A Chair Affair rental services offer you a wide variety of inventory needed to make your special event all about "YOU". Your unique event may be everything you dreamed of from Shabby Chic to Classic, Rustic to Formal, DIY to Elegant. We can provide beautiful Glass Chargers for your table setting, Mismatched Vintage China, tasteful Chiavari Chairs and Cushions, Fine China, Flatware, Rustic Farm Tables, Dance Floors, Bars and Barware, Glassware, and many eclectic Decor Pieces to bring out that special you that you want to present on your special day.
The standard agreement is for a one day rental. If it is necessary to use our inventory for multiple days, longer term rates are available. Yes, the reservation should be made as soon as possible as it guarantees your product availability. Unlike most rental companies, we offer a monthly drawing of $500.00 off your rentals.
Amy Taylor Swartz closely following in her mother's footsteps, also enjoys food, fashion, entertaining and her two cherished sons Jackson and Anderson, Although very active in the purchasing and day to day decisions of A Chair Affair, Inc. Amy also spends her time as a color specialist and design stylist at Velvet Lab Hair Salon.
The professional career of Sharon Baragona began in the hotel industry where she achieved the position of Director of Sales for the Hilton Hotel Orlando. During her tenure, she hosted numerous national conventions, association affairs, corporate meetings and, of course, many very special weddings. Known for her professionalism, commitment and work ethic, Sharon has developed many long-standing vendor relationships.

Emailed more than 4 times, over the span of one month, no answer. Called multiple times- only answered once during business hours- and they said they have too many inquires to find mine and gave me another email to send my rental request to (Liz). Sent my request to them almost 3 weeks and still no response. If you are overwhelmed with business (that is a blessing) but at least tell the people who are trying to organize a million things for their weddings/ events that you cannot take their order because you don't have capacity OR hire someone for minimum wage to just answer emails all day.

We rented chairs and dinnerware from ACA for our wedding. Anita helped us choose our items at the showroom, it was a nice and easy process. The deliver and pick up of the items on the wedding day were on time and swift, and the quality of the items was good. Their prices are reasonable and competitive compared to other rental companies. I recommend ACA for your wedding rental needs.

Tried making several calls inquiring about renting some chairs for an event I was hosting and it seems that nobody works their. Would have gone In person but I figured if they can't even pick up the phone I couldn't even imagine the service I was going to receive once I arrived.

Great rental company. Some inventory needs to be updated and some needs to be discarded but overall great team and reliable service. As an event planner, that's super important to me.

Chairs were FILTHY! I rented (clear) chiavari chairs for an all white event. If guests sat or even touched the chairs, their clothes would have gotten dirty. It was embarrassing to enlist the help of a few guests to spray, wipe down, and clean the chairs right before the event started. Also, I noticed a few chairs were broken upon delivery. Now, I just returned cleaned and sanitized chairs back to them which I feel should have been done before delivering them to me.

At the conclusion of the event, the delivery men just walked in and started grabbing chairs without saying anything. They left 2 chairs and I ran to find them. When I asked one man if he would be coming back to get the last 2 chairs, he rolled his eyes and didn't say a word to me. He came back inside of the venue and fixed himself something to drink, without even asking, on one of our tables where our drinks were. Extreme unprofessionalism. I've reached out to Chair Affair Rentals, still no response.

Quick service, friendly, no hassle, no wait. What more could be said? I had a small safety meeting, and just needed 25 chairs. Big to small, these people treat everyone like VIP's.

This company does not make their prospecting customers comfortable. I asked for a quote to be emailed to me but they insisted on asking for my home address. You should not ask people for their home address if they are not even your customers yet. It makes people feel uncomfortable when you are casually asking so much information from people when the business provides very little information.

You want your customers to be comfortable with you? Send a quote and then, when it is confirmed that the customer wants to do business, then you ask for the personal home address and whatever else you need to ensure your property is safe. Don't text my personal phone to ask for my home address before you even send me my quote. This is so unprofessional.

We were referred to A Chair Affair by family friends for rentals for our wedding and we were not disappointed! Rebecca L. was super helpful when we went to the showroom and she was patient as we tried various charge/chair/table cloth combinations. Their products are reasonably priced and we always received responses to our questions in reasonable amounts of time. They also had unique offerings (like different styles of sweetheart tables) compared to other rental companies. We highly recommend this company!

We recently had an event @ the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida; the chairs that came with our package was not to our liking. The hotel's catering manager referred us to two rental services. The inventory at one was extremely limited. The other recommendation/referral was A Chair Affair. My search was over. A Chair Affair had everything I needed and more.

If planning an event in the Orlando area, A Chair Affair should be your first and last stop. Along with the twinkling lights, the clear Chiavari chairs we rented from A Chair Affair added a glistening shimmer to our decor. Thank you Ms. Lang for your guidance and assistance. They have so many great resources that they offer you that go far beyond just rentals for your event. Their knowledge of the event industry and expertise is very helpful! Their showroom is a very fun experience to go to and create a vision for your big event and they have so many options! A Chair Affair was definitely a pleasure to work with and met our needs when it came to our wedding. They were flexible with us on what we needed and if we needed any last minute changes, they would accommodate us! They provided us clear chairs along with geo glass tables that gave us a super clean modern look because we didn't want linen since our wedding on a rooftop in Downtown Orlando. Consider hiring this awesome vendor because nothing will go wrong. They are experts in what they do!

I did multiple quotes when looking for chair and table vendors and the minute I spoke to A Chair Affair representative on the phone, I knew this was the company I wanted. The women was knowledgeable of my venue, she had great suggestions, and was very kind. We needed to be able to flip our ceremony space into our dinning area space and she made me feel so much more comfortable with that turnaround.

We visited the showroom and Jourdain was extremely helpful in picking out colored linens that worked best for us. They were also very accommodating and let us pick up our napkin linens a few days early to be able to roll the silverware ahead of time. Making changes to our reservation was easy and simple. The prices were reasonable and the products were higher quality than other vendors.

The day of deliveries went extremely smooth. The workers even waited with the tables in the truck until after the ceremony so we could flip the space. I would highly recommend A Chair Affair. They made it as stress free as it could be.

We used Chair Affair for our wedding at Leu Gardens this past month. They had great prices and good service. We are very pleased with all of their support! They provided Chiavari chairs, hedge walls, sweetheart chairs, black and white dance floor, vintage china and a white arch (chess pieces were rented elsewhere).

I have worked with the team at A Chair Affair for many years on over 100 different events. Their sales team is wonderful - very knowledgable and do a good job helping you design the whole look. Their delivery team is amazing - they are on point, on time, and set with the overall look in mind. Even when you're in a jam and have a last minute order, their team does everything they can to make it happen for you. I am a wedding planner and A Chair Affair consistently does a very professional job. They communicate effectively leading up to the wedding or event, arrive early and prepared with the layout I send them. Their delivery staff is friendly, helpful and receptive to changes that need to be made on site. They brought the correct items in great shape and set up very quickly. A chair affair provided the chairs for our wedding, and the love seat for my sweetheart table. We are so appreciative to them for working with us with such little time to plan, they went above and beyond to find us our love seat when the others were rented out for that day.
