We recently received our wedding highlight video from Robert and are thrilled with the result! Robert exceeded our expectations and is so talented in including the sweet, romantic, and exciting moments of your wedding. I researched a few other videographers, and in their footage the transitions were off and the directed body language of the couple seemed unnatural and forced. Robert's transitions are seamless and breathtaking!

We cannot wait to see our full-length video! I know we made the BEST decision in choosing Memories Films to capture our wedding moments, and we will cherish the videos we have in the years to come. If you're looking for a videographer, I highly recommend Memories Films. Thank you so much, Robert!

I really liked Robert initially and was super excited to work with him and the team but after the wedding was over that changed. I had to keep emailing Robert for my highlights and it would take a few emails to get some sort of a response. There were times I had to contact his counterpart, the photographer to have him get me some sort of response.

When I received the highlights video, he had used only one of the songs I gave out of the entire list and left out our parents almost entirely. I emailed to ask him to edit and change this because I was truly not happy with the video. It took about an email every week and everyday to get any sort of traction. Once I got my video, I was beyond disappointed.

It did not look professional at all. He left out most of the important parts and there was background noise in one of the events. I emailed him upset and asking and pretty much pleading him to change it. After weeks he replied and sent out a new video which looked the same as the first. Bottom line, if you want to work with a vendor that's not responsive and disappointed with the work then he's your guy. Otherwise there are plenty of great artists out there, consider them.

Memories Films did such an exquisite job at capturing all the moments of our wedding. From sentimental to just plain out fun moments. We stressed that filming from Bridezilla would be in the way of our video but Memories Films did such an excellent job on capturing just us two and our wedding. The time and communication between them was prompt and exceptional. I highly recommend them!

We initially chose these guys for our wedding due to the high ratings on Wedding Wire. At first, I was very happy with them. They were very nice and chose an extremely cute setting for our engagement video. The engagement video took about 6 hours to film. We had a lot of fun filming it, but the end result was disappointment. We didn't feel like anything made sense and after our engagement session the communication was very lacking. Josh kept on promising we would get our video and kept on apologizing because they were going through some sort of merger and he got really busy.

He apparently had assigned our video to another guy, but that guy apologized by saying there was a miscommunication between him and Josh. Anyway, we were promised extra videos as compensation that we didn't get, but we were so unhappy with the video we didn't even bother with the extra videos because we ended up not showing anyone. Wedding Day.

They showed up on time, which I was very appreciative of because I'm a stickler for time. However, Josh had promised he would come to be the "director" and "visionary", but he wasn't able to make it. Ok, so he sent someone else in his place. That was fine. But again, the end result was no good. The video we received had extremely poor editing and we were extremely disappointed.

It didn't even look like they had spent any time really looking over it even though that whole time they kept on telling us everything looked good. There were even some parts of the video that were extremely shaky. Cmon, the cameras were on a stand, why the poor quality? I just didn't understand it. We should've asked for some of our money back, but by that point, I was too tired to care. Money wasted.
