Super nice staff are always helpful! If you need balloons, this place has them!

They delivered exactly what I asked and even through in a few extra things. So professional and accommodating when dealing with all of them. They outshined all my other vendors!

I reached out to this company the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to see if they could do a custom balloon delivery for Tuesday, in celebration of a huge event. Gayle in sales responded to me timely. She explained over the phone that was working on a larger order (or something along those lines) and to please bear with her as she would respond. Gayle did send a timely email with options to consider, to which I responded to immediately.

I provided her my choice arrangement, questioning if they would be able to do the modifications I requested. This was all on Friday. The next time I heard from her was on Memorial Day at noon. I replied with a thank you but I went another route. I had not heard from her in 3 days! The reason I decided to post this is because of what she failed to do, once I told her I no longer needed her services because I had not heard back from her. A basic customer service skill of an apology would have gone a long way. I would have even considered using this company in the future. That will NOT happen!

Balloons were pretty; however, it was for an outside event and since they didn't place enough weight to hold the towers down, they kept falling and the balloons kept popping.

Gayle was fantastic and organized our company party with short notice!

This is a great place to order from for your special occasion. One of my balloons deflated before my event. The staff was nice enough to come in on their off day just to blow up one balloon for me.

Nothing is too much for Gayle Rubenstein. She will go beyond to deliver an outstanding job.

I chose this company to send balloons for my Father's 60th birthday during stupid COVID19 specifically because I wanted the bouquet to have a theme/color scheme and Balloons Over Atlanta seemed to be able to deliver that. I contacted the company with plenty of notice. I was very clear and Gayle was seemingly very clear in reflecting back to me via PHONE AND EMAIL what I was trying to accomplish. Well, whoever MADE the bouquet DID NOT get the memo.

I had red white and blue balloons where I should have had only black green and metallic. I did not ask for a "patriotic" bouquet (if thats what you were going for). It ended up mismatched and pretty ugly. I chose what I thought was a more "sophisticated" bouquet option and somehow the end result still looks childish. Do not advertise the sleeker black and metallic HB balloons if you do not intend to use them when a customer selects option #7 on the menu.

I am beyond disappointed that in a situation where I have to depend upon the help of others to make my loved ones feel celebrated that they would not heed all of my requests or at least send a proof of what I can expect before delivery. Oh and they also completely forgot the fatigue balloons I requested to honor my fathers military service, so yeah, thanks.

This business has very little organization and has terrible communication skills. I have to call 3-4 times to get a hold of someone. They never return any emails. They nearly miss their delivery windows. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My assistant called two days before the Super Bowl, fearing they would already be booked up but Balloons Over Atlanta took her order, 4 large bouquets of balloons for my birthday. They were delivered to our office the next morning and they were spectacular! I loved them so much I wanted them taken to my house for my birthday party at home. And Balloons Over Atlanta came and picked them up at my office and transported them safely to my house. They are amazing!

I am completely stunned. I placed our balloon order over two weeks ago and I called and confirmed the order Friday for a Saturday pick up at 2:00. They said everything was good to go. We drove a small fleet of cars to pick the balloons up Saturday because it was a big order, and the store was CLOSED. Completely empty- no one in sight. I called and emailed frenetically because we had dozens of family coming in for our event that started at 5:00.

We NEVER heard from Balloons Over Atlanta. Not a PEEP. They completely ghosted us after we placed a large order and confirmed the day before. I am SHOCKED. Is this Ponzi scheme? I am honestly not sure. DO NOT use Balloons Over Atlanta. Our special day completely fell apart after this debacle. Just want to update that no one ever reached out us after the weekend where we emailed, called and I posted the review. SCAM!

Poor customer service. Called and spoke to a woman who said she would email me price list and then someone would call me. I provided all the details of the event along with some questions on the options they provided. No response (email or phone call). They want to charge 75$ for delivery.but don't have courtesy to serve a potential customer. Party city is better value (better prices, better services, more locations and convenient).

We hired Baloons Over Atlanta for an event at STK in midtown. They did an amazing job designing and delivering the balloons and flowers for our event! We are so pleased with the service we were given and will certainly use them again!

We used Balloons Over Atlanta for my son's Bar Mitzvah and could not have been happier! The team was easy to work with, very creative and thorough. I gave them my budget and a few ideas of what I wanted and the final outcome was even better than I imagined. I highly recommend BOA for any of your party needs and can't wait to use them in the future!

Fabulous Service! Above and Beyond Customer Service! I'm a control freak and my sorority sister was turning 30 and we planned a trip to ATL to celebrate. I wanted to have balloons in the room upon arrival! While this vendor doesn't have a website to browse options, they can describe to you what they have via phone. I wanted some speciality LED glowing balloons, which I found online and wanted to send to this vendor to blow up and then deliver to the hotel.

I communicated with the hotel and they were happy to accommodate. I then began the journey to find a vendor in ATL that would do the job. I found this vendor via Google and they were a God send. Candace called me through the process to update me and inform me that the balloons I ordered weren't going to float. She made sure the the drop off crew was equipt with take and extra balloons to make my selection float. Well done customer service! Thanks so much or your diligence and when/if in ATL I will be sure to look you all up again!

Truly best-in-class! My baby sister-in-law - who's getting married THIS EVENING - ordered balloons from another place for the reception, and I took them to a grocery store this morning to be inflated. Well wouldn't you know, the wind whisked some off the strings, and either a door frame or a thorny bush deflated some others. Not only were most of the other party stores in the city closed, but the few that were open couldn't replace the large silver Mylar ballon letters spelling out L-O-V-E that I lost.

Enter Balloons & Events Over Atlanta. Not only did the owner say she could replace the large letter I lost, but she agreed to leave her family on a Sunday afternoon, while her shop was closed, and drive through a torrential downpour (complete with flash flooding) to arrive within the hour. On top of that, she arrived with the smile and calm, pleasant attitude that I would never be able to bring under the same circumstances.

She had me in and out in 5 minutes, and even affixed a sturdy weight to each letter so it wouldn't carry away in the wind. Moreover, instead of taking the time to boot up her payment system, she took down my credit card info and agreed to process my transaction an email a receipt Monday, so I could get back to my hotel and get ready in time for the wedding. Goes without saying, and it's already in their name, but I'll go ahead and say it: I highly recommend Balloons & Events Over Atlanta for any balloon and event needs all over Atlanta. Moreover, my family and I will make it a point to give them our business in the future.
