Since 1971, Pine Mountain Club Chalets Resort has been a part of generations of families where the emotional connection of family vacations runs deep. We stayed four nights and loved the chalet we stayed at. Loved the lake, playground, pool, but mostly the "feels like home" feeling. Loved drinking coffee on the deck. Playing checkers in the screened porch and cooking meals. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The area surrounding Pine mountain had calaway gardens. FDR's Little White House and some amazing overlooks.

We hadn't been there in 38 yrs so it was barely recognizable. Major development and swarming with people. The chapel was still charming and peaceful, not many people there, my favorite place with the butterfly conservatory coming in 2nd. Stayed in a little cottage outside of the Gardens on a small lake. It was 7 of us. We went to a small fish restaurant, I think the name of it was The Oyster House.
It looked like a diner but what a surprise. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. We ALL liked It. The azaleas were a disappointment. Supposed to be peak wked. Not true. Anyway go to the restaurant.

Such a wonderful, peaceful place to vacation! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our Spring trip to PMCC! We enjoyed it so much, we went two weekends in a row. We loved fishing in the pond, and just hanging out on our deck relaxing. Location is a plus as PMCC is super close to town and all the main attractions in Pine Mountain as well as Warm Springs.
The ladies at the main office are super friendly and very accommodating! As for the chalets, the first one we stayed in wasn't up to par (in my opinion) but I was told that the actual owners were notified of the issues. Our next trip back, I reserved Chalet #4, and I was so impressed, it was up to date on most things and it was very clean. We loved it and will be staying at Pine Mountain Club Chalets next time we visit Pine Mountain!

We thoroughly enjoyed our accomodations. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful even though we arrived after office hours. Our package was left where promised. This was our first trip at this kind of resort, and they made us feel so at ease. They were friendly and attentative throughout our stay. The chalet was nicely furnished and comfortable.
Some areas were a little dusty and the loft bathroom probably had not been used in a while and perhaps had not been recently freshened, but was basically clean. My major concern was that the locks on the front door were not as sturdy as we would have liked for them to have been. We failed to check the side door the first night and realized the next morning that it was not locked.
Perhaps securing the premesis could be a routine task by housekeeping or maintenance prior to making it availavle to a new guest. On the plus side, a request for a repair on a slow drain in one of the showers was addressed within minutes, as well as a request for additional towels. We found the bedding and linen in our cottage to be quite clean and comfortable. Overall, it was such a relaxing, quiet atmosphere.
The online photos and even some of the reviews did not do the resort justice. THe location was perfect because it was only about an hour and a half from home, but it was so close to other attractions. The local restaurants were great and the people were so friendly. We are looking forward to returning for a longer stay to enable us to enjoy some of the amenities of the resort.

We stayed four days/3 nights at cabin #7. We had a wonderful time. The cabin was very nice, well kept, and dog friendly. Our dog felt right at home. I loved that the cabin is right on the lake. I don't know how many times I walked my dog around that lake! We enjoyed being close to Callaway Gardens and spent a day there. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. This is my third time staying at PMCC. This is now our favorite vacation destination, as it is only a two hour drive from home. Great for weekend getaways.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Close to everything we wanted to do and comfortable. It's nothing fancy, but wonderful nonetheless and some are pet friendly! We loved the screened back porch the best and it's such an easy and affordable getaway! We didn't do it this time but you can even buy bundles of firewood at the front office to use the fireplace and we will also be back to enjoy the swimming pool and fishing! And the ladies in the front office were super attentive, gracious hosts! Thank you, Pine Mountain Club Chalets! See y'all again soon!
