THE BEST! I came in the day before my wedding. I was very stressed. Rose and Alyssa were my Angels! From the first moment I walked thru the door, Rose was so kind, understanding and comforting. I was all over the place as far as what I wanted and she kindly listened and kept ensuring me my bouquet was going to be amazing. I even had a small "breakdown" and Rose and Alyssa sat me down, gave me water, and consoled my wedding jitters! And my bouquet came out simply gorgeous! Come to this shop and you will be extremely satisfied!

I ordered a baby boy deluxe arrangement & two Mylar balloons cause they were twins and a pound of chocolate. I must say the picture the family sent to me was a pathetic deluxe! I paid $165 for the whole thing! I was disappointed in the arrangement! They said the chocolates were good and they put the balloons outside for the twins homecoming. I didn't raise a fuss because these twin boys are miracles! Oh well I don't think I'm going to order flowers anymore for delivery! So bummed!

I live in Chicago and my dad is buried at Fort Sam Houston, I found this flower shop when I searched google. I have been using them for two years now and I am very satisfied with them. They always make a beautiful arrangement for him. I have asked them to send me a picture of the arrangement sometimes they forget but other than that I am very happy with them. I highly recommend using them.

I really appreciate this company for their customer service. I had initially received a floral arrangement that was missing a lot of items and looked nothing like what was on their website. Admittedly I was very upset with this because it was for my wedding anniversary. However, after making an inquiry, the staff reached out to correct their error.
They admitted fault and went to great lengths to correct their mistakes. They also delivered a new arrangement with some chocolates even though it was already near their closing time. I really appreciate that they took my concerns seriously and promptly took action. It's always nice when a business treats you as a person and not just some order number. Thanks again!

Very disappointed in this flower shop. They delivered fast I give them that. But the flowers were not fresh at all some we're already wilted and smashed. The arrangement was small not like the picture. I paid for the "premium" upgrade and I find it hard to believe they were actually upgraded from cheapest selection. Definitely not what I expected from a 100 dollar arrangement.

Fast Friendly service! Called at 11am & flowers were delivered within 3hrs! I do not live in the San Antonio area and really had no clue what florist to use. Read some reviews and decided on Spring Garden Flower Shop & I'm very happy that I did. Today is my mother's 72nd birthday & Yes I decided on flowers at the last minute BUT I'm so very pleased with the outcome! My mom LOVED her flowers! Thanks so much for making her day special!

Whe she took the arrangement I picked to the back to freshen them up, I was even asked by two more employees if I had been helped yet. My husband has sent me many flowers from Spring Garden, and they are always magnificent. I sent him a bouquet to raise his spirits before a job interview, and Spring Garden even delivered them early so he would get them before his scheduled interview. They listened to my special requests, and the bouquet was even more beautiful than I had imagined. We will continue using them for all floral needs!

Sad to say I will never use Spring Garden Flower Shop again. First they did not make the purple/lavender arrangement as to what I ordered from their website (which they removed it as of 5/9/2018) because they had problems getting the flowers, then the actual flowers they did deliver were dried up and limp as you can see in the picture with pink flowers. Very un-professional arrangement.

I chose an arrangement from the teleflora site, but wanted to change up the colors a little bit. This is the result and I think it turned out absolutely beautiful. I love the feature of getting a picture of my order since I won't be able to see this in person. And delivery confirmation is a nice feature as well. Superb customer service all around!
