After the day is over, the photographs and memories are all that remain. You're going to want to remember it for the rest of your life and, I don't know about you, but 5-10 years down the road I rely on photographs to remind me of events in my life. As time goes on, without the photographs, the details and moments that made it so special, slowly fade.
