Karen is the best! My dress was perfect. As a second-chance bride, it was exactly what I was looking for. Simple and elegant but still beautiful. Karen made a couple of alterations that made the dress absolutely perfect. She even created a different bustle based on my vision. I always felt comfortable walking into Karalou Bridal. The owner helped me immediately when I came in. She was very kind and helpful. She never rushed me and was very accommodating. It sounds like it just depends on who is working when you go in. They had a great selection of dresses- much better than David's Bridal!

Karen and her staff, Corrine were so professional and truly made me feel like a Princess. My original wedding dress was purchased and David's Bridal and was a complete mess to have altered. They ordered me 2 sizes too big and we were going to have to change the entire top of the dress due to more boning and material on one side. I was in tears and Karen put me in a Sweetheart dress and in my size and it was beautiful.

I was willing to purchase this and she swapped out my irregular dress for this AMAZING dress she had. Karen has the heart of gold and cares about her customers. Her prices are so reasonable and I would recommend them for any dress you need or alterations. Truly a blessing to know there are people out there that truly care about YOU and not the MONEY.
