We had WarPaint International for hair and makeup at our daughter's wedding. What a wonderful experience! They asked great questions and wanted to make sure it was the look you were envisioning. We also had a trial run at our house - it was so fun! My daughter worked in the fashion world in the Twin Cities with producing/managing fashion shows downtown Minneapolis.

With it being her wedding, she has the eye and knows what she is looking for in her vision. Maggie Wiermaa (makeup) and Kathleen Parker (hair) were spot on! Everyone looked stunning - especially the bride! Highly recommend!

I got married May 14th 2022! Kathleen did my hair and Maggie did my makeup. I also had two other artisans because of my large bridal party of 9 bridesmaids as well as my mother and MIL. Everyone was AMAZING! Starting with Maggie who did my beautiful bridal makeup that I got compliments on all night long! The makeup was exactly what I had imagined and exactly based off the trial I had and adjustments we made!

She is so sweet and such a fun person to talk to as well! She made my moms makeup also look soooo beautiful and everything lasted all night. Kathleen was just as amazing! Such a kind soul and so patient and worked hard with my hair to bring the exact vision I wanted! Even with my hair being down and all the hardcore dancing, my hair was great and perfectly curled all night long.

These ladies are soooo talented! ALL my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup! On top of all that WPI took out ALL the stress of creating a schedule by doing it for us! We just got to sit back and relax and be pampered. Thanks WPI for working with us we love you guys

Had a great experience with war paint! Keely was amazing to work with, I did a trial with her and afterwards asked her to make the changes and on the wedding day she did. She followed directions great and listened to my needs. I was a south asian bride so had alot of factors coming in, including specifics with my veil and dupatta and she accommodated well. I did a shiny champagne with a smoked out side and had asked her to use some of my own makeup and she delivered well.def recommend her! And warpaint

I also appreciated that they prioritized health & safety and had a plan in place for touch ups if anyone had to wear a mask over their makeup during their hair appointment. WarPaint International – Twin Cities location was amazing to work with and have as my onsite wedding day makeup and hair artists. I had Keely do my bridal makeup and LOVED it! During our trial she took notes on what worked and what would need adjustment on the day of. I went with the airbrush option and so happy I did because my makeup lasted the entire day, in the month of July! Katie was the second makeup artist that assisted Keely with some of my bridesmaid’s makeup who had nothing but great things to say about theirs as well.

Both MOG and MOB loved their looks and appreciated being able to give feedback on the spot and have both Keely and Katie pivot as needed.
Now, let’s talk about Kathleen and her amazing hair styling talents. Kathleen was a blessing and I couldn’t be more happy with the final updo results. My maid of honor as well as the MOB got their hair styled by Kathleen and killed it with both updo’s and the blowout she did.

We all loved our looks and couldn’t have asked for a better hairdresser. I will add I had a very ethnically diverse bridal party (Japan, Ethiopia, Panama, and Mexico) and WarPaint was able to accommodate all skin tones and hair textures. Would highly recommend booking with WPI for your special day and if you are lucky, you could get any of these three amazing ladies 😊.

I booked Warpaint for bridal make up and bridesmaid makeup about a week after we decided to postpone our wedding to 2021. I was super bummed about the postponement and actually not planning on having professional makeup for my 2020 wedding. When I reached out to Warpaint in April 2020, I got excited again after a super stressful couple of months not knowing the effects of COVID.

First off, Jessica was extremely responsive. We set up a phone call within 24 hours. On that first call, we discussed my vision and even set a 2021 trial date! When my bridal make up trial date finally came around in June 2021, the process was SO smooth and FUN! I had Mia as my trial and day-of artisan (you are amazing, Mia!). She came to my house for the trial so I was nice and comfortable!

My mom even sat in on the trial too! We FINALLY got married July 17, 2021, and I couldn't be happier with my over year-long experience with Warpaint. On wedding day, Mia glammed me up! I wanted something a bit more over the top with make up compared to what I normally do. She NAILED IT - the airbrush, lashes, dark lip, flashy eyes, all the things were PERFECT!

I felt so beautiful. My mom and a few bridesmaids also had their makeup done by Mia. They looked flawless and their make up lasted the very warm day full of sunshine and hardcore dancing. I recommend Warpaint International for make up (I did not use their hair services, but they look fabulous as well!) without hesitation. I have several friends who are now in the wedding planning process, and I will continue to pass their name on and tell them about my experience.

In addition to providing an extremely high quality service during the trial and wedding day, their communication was impressive! Anyone planning a wedding knows that communications with vendors can make or break your experience. Warpaint always replied within 24 hours (usually within the hour!) and made me feel so so special on my big day. Seriously. Look no further! My makeup artist bailed out on me last minute and Warpaint international came to the rescue! I reached out to them on chat and I got a call back from Mariah who helped find an artist within an hour and I was booked and set for my big day! Sammi my makeup artist was super amazing! She was so friendly and she did an amazing job with my hair and makeup!

She was able to create the perfect look for me. She arrived on time and was super professional

I could not be happier with my experience with WPI! My bridal party and I were lucky enough to work with Keely (hair and makeup artists) and Kathleen (hair stylist) on my wedding day. They made sure we were always on time and were open to looking at our inspiration photos while suggesting what they thought was best. I felt so confident on my wedding day because my trial with Keely went perfectly.

Jessica and Keely were amazing doing our makeup and hair for my wedding. Being as picky as I am, I had wanted to tweak some things for the big day, which made me nervous, but with their talent and reassurance, everything turned out truly stunning. I would highly recommend WarPaint International to any bride. I used this company for my wedding which was held in Duluth. Jennifer and Mia were the artisans and did a phenomenal job! Both Jennifer and Mia were fun, professional and sanitary. Both made sure the services they provided were satisfactory to each member in the bridal party before the finishing touches were made. Jennifer rocked the updos , she was ahead of schedule.

From Start to finish WarPaint was better than I could even imagine. I was a very timid bride because I don't get dressed up much or like to wear too much makeup. I showed Mariah a few photos of how I wanted my hair and honestly I think it turned out better than the pictures! Everyone was talking about how much they liked it. Jessica Mae stepped in to cover last minute and I feel very lucky to have had her doing my make-up.

She made me feel at ease and comfortable so I knew I could trust her to make me look and feel amazing. This was my first time having air brush makeup done and I LOVED it! Jessica hit the nail on the head and my makeup was perfect! It was natural, fresh and not over the top at all.
