I had such a great experience with this florist when I ordered a floral arrangement for my sister who was in the hospital on a Saturday morning online before they opened for the day. This shop is only open 4 hours on Saturday and I was worried they might not be able to get the delivery made with such short notice. Not long after I placed the order online I learned my sis was getting discharged, so I called the shop and asked for the delivery to be made to her home instead of the hospital.

They were so accommodating! No problem, no worries! Flowers were delivered and they were beautiful. Just what my sis needed to brighten her day. Thank you Flowers By Patti. You're the best!

This floral service in Reno was chosen because of it's prior 4-5 star rating. The individual taking the order was friendly and quickly took my order providing a description of the chosen flower arrangement which was shown on their website. The delivery was quick and must have looked lovely as the recipient was thrilled. Thank you!

Not taking into account of the reviews below, but trust me when I say I just had the most horrible experience I have ever encountered with a florist.1. The flowers cost $140 which is a premium in the flower world but I was at least I was hoping I would get great quality, nope it WAS NOTHING close to the picture. 2. Flowers were delivered prior to scheduled date when requested for a particular date. 3 when called to ask why the flowers were different from the photo, the clerk said "bring your business elsewhere" and hung up the phone ( I am not exaggerating when I say this) If I can save someone from spending a premium on flowers from this horrible shop with this review. Thank me later.

I found Flowers by Patti on Google while searching for a florist that delivered in the Reno area. A business consultant had suffered a tremendous loss and I had no idea what to send. I opted for the "florist choice" and let the shop decide for me. While I never saw the flowers, our consultant gushed over them and told us they were perfect. We appreciate that!

Don't even know where to start. Seems like a trend that when it comes to a special day which includes flowers, this particular florist buckles under the pressure. Product didn't match the website at all, even though we paid a premium price for the flowers. Delivery, wasnt made on the date agreed. Service. Boy where do I start. Stating that you are busy and hanging up the phone on people is probably the worst thing that can happen.

If this review saves anyone to have to go through the headache I have received. Then I have done my duty. I hope you would pay to have this particular review removed while I will continue to make sure this post stays.

Customer service: Lack of communication when changing delivery date, when calling them, they had a rude attitude and hung up on me. Product: the bouquet looks nothing like the photo on the website. It is much smaller and the quality of the flowers don't look as full or vibrant, practically withering. Didn't feel like I bought a "premium" bouquet of flowers.

I can't imagine what a regular bouquet would look like. Not worth the extra money to deliver on the day of Mother's Day or the size upgrade. In fact, not worth ordering from at all. ruined Mother's Day for us this year.

"The customers are always right!" Is what many retail companies and businesses go by. BUT NOT this place! Their customer service was undoubtedly the worst experience ever given by a floral business. They gave an exponential amount of "dazz" in their photos but I unexpectedly received a deceiving "bouquet" of flowers that looked nothing like their premium order.

Save yourself some time and go to another professional who truly cares about their customers. THEY DID NOT even show empathy or concern for the DEAD roses and other flowers in the bouquet. Terrible place. Gives Reno floral businesses a bad impression.

Very rude people and delivers not on the date selected with wilting flowers and will basically tell you to go somewhere else and fuck off. I recommend everyone goes elsewhere.

Unprofessional and awful customer service. Flowers were NOT delivered on the chosen date and left to wither in the sun with no water. Called into the shop where they said they were too busy to fix THEIR own mistake. Terrible experience and perfect way to RUIN this Mother's Day gift.

Needed a beautiful arrangement for a good friend whose husband passed away. The person that answered the phone was very accommodating and promised they would make the kind of flower arrangement we were looking for. My friend text me after she received the flowers and said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

Best florist in town! Kathy and the entire staff have always been friendly and very accommodating. I'm the guy who waits until the last minute but they somehow still accommodate my needs and without compromising quality and personal touch. My wife has never been disappointed with the beautiful arrangements that come from Flowers By Patti! Always my go to!

My son spent over $100 for flowers on Valentine's Day. When the bouquet arrived 4 of the 9 red roses were already dead. I called and it was agreed to refund him $40. Then the next day the rest of the red roses were dead. This is not what my son wanted to say to me on Valentine's Day. Not good business.

Everyone I deal with no matter what season or occasion are absolutely wonderful, helpful and patient. Every time I have called to place an order, the arrangement has been beautiful. You can hear the glee in the recipients thank you call. The arrangement are always as I specified. This is my go to florist in Reno and I am from the east coast so I always have to call the order in. Thank you Flowers by Patti for making my orders so beautiful. You are the BEST ever. And always on time and fresh flowers.

Valentine's Day morning I received an email from Patti's and placed an order. The order pickup time was 10am and they were super quick and efficient for what I am sure is a crazy day for them! And the flowers were beautiful! Very impressed and will use them again!

Flowers by Patti is the best! Even for a last minute knuckle head like myself, they always do their best to accommodate my needs. Along with their great service and friendly staff, they put out some of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. You can certainly tell that love and skill goes into their work!

We ordered the night before online to have them delivered before noon the next day. They were there on time and were absolutely beautiful and fresh. Fantastic service and artistic design. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks.

If you want great customer service and a fabulous arrangement, this is the place to call! Dear friends now live in Reno. we're not even close. I ordered from Patti's early in 2021 and the result was a lovely arrangement at a reasonable price delivered to our friends. For Christmas 2021, I ordered directly from Patti's by calling, NOT via a website.

By calling, you can find out what they have, what looks nice, and so on. The person I spoke with took the time to ask appropriate questions about the recipients (no bling, clear vase, etc.). The the end result was an absolutely stunning arrangement that made us all smile.

My guy has sent me flowers from here multiple times this year and they've all been beautiful and incredibly fresh. I appreciate how handled with care they always are upon delivery. Amazing designs and quality, truly!

Delivery driver was very disrespectful and rude his name is Charles and he tried to run my manager over with his company vehicle. When she called to talk to file a complaint the owner of the company didn't seem to care at all and brushed it off like it was no big deal. I wouldn't ever dream of running a company this way and treat people with such disrespect

I've used several florists in town over the years, Patti's Flowers being one of them. I order online and it's so easy. They always deliver on time, they are affordable and their arrangements are beautiful. Not only that but they can deliver on a dime. There is no two or three day grace period like others in town, which you dont realize until you've paid for it.

My only minor gripe is that the picture resembling the bouquet is off in compared to what is actually delivered. I understand that cant ever be exactly on point, but sometimes it's far off. Nevertheless they always come through with a beautiful bouquet delivered on time with no issues. I will continue to order through them because of the consistency, convenience and affordability. Thank you so much Patti's for bringing so much joy to my clients and loved ones.

This place is awesome! My mom and sister were looking for a florist to make a flower crown that day for my bridal shower. Other places turned them away saying they needed 24 hours in advance to make one, but they did it here in 2 hours! My family was so excited to surprise me with it! I loved how it turned out, it made my whole outfit and really had me feeling like the bride to be! Thank you!

The most beautiful arrangements in town. Local, Original and creative. Not to mention the amazing staff. If you get flowers from me, they will absolutely be from Flowers By Patti.

I've always loved Hoogasian Flowers. However, I do not recommend using them for out of the area flowers. My husband knew how much I loved Hoogasians and decided to order from them for flowers in Reno, NV. Flowers by Patti picked up the order. Bad, bad idea. A hundred plus dollars later, I received a Puny arrangement that I could have gotten from a supermarket. Very disappointed. Definitely not anything that Hoogasians would serve up.

They called my cell on a day with a large snowstorm - our office as closed. I asked them to call my office the next day to deliver as I was headed out of town. Forgot all about it until a week later. They said they called and no one called back. Who knows. No one in the office knew about it. I asked them to read me the card so I at least knew who to thank for the (attempted) bereavement flowers. Pay attention folks. You get one call from them and no snow storms. So not what I needed right now -

After reading reviews on YELP, I decided this was the florist I wanted to use for my daughter's wedding flowers. I made an appointment, and went in to talk with Patti. Navy blue is a difficult color of flower to find, yet that was the colors my daughter chose. Patti had the most brilliant ideas, and options. She named a few dark blue flowers to add to white roses, and suggested we add navy blue ribbon, and some nice greenery to add freshness and color.

She even made one silk arrangement, that matched the fresh bouquets, for my daughter to save as a memory. Patti went above and beyond my expectations. The most beautiful flowers, highly scented, and loved by everyone. They were ready on time, the price was more than fair. I highly recommend and will call Flowers By Patti for all my florist needs. I have used Flowers By Patti as my go to florist for years. When you call on the phone they work with you no matter the occasion making you feel so comfortable, asking all the question about the arrangement, event, and person that make you know that they are going to make something special, something personal. I have never been disappointed. On this particular occasion, I picked up some flowers for a friend who was hosting a luncheon and they had the perfect low profile bouquet that I had imagined.
