I always wanted a modest wedding dress for my wedding, but finding one that was also modern and affordable was so hard. I found Chatfield's Bridal Boutique through a Google search and I was not disappointed. Debbie was very quick to respond to my inquiries and I was able to try on sample dresses with her. She is very knowledgeable about which dress style, length, and coverage would be best for your body type and for your wedding day/events.

The price was so affordable and I was also able to order a veil and tie for my now husband to help everything match with my dress. The order came in a timely manner and Debbie made purchasing a dress so easy and hassle-free. I would highly recommend her boutique to anyone looking for a modern yet modest wedding dress.

This place is wonderful! My daughter so wanted a modest dress due to her own convictions and wanting to be a good example to other young girls. After searching other bridal stores unsuccessfully, we found Chatfields. The owner was so accommodating and helpful. Every dress we tried on was modest and beautiful. It was honestly hard to choose. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to get modest, customizable wedding dresses! I so recommend Debbie to anyone! She is a friendly Christian lady who understands modesty. She currently runs the business out of her home, and works with lesser known designers who will customize the design of the dress for a flat $50 fee. I got the dress of my dreams, the exact neckline and sleeves that i wanted (poet).

I simply showed her pictures of what I wanted, and between my mom who sews a bit, and Ms. Debbie, we were able to figure out the exact details to create what I wanted :) Not to mention, we got a lace up dress, so no alterations (Just lots of lacing and bustling though! heheh so its a personal preference if you want a zipper dress or lace up, but if you're worried about weight gain, or loss, best to go with lace up and just have people help!) My mom was so happy she didn't have to sew from scratch or get a stupid Davids Bridal dress that shed have to completely reconfigure.

We thought the dress would be the most stressful part of the wedding planning and it was super easy! PS if you want a custom design order 9 months in advance! I actually ordered it in February and it came in Sept. However, she has loads of beautiful dresses already with sleeves and modest necklines, for those getting married on shorter notice. The dress came out beautifully! She also has many wedding accessories for about 1/2 or less of the price that you'd be paying elsewhere, so I highly encourage you to do all your shopping thru her!

Chatfields made my wedding day a dream. I had been to every bridal shop possible, trying to find something in the more modest range. Someone recommended Chatfields, and I am so happy to have found them! Debbie was FANTASTIC. I arrived and she had many dresses to try on that were equally beautiful. She asked for pictures of what my dream dress would be, and then she disappeared for a few minutes. Then, she appeared with a dress very similar to my dream dress, and it was JUST PERFECT!

Chatfields made finding the wedding dress of my dreams a reality! I knew exactly what I wanted in a wedding gown, but everyone told me it would be impossible to find. For starters, my gown had to be completely modest with no alterations. Debbie was so outstanding, she made arrangements for me to try on gowns even though I live in Texas, her service was amazing and she even allowed me to make a few payments.

My dress was exactly what I wanted, and only $600. I only needed one minor alteration which a lady in my church was able to do easily. I couldn't be happier with Debbie and her bridal boutique, I have sung her praises to many ladies in my church. If you need a modest gown that won't break your wedding budget, Debbie is the lady to talk to!

Debbie at Chatfield's is amazing! She found the perfect dress for me and she listened to exactly what I wanted. She even helped me customize my dress by making the sleeves longer and raising the neckline a little bit. I love that she has modest dresses! I definitely will recommend her to all my friends! My experience at Chatfields was wonderful! I felt very special and important. Debbie is so warm and helpful. I actually began with one dress then ended with another! My mom found another one from the same designer online (more of what I was really wanting) and Debbie ordered it for me to come try on in the store and pick which one I liked better! It is SO hard to find modest wedding dresses. This store is full of them! Some places claim to have modest dresses but really, they are not all that modest, and they only have a teeny-tiny selection. All of Chatfields dresses are completely modest! There is a style for everyone, you will not be disappointed. I recommend this place to all brides seeking to be modest, it is well worth whatever drive.

I would like to say that I loved my experience at this bridal boutique! I got engaged in November, made my appointment soon after at this boutique, and had my appoint for the second week in December. I walked in tried on a variety of dresses and fell in love with one! For my standards of modest it was completely fitting! Believe it or not I did not have to go to several boutiques to find my dress, nor did I settle with just going to one!

I was very excited to have found a boutique that made modest dresses with sleeves, because I was dreading the fact I would either have to build up a dress to my standards, or wear a jacket.however this boutique gives options for anyone in any circumstance of wanting to be modest! The owner worked with me and she let me make payments. She was very nice and made this part of my wedding without stress.

If anyone is looking for a way to win a dress, she has this promotion going on called stop the strapless, because nowadays you cannot find a descent dress unless it is strapless and has a low neckline. Its not like designers cant make that, it just would be nice for another option.however I would give her a call and find out how to win the beautiful dress she has! Thanks Wendy Tasha

My daughter went there on the recommendation of a friend. All the dresses were wonderfully modest but not frumpy. She was treated well and everyone was so friendly. I tell every bride I know about this shop. Worth the time to go by.

I just bought the most perfect dress, and I loved the whole experience of going here. I feel I got guided well with what I wanted and needed.. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a modest wedding dress. Also a really great selection of dresses within a good price range.

I was looking for a modest dress. I found the dress I wanted online and looked up the nearest dealer. Chatfield's Boutique was listed as the closest location (over 3 hours). When I called and told her which dress I was looking for, she said she had two in stock... one in my size! She was pleasant to talk to and very accommodating for long distance travelers.

Although she is a small boutique and only has few sizes of each style, she offered to let me take the dress from the store the day I came.When we got to the store, it felt comfortable from the moment we opened the door. Debbie was so charming and so welcoming! I picked out the dress I wanted to try on and as soon as I stepped out onto the platform, it was obvious that was my dress. Debbie is a very positive, no pressure lady who gives her undivided attention (even with 3 customers in the store!!).

The fact that she helped me design my own veil for a reasonable price was the cherry on top.Anyone who is looking for a pleasant shopping experience for destination, modest, or maternity gowns, this is THE boutique to shop. I was so pleased with my experience and you will be too!

Now that the wedding is done, I want to share my experience at Chatfields. I don't even know where to begin to explain how grateful I am. My daughter wanted a modest wedding dress, which personally I was thrilled that she didn't choose a strapless wedding gown. I was a little nervous about their location, expecting to see expensive gowns. They are very reasonably priced.

The dress was exactly what she wanted and we knew when she tried it on. I started to tear up, not because of the dress so much, but because my baby was getting married. I was personally touched that Debbie and her mother also started to tear up as well. Then we all started to laugh. I felt, they cared about my daughter's happiness, not just the sale of a gown.

I promised them that I will shout it from the mountain tops and will be a walking advertisement for this lovely, lovely shop. I read some of the other reviews, and I understand now why they felt compelled to write. When you are treated with kindness and courteous service, you want everyone to know. Please consider this store when you are shopping for a wedding gown.
