Arrowhead Flowers

I had an arrangement of plants sent to a friend in AZ while I live out of state. I am so pleased I selected this florist! The arrangement was lovely. The individual who delivered the arrangement right on time and let me know the recipient wasn't home, and took a picture to show me where it was safely left. I am so grateful for the thoughtful workers at Arrowhead! Thank you for being sure this lovely arrangement was delivered to my friend while I couldn't be there to personally oversee the details!

I went there today to pick out a bridal bouquet with my son. I didn't come with much knowledge as any flowers I've ever experienced were from grocery stores. This shop will single handedly make you want to advocate for small business because I'm telling you-- the experience and customer service was so far above and beyond I felt like I was in my former small town where I grew up again.

The owner and all his employees were so incredibly kind and generous. The flower quality at this place is the best it can get, and yet the prices remain competitive. I am not sure how they actually make money. I wish they could receive tips. They custom make everything by hand and can get pretty much anything in that you want. My son was offered a free flower, chocolates, and water when we arrived-- you don't get that at ANY store.

It completely made his day and I'm convinced it'll be a memory we will share for decades to come. The owner picked up on that and gave him a tour of his flower shop. I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to work for him when he gets older--- that is just how great of a leader, and business, this is. I will never get flowers from anywhere else ever again. I am so thankful for this place!

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are the most friendly, polite, professional staff. They are a family owned and run business with very reasonable prices. The flowers were GORGEOUS and they lasted a long time.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers from Arrowhead last week for my mom after my aunt passed away. Unfortunately, many of the flowers were droopy / dead less than two days after they arrived. Carnations especially should last longer than that. I reached out to them and they apologized and gave me a $25 refund plus discounts on future purchases, which I do appreciate. However, I paid $86 for the bouquet and delivery, and I feel they could have done more than a $25 credit. In this case, remaking the bouquet or a full refund would be more appropriate. For that reason, I probably wouldn't use them in the future.

They did such an amazing job, I was helped out right away. They made the bouquet in like 10 minutes and it came out looking even better the the picture. The staff was great and friendly. Definitely will be coming back.

Excellent customer service. Beautiful arrangements. They also sell these cacti arrangements that are art pieces by a local veteran. An excellent gift piece. I got it for my mother in law who just had cataracts surgery. Easy to maintain, Beautiful to look at and well worth the price!

So so sweet! I had great customer service. I needed an arrangement for my grandma and the owner dropped what she was doing to make me a beautiful custom arrangement for her. She had a great personality and they were so friendly as I waited. One of the best parts is they give you a perfect box holder for your car! They were wonderful! It's usually so hard to drive with flowers! Will definitely be returning.
