TL; DR: I had a terrible experience with Bellevue Bridal. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. Why my experience was so bad: Firstly, they are one of the only--if not THE only--bridal shop in the area that REQUIRES payment for an appointment. Samila Bridal doesn't. I Do Bridal doesn't. Romashka, Blue Sky Bridal, Brides for a Cause, For the Luv of Bridal, Something Blue Bridal, New Beginnings Bridal, The Wedding Bell--all of them have free appointment options. Additionally, every single other shop I visited offered a better, more uplifting shopping experience. Bellevue Bridal's pricing information on their Pinterest (where they list their dress inventory) is exceptionally misleading.
That would have bothered me less if they hadn't also budget shamed me once I got there. It is not difficult to add more information to a pin. This small courtesy would have saved me from having to hear my consultant sniff, "that's a COUTURE gown, so it's out of your price range" again and again. My consultant also put almost no effort into making me feel beautiful in the gowns/trying to fit them to my body shape.
I think she decided that I didn't belong there, since they have a sister plus-size store, and I really got the vibe that she thought it would be a waste to try. This was especially disheartening, as I had actually called the store twice to avoid this very scenario. I'm right on the cusp, so I was assured both times that it would be okay if I came to Bellevue Bridal.
The consultant at the plus-size sister store (she was AMAZING) also actually recommended that I check out Bellevue Bridal. I shopped at ten different stores, and at all of them BUT THIS ONE the consultants carefully helped me with the placing of the bodice, carefully clipped at my waist, shortened sleeves, etc., so that I could imagine what the dress might look like.
My consultant barely looked at me as she hurriedly pinned the dresses. They all looked terrible, but that wasn't really what bothered me--it was the way that she made me feel like I wasn't worth the effort because I wasn't the right type of person to be at their store. How do I know this was a size-related issue? When my mom grabbed a dress in my size--(yes, I've checked, and it has the same measurements as the dress I ended up buying)--she just lazily, loosely clipped it up.
It was a mermaid and my hips were swimming. You'd think she'd notice that. When she could go grab dresses for me to try, she got a dress and, for the first and only time, took her time and attempted to clip it in correctly. It was three sizes (six numbers) larger than my actual size. After shopping at Bellevue Bridal, I felt like a disgusting poser, which is ridiculous.
Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be fun and empowering, and instead I felt embarrassed and ashamed. The experienced stamped out my confidence and put me off dress shopping for weeks. I wrote a private review to the store first about a month ago. They have not attempted to contact me. I know the owner is going to come on here and say that these things are somehow my fault.
Please see through that. Look, this is a wedding dress shop. They are going to have beautiful dresses. But they also are NOWHERE NEAR as good as the other stores in the area. Do yourself a favor--save your money and go somewhere else. Somewhere where they care about making YOU look good and feel good, not just about making THEMSELVES look good.

Bellevue Bridal is great store for wedding dress selections. I purchased my wedding dress through this store and did the alterations through them. They had a large selection of dresses to try on and I never felt rushed during the choosing process. I also purchased my veil and head tiara through their store. Everything they had was great quality! The employees are all really nice and the store itself is cozy, clean, and inviting. The seamstress, Julie, did a great job on my wedding dress. She worked with me through 4 alterations appointments and was very patient as I waffled on the changes required.

Honestly was under impressed. I'm surprised by the high star rating. Was with future daughter in law to see her dress that was ordered and arrived. I arrived shortly after she did - no greeting from any staff. We just sat for over ten minutes. This was a scheduled appointment. The gowns are not hung up nicely. Many are inside out abs falling off the hangers.
The accessories on the table are jokingly overpriced. The place is not kept up at all. Not the experience a new bride or family is hoping for. To top it off, when our bride came back for her next fitting they did not do the tailoring. Out of several changes they only made one. Very disappointing.

After shopping at about 5 other stores I finally found my dream dress at Bellevue Bridal. I made 2 shopping appointments here and both times the assistants were so patient with me and not pushy when I tried my dress on 3 times, and offered so much support when I came dress shopping by myself. After ordering my dress, it arrived at the shop within the window they estimated. The woman who did my alterations was so nice and did witchcraft getting my dress to be formfitting without being too tight.

Wedding dress shopping can be hard and overwhelming, but Bellevue Bridal and Bree were amazing and helped me discover the perfect dress. Juli, who does their in-house alterations, was also so knowledgeable and kind. My dress was perfectly altered and the price was less than what my friend is paying at another salon. Juli & Bree at Bellevue Bridal are the best!

I had such a phenomenal experience with this boutique, I am so thankful someone recommended it to me. From start to finish, I felt so taken care of. Even my alterations, the lady was so kind and really authentic with her advice. I honestly felt like such a princess coming into this boutique, and I was treated with such kindness. You really do get what you pay for, so remember that when you're buying from a boutique versus a department store. It's worth the money to buy from the boutique!

I was lucky to say "yes" to the dress at Bellevue Bridal Boutique! My first visit to the shop was in December 2019 with a few of my girlfriends. Their new Bellevue location is so convenient with plenty of parking spots in their lot. Upon entering the shop, I was blown away by their selection - rows of lace, beading, sparkles and more! I was working on a fast schedule - my goal was to order my dress in January for my upcoming wedding in September 2020.
Little did I know that COVID was right around the corner - yikes! The shop itself ended up having to close appointments temporarily due to the shutdown. However, the boutique did a great job in keeping me informed on the production of my dress. I received an email notification that my dress had arrived in store in April, and that I would be receiving another notification regarding pick-up once the shop was reopened.
After picking up my dress, I ended up having to postpone the wedding entirely, so the dress sat in the back of my closet for awhile. :( I reached back out to the boutique in February 2021 for their recommendation on dress alterations. As they have one seamstress on staff, they suggested I start alterations about 2-3 months before my wedding date. I ended up scheduling three total alteration appointments with their seamstress leading up to my wedding in June.
The seamstress was so personable and friendly, and made the whole process anxiety free. I appreciate that the boutique took the extra step to make me feel reassured during such a turbulent time, and I felt so beautiful on the day of my wedding in the final product. :)

I was helped by Samantha on the first day I picked my dress. Her encouragement and spunky attitude really made the process seamless and fun. Julie, the alterations gal, is amazing and used her creative magic to make the dress fit my own personal style. I can't thank them enough! I'm so excited to show off this masterpiece to my family on our big day! Love you gals

I cannot say enough how great of an experience I had here! Stephanie was amazing from the moment we walked in! She had me and my "crew" pick out a few dresses and pulled a couple she thought I would like as well. She was the perfect amount of involved with the appointment and helped share her opinion while also giving space to let me process how I was feeling!
I had some people FaceTime in and Stephanie was so helpful and patient with that! I loved saying yes to my dress here and can't wait until I get to wear it! I would definitely recommend Bellevue bridal to all future brides :

I had the BEST experience! I worked with Bre and she got exactly what I was looking for! I came in with a dress I wanted to try on, and she was supportive and walked me through multiple dresses to make sure the one I picked was The One. She was accommodating of my insulin pump as well as my bridesmaids joining in from Zoom. After the dress was chosen, she knew exactly what veil and hairpiece would look best, and she was right! Bre and the entire staff at Bellevue Bridal were amazing from beginning to end!

If you're engaged, definitely make an appointment with Bellevue Bridal Boutique! They have a large selection and the boutique itself was elegant and comfortable that makes you feel beautiful already! Stephanie made everything so much easier, she has the perfect combination of sweet, direct and honest! I had freedom and time to pick out dresses that I like, and she was able to immediately gage my style and picked couple dresses that I loved too. After dress shopping at couple other places, I found THE DRESS of my life! Thank you Bellevue Bridal Boutique, Stephanie for such amazing experience

This boutique is amazing. This is the first and only place I went dress shopping. Lacy was helpful, kind, engaging and able to answer all questions. She was able to help me find the dress that I had been trolling on Pinterest, PERFECTLY Needless to say, it was winner. I didn't know what to expect going wedding dress shopping. I can say this experience was better than I could have anticipated.
It was warm, easy and not stressful at all. My mom who HATES shopping was actually impressed and even remarked what a nice experience it was. Go here! Get you a dress! The only thing I wish is they served champagne or some type of adult beverage, however I understand with covid it's probably better they don't.

First off, I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a bridal shop! Ahhh! (In a good way - I'm so excited). Bellevue Bridal was the first place I went to and met with Taylor (who stuck with me and helped me get my dress). I personally hate when sales associates fluff things up or say nice things about a piece of clothing even when it's obviously ugly on lol. Taylor was great about not doing that!
She was honest in the best way, knew which dresses I loved and knew how to phrase things in the perfect way. Everyone there was super friendly every time I went in (because I was hella indecisive and had to go in multiple times). Overall, Bellevue Bridal is awesome and highly recommend it! Of course, they might not have your style of dresses - which is fine!
But if you're looking for feeling completely invited and comfortable at a bridal shop, go here :) Thank you Taylor and team! I'm so freaking excited to get my dress and get married!

I HIGHLY recommend any brides to come here to purchase your wedding dress, the customer service is unbeatable. I picked my dress literally first visit and the experience from start to end was incredible. Their price range goes from about $700+ but under $1000 there aren't a ton of options but still a decent amount. I loved allure dresses so I was happy to find out they carried a lot of them.
After I picked my dress I had it altered by Juli and had I believe a total of 4 fittings? Each time I felt like we created such a good bond by the end I wish I could have her at my wedding! She is literally the best and so incredibly skilled I wouldn't trust anyone else to alter my wedding dress. Now that I'm married I look forward to having them preserve and clean my dress too, will update my review after that happens! :

I had the best experience with Bellevue Bridal Boutique! The owner, Katelynn, was so friendly and super flexible about scheduling an appointment. There was a great selection of many different styles and fabrics at really affordable prices. Stephanie, our assistant, was super patient and attentive. She also had a great eye for what kinds of adjustments I could make in the fitting process.
I invited a large gaggle of girls - my mom, future mother-in-law, sisters, and girlfriends - to help me pick out my dress and we all fit very comfortably in the staging area. I love my dress! And I'm so happy for the stress-free experience. I felt so welcome and supported and beautiful! I highly recommend them.

After my last experience at Bellevue Bridal Boutique, the owner reached out to me on here as well as a private email. She was super professional and very apologetic. She immediately went to work. She talked to her employee who was our sales associate that day and put her back on more training. She genuinely cares about her business as well as her customer's.
She wanted to make sure to put the right corrective actions in place and seems to be very in tune to her business. I appreciate her reaching out to me and working with me to still try on the dress she had pulled aside. The owner and I made another appointment to come in to look at the specific bridesmaid dress. My bridesmaids and I came back a second time, a little apprehensive because we weren't sure if they were going to be hostile/awkward towards us.
But once we got there, they greeted us super warmly and showed us to our little area. They also kindly took us in for an appointment even though I'm pretty sure they were all booked and made room for us. They had already pulled the dress for us and also had another style very similar to the one I wanted to see. While my bridesmaid tried them on, the manager was super friendly and engaging.
In the end, we loved the dress and with good advice (a slightly heavier material for my outdoor fall wedding) from Stephanie, I decided on purchasing that particular bridesmaids dress from them. The owner was also very generous with the price, more than making things right. They also gave me a couple of choices of how to order, I opted to just get all the bridesmaids measurements and send them to her, while paying for it myself up front.
They also gave me the option of just having each bridesmaid calling in and paying it for themselves. Some of my bridesmaids took a little longer to get their measurements to me, but when I got back to them, they were super nice about it, and everything was super quick and easy with payments. I can't wait to see the dresses when they arrive! Thank you Katelynn and Stephanie for doing so much to help me out. I appreciate it.
