I order a flower arrangements for my sister-in-law's birthday (Olivia Orange) what a beautiful stunning arrangement. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, the design was spectacular. very chic and elegant. Susie, who helped me with the selection of flowers, was so sweet and very helpful with all the details and follow up. My sister-in-law called me to thank me and was raving about the arrangement. I can't thank them enough! We had florals delivered for my moms birthday and she wasn't home (out boating to celebrate) the person who delivered went above and beyond, cleared the lanai refrigerator to store the florals and chocolates until they were able to get home! I was beyond pleased and delighted with the helpfulness of Jardin Floral Design's associate, Susie, who on the front end of my order (over the phone) informed me on how to easily order online (I ordered a condolence/Christmas bouquet (Silver Bells) to be delivered to our dear Naples' friends who had recently lost their Mother/Grandmother). It ALL went seamlessly and the lovely bouquet was delivered on Christmas Eve.
Our friends took a photo of it when they received it - it was absolutely stunning! Many thanks to Susie and your design team for ALL of your assistance and courteous customer service!

I wanted to find florist near North Naples to send flowers to my sister for her birthday. Jardin Floral was the 1st florist that came up in my search. Everything was beautiful and the designs were fabulous. They were a bit pricy so I check other florists but NOTHING compared to the uniqueness and the attention Jardin applied to their arrangements.
I ended up purchasing the Olivia Orange Roses. So happy I didn't compromise. They stood out and were admired by everyone. The service was impeccable as well. The address was a bit out of their range but they still made the delivery. And since my sister wasn't home yet they made sure to set the arrangement in spot at the door so it wouldn't get knocked over. They're wonderful

What a disappointment. I was sent an arrangement with less than fresh roses, the majority of the roses were fully open, giving them at best 2 days. I took pictures of this arrangement and sent to them. They said they used fresh roses. Disappointed that they take advantage of customers. Flowers should last between 7 and days. Their response to me was "happy flowering" I would advise against using them. There are other florists out there that will not take advantage of you. The white ones in the picture were from another florist.

Jardin Floral Design is the BEST! I live in Atlanta. I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriend's mother for him last year. She was amazed and called me to inquire who REALLY ordered the flowers (being a lady, I said nothing. LOL!). Today Jardin Floral Design knocked it out the park, again. Late placing his order, he went with the designer's choice.
I called to wish her happy birthday, and she sounded so merry! Her husband not knowing she received flowers came home, and asked, "what is that smell; it smells lovely in here." I had Mother's Day flowers delivered early since my mom will be travelling on Mother's Day and just received a text that "the whole arrangement is stunning". She texted me a pic and I agree, Jardin has just become my Florida florist. I live in Chicago and I was searching on-line for flowers to be delivered to my mom in Florida for mother's day and wasn't satisfied with the ftd flower bouquets.
I wanted unique flowers and I wanted to know which flower shop would be delivering the flowers. Luckily I came across Jardin Floral's website. It looks like they are mostly event driven flowers, but they have a nice curated selection of arrangements for delivery in the Ft Myers area. I filled out the on-line ordering form incorrectly so I ended up exchanging a few emails with the owner who is so nice. I'm sure if you had a specific request for flowers she would work with you.

I can not say enough amazing things about Jardin. I ordered last minute from California to send my Mother a special arrangement for her 70th birthday. Not only was Jardin extremely accommodating in making the delivery on time, but they sent me pictures before hand so I could have a sneak peek. Which I thought was extremely thoughtful given I was thousands of miles away.

Jardin Floral Design did the flowers for the bridal shower that my mom and sister hosted for me. I was lucky enough to meet Elaine briefly before she left and the party began, she was so wonderful and friendly. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and while the whole thing was a surprise for me Elaine did the arrangements exactly how I would have wanted them and even better than I could have imagined!
