over the top of another. That was it, it was my dress. I appreciated how they treated me like a person and not something on a conveyer belt. They also have pretty affordable options!

I recently got engaged and was going dress shopping! The stylists here are fantastic! So personable, willing to help, and overall fantastic service. I didn't end up getting my dress from them, but they were by far my favorite shop I went to :) The shop itself is super cute and they have a wide range of dresses with a price range for everyone! 10/10 would recommend :)

I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I set up a same-day appointment on a whim just to figure out what style I preferred before committing to anything. Natasha made me feel at home from the moment I walked in the door. You can tell that they want you to find your dream dress and to feel good about yourself and not about making the sale.
She was thorough and brought me so many different dresses to try on. The fact that I found my dream dress was even better! I will always recommend Versailles to anyone looking for a dress. Also bonus points to them for inclusive sizes and the cutest little swag bag.

Natasha and her consultants are amazing! I came into the store having a relatively specific idea of what I was looking for, and hadn't found anything that I really loved. There were so many unique and different options, I couldn't have asked for a better appointment. Love this shop! They made my dream wedding dress become a reality. The dress shopping experience there made me feel so special. My custom dress arrived weeks before the expected arrival date. When lace I ordered online from a different shop got lost in the mail, Versailles went the extra mile and gave me two of their appliques that I needed up using on my dress. My custom dress was only $1344 and the BEST quality. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing store! The owner and associates are so kind and make you so comfortable and feel like a Queen! My consultant found my dress first try! I tried it on and nothing could compare. Made me feel like a true Cinderella! So happy I went into their store! Their dresses are amazing quality! They have the best designers! And their rooms are huge and everything about this shop is welcoming! You'll love your experience here! I highly recommend!

I went wedding dress shopping at Versailles and had an amazing magical experience. Everyone was so genuinely nice, helpful, and excited for me! They were the best hype crew. They listened to my requests and we found the perfect dress of my dreams. The store is beautiful and they had so many gorgeous dresses. Can't recommend them enough.

I absolutely loved this bridal salon they gave me the full experience and were so kind and not pushy, she let me change my mind and try on a million dresses let me have the full affect of the dresses! Highly would recommend getting your dress here ladies And I think it was Natasha I had as my consultant she was just amazing and so sweet so very helpful!

I had the absolute best experience trying on dresses here! They have such an amazing selection of dresses, from a variety of designers all over the world! The staff was SO accommodating, friendly, and upbeat! They truly made me feel so special, and really listened to my input and asks on the dresses. I would 100% recommend shopping here for your special wedding dress!

Natasha assisted me with finding the perfect dress. She was incredibly supportive and listened to everything I had to say. Nearly every dress she chose I loved, though she picked one that nearly won in the first try. There was one small detail that I felt was missing and she went off to find a similar dress with the detail that was just perfect. After going back and forth and trying both on again (thank you for your patience!) We had found the one. I can't recommend this place enough!

Versailles Atelier helped me find my DREAM dress! It was seriously everything I imagined & more! Kassidy and Natasha were both so amazingly helpful and found me exactly what I wanted. I love this place! They really helped me find what I wanted. I needed to make adjustments to make it more modest and they helped me see how it would look. I also like that the dresses are made to your body type and specifications verses getting it and having to pay for extreme alterations to make it fit.
