Desi was wonderful to work with for our destination wedding at the Valley of Fire outside of Las Vegas. We planned very last minute (end of May 2021) that we wanted to get married on Oct 2, 2021 but all the spots were already booked - she took the initiative to secure a spot for Oct 3rd which worked even better for us when all said and done. Desi communicated with us throughout the months leading up to our big day, and with us being from out of town (Cleveland) it couldn't have went smoother.

She was always responsive, even with the time difference, and gave us a lot of feedback on our ideas for the ceremony. She gave her opinions on what she thought would be best while allowing us our own creative freedom. The photographer, florist (Mylo Lopez from Mylofleur), and officiant (Roland August) she booked for us were also amazing to work with.

She also worked as a contact for our chair rental company. We are so grateful for Desi, and for her helping with our big day! Thank you, Desi for making our wedding so special - truly a day Frank and I (and our guests) will never forget!

Desi was by far the best wedding investment we made. From the moment we met we knew she was the one to help us prepare for the big day. We had a very long engagement and Desi was patient and helpful all along the way. She is incredibly organized, flexible, creative, and a wonderful person. She introduced me to amazing vendors, organized visits, attended every vendor meeting.

Above all Desi ran everything perfectly the day of. I cannot tell you how thankful we were on the day of and continue to be thankful for Desi. We would recommend her to any couple who needs someone that will understand their vision and work tirelessly to make that vision a reality.

We live in Atlanta, and I had never been to Las Vegas before when I hired Desi as our wedding planner. Desi was beyond amazing! Not only is she very responsive and organized, but she is also very kind and friendly. For example, when we came to Las Vegas for our tasting and vendor meetings, Desi surprised my dad with cake pops since she knew it was his birthday soon.

That really stuck with me. I felt like Desi was my friend and that I could talk to her about anything. She worked with my unusual ideas without judgment I will miss working with her now that our wedding is over. Desi explained various components of the wedding to me, offered me sound advice/guidance, and thought of every small detail. She recommended outstanding vendors who were in my budget.

I would not have had a dream team without Desi. As a destination bride, it was very helpful that Desi handled all the day of wedding work, including setting up wedding favors and other supplies, as well as getting my dress steamed and transported to my hotel room. We were very annoying clients because we shipped a lot of things to Desi's house, which was critical since the hotel charged high rates for storing things and we could not pack everything that we needed.

I was not nervous on the day of the wedding because I knew everything was in Desi's hands. That being said, Desi did a lot of work before the day of our wedding. I would recommend to all brides that they hire Desi as a full-time or partial planner because it makes the process much smoother. I would have forgotten a lot of details that I needed to work out with the vendors if it was not for Desi. In short, DESI IS THE BEST!

We are from the east coast and recently got married in Las Vegas so our family could all have somewhere fun to celebrate. We started with absolutely no idea what to do, where to have our wedding, and how to plan it. We were having arguments about it almost nightly and finally decided to get the Full Service Planning with Desi. From that point on the wedding planning was stress free and turned out to be a fun, exciting process. Desi helped more than we could have ever imagined and we can't thank her enough. Desi helped with almost every step of the process - she gave advice advice on how to do the invitations, helped with what to get the bridal parties as gifts, she allowed us to ship our gifts and other things for the wedding to her in LV. the list goes on and on, and that was just things before we even got to Vegas!

We were actually able to enjoy our wedding day. Desi set up pictures of us, the table chart, our guest book, everything. She, with Tina at Bears Best, coordinated the bridal party at the ceremony. She even encouraged our guests to use the photo booth and sign our guest book. The funny thing is that you wouldn't realize how much work and how great of a job Desi is doing because everything runs so smoothly at the wedding and you just get to enjoy yourself.

One good example of how awesome Desi was: one of our bridesmaid's luggage was lost in flight and we had a bit of a scare because her dress that matched all the other bridesmaids was in the suitcase. Desi didn't even hesitate and was on the phone with David's Bridal to find a replacement in the same color. Again, Desi was just a tremendous help during every step of the process and we can't thank her enough. She transformed our wedding planning from a daunting, stressful process to something that we enjoyed and didn't want to be end.

Desi is the most amazing wedding planner! I just had my wedding on Saturday and I was so impressed with how she handled everything. Our wedding was a bit complicated bc we had extra lights, show girls, exotic cars and mini people. She handled everything so well and it was the happiest day of my life bc of her. I'm so glad I found her she was the single best decision I ever made in my wedding.

I felt like she was family to me and she was always there when I needed her. I have recommended her to several people. She was worth every penny and a lot more. You're amazing Desi! I can't thank you enough for being so professional, calm and doing all the design and everything else!

Desi was a dream come true! Couldnt have asked for a better person to make my special day perfect!

Desi is amazing, prompt, knowledgeable and most of all fun. She had amazing ideas and recommendations. Baby Cakes made my cake which was not only gorgeous but delicious. She also recommended the M Hotel which was beautiful and the customer service impeccable. The DJ with Elegant LV had uplighting, photo booth and the DJ kept the party moving. I am so glad she was there for my special day. She made it absolutely worry free and perfection.

I wish we could have rated Desi a 10* because she is simply amazing. Without her help the destination wedding of our dreams never would have been possible. Desi works amazingly fast and is responsive to every wish and request that we made of her - she delivered on every promise and kept every timeline. Desi made the wedding a complete breeze for us, we can not thank her enough.

Desi was such a delight to work with, her and her husband Rj make an amazing team and truly helped our wedding day to run perfectly. Her attention to detail is on point even down to sneaking up to our suite during dinner and putting rose petals in our room everything was perfect. One of the things I really liked as well is the amount of detail she has put together for our timeline the day of, it was so nice that all of our vendors (we had 8!) had one point of contact and a detailed timeline of what was happening when. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to take the stress off of them and enjoy their big day.

I don't even know where to begin....I am absolutely glad I chose Desi to assist me through the process of my big day. She was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Desi went above and beyond on her duties as my day of coordinator (She was there to assist from the day I hired her months prior). Desi and her husband were extremely helpful and very attentive and accomadating to my needs during the whole process.

I started and ended my wedding day with NO stress at all and I have Desi to thank for making that possible. If I could fly her to Des Moines for every event I have I would! Thank you so much Desi!

When we first began planning our wedding, I wasn't sure if we should hire a wedding planner since we were trying to keep things simple and stick to a reasonable budget. Hiring a planner, and hiring Desi, specifically, was the best decision we made! Desi helped us find an incredible venue that was the perfect blend of features that we were looking for while also keeping us within our budget.

Any time I had questions, needed help, or just couldn't make a decision, Desi happily stepped in to assist in whatever way I needed. At every phase of the wedding planning process, Desi was attentive, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, not to mention friendly and fun to work with! Most importantly, on the day of our wedding, Desi and her husband, RJ, took care of every single detail so that my groom and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

People told us that our wedding would be over in the blink of an eye, and that we wouldn't even have time to eat the dinner or finish a drink from the bar. It is certainly true that time passed all too quickly, but Desi and RJ kept us on schedule while still ensuring that we had time to enjoy the delicious meals we had selected and enjoy a drink or two (or more).

We felt like guests at our own wedding, and we were able to relax and have fun with our family and friends who had traveled to Vegas to celebrate with us which is exactly what we wanted. It was the perfect evening, and it would not have been possible without Desi and RJ! I would 100% recommend Desi to anyone looking to hire a planner for their Las Vegas event!

We hired Desi to plan our destination wedding at the SLS in Las Vegas, and we can say without a doubt that it was the best decision we made. It was invaluable to have boots on the ground while we planned our wedding from a distance. Desi is knowledgeable, organized, fierce, and sympathetic – we always felt safe under her care. She was so on top of everything that we simply didn’t have to worry about our wedding day.

We could go on and on about how great she is, but here are a few reasons: In the planning stages, Desi takes charge so you don’t have to. She’s so knowledgeable about the whole process that we didn’t have to worry whether or not we were asking the right questions, or if there was something we were missing. She’s got it covered.

Desi brings the plan to life, period.

Whether she’s finding replacements for broken decorations, dealing with overzealous security guards (hint: don’t f**k with Desi), or managing hordes of vendors, Desi gets it done. On the big day, Desi takes care of you (even though she was juggling a ton of different tasks like decorations, AV, lighting, food, beverage, photography, etc). She made sure that we were always comfortable and feeling good about the day.

Her husband RJ, who is her second-in-command, is incredibly detail-oriented and set up our reception area flawlessly. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, even beyond our wildest expectations. That’s because of Desi. Hiring her is a decision you’ll never regret.
