Battery Wharf Hotel Boston Waterfront

Thank you for perfect service Jerrill at front desk. The only thing is they have terrible pillows, however that's not a big deal, because the rest was perfect.

The stay here was the best in Boston. Our room views and ambiance was exquisite. Hotel staff made our visit without equal.

Nishu and Eric (I hope that's his name) at the front desk we're awesome! Very kind. Rooms were nice, water view was beautiful! The restaurant is apparently was closed on Monday and Tuesday which was a bummer but overall no complaints!

The bed is so old it has a big dip in it making it very uncomfortable. The attached bedside light does not work. 2nd day, room key no longer opened the door. The Battery Warf Grill/Bar was not open on Mon. and Tues.; also no breakfast option whatsoever. The fire alarm went off in the middle of one night, and everyone had to evacuate to the street. (no actual fire).

And I did not realize the "privacy curtain" is see through from the outside, and later realized people probably saw me naked through the window from time to time during my stay. (I realized this during middle-of-the-night the fire alarm when I could see into others windows, which I bet they though gave them privacy too.) Overall the place looks nice, but looks can be deceiving. Hence the 2/5 : A place this nice looking from the outside and should be much better maintained on the inside.

I will stay elsewhere next time. Edit: I changed my rating from 2 to 4. The staff is outstanding. Mike, the manager put out every effort to accommodate my concerns. Patrick, in the restaurant was also very helpful, as was the bar/restaurant manager. (Tip: When departing, take a water taxi to the airport. ) The staff took my concerns seriously and are actively doing something about it. I'd stay here again.

This hotel was great for our short weekend trip! My girlfriend and I stayed overnight after attending a concert at the TD Garden. We were in great proximity to many areas in Boston and only had a 16 minute walk to TD Garden which was entirely illuminated. We were able to get picked up by an Uber/Lyft very easily for dinner before the concert. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

The room was clean and fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, tea, coffee, and more. The waterfall shower was really nice and it was cool to have a speaker in the bathroom (which had closing sliding doors and frosted glass walls for shower/toilet privacy). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The quiet night time walk around the perimeter of the buildings is also super nice We would definitely stay here again, they even held our luggage for us while we walked around Boston after checking out! Great staff from car valet to front desk. Room clean and comfortable. In-house restaurant very limited hours but maybe try it another visit.

I love Boston. My family and I go there often during the year. And the Battery Wharf Hotel has been out "go to" spot for some time. It's ideally positioned for access to the North End. But I gave it four stars because it's begging to show wear around the edges. Carpet in the rooms have seen better days. Furnishings are getting a little shabby. Things just aren't as crisp as they used to be.

Very nice appointments. But at this price I'd think they could have a pot of coffee brewing, at least in the morning. Fitness area is a separate building - very daunting in winter. Lovely setting, right on the harbor.

I saw some reviews before checking in and I must admit I was concerned about my stay. In the end I have been pretty satisfied. The personnel is very cordial, my room was very good. I noticed that there were some scratches here and there like other reviewers pointed out but I would not be too concerned. The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to visit the north end and downtown, you can get around walking with no problem.

Really great staff and facility. Beautiful rooms. My room was missing a fridge and 8 couldn't call the hotel services, but I might have been doing something wrong.

Came into town with three couples and stayed in different buildings and floors. Staff was personable and willing to fulfill all requests for extra coffee and towels. Our room on the main floor, spacious with a nice waterview. Bed and pillows were comfy. On site gym and restaurant/bar. Short walk to coffee in the morning. Enjoy!

Wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful with special thanks to the front desk & the wonderful valets who took my husbands bicycle into storage so it wasn't in the room! Historic building

Amazing views and service. Easy stay with comfortable bed on north end of Boston. Easy walk to restaurants and south end. Walked 10 miles in total to see all the sites and the Freedom trail.
