I can't say enough good things about Spedales. I am in Houston, Texas and my family lives in Lafayette, la. It's difficult to order flowers online not knowing what to expect. I honestly can't say enough. I wanted to surprise my best friend and make her feel special for her birthday. I ordered online and it was super simple. I requested same day delivery and they definitely delivered! Recipient wasn't home, delivery driver attempted to contact her first and then me, when she couldn't get either, she took it upon herself to try my friend again. My friend was able to give her the ok to leave them and let her know where. she arrived home to be surprised by a beautiful bouquet ! Thanks again

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with Spedale's Florist! I live in Houston but have family and friends in Lafayette. I feel very confident that when I place an order on line, it will always exceed my expectations. I receive confirmation when my order is placed, again when my order is sent out, and once more when my order is delivered; I also get a photo of what is being sent on my behalf! 5 stars can't begin to describe this class act. Contacted Spedale's the other day for a flower delivery. I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism you could imagine. I believe her name was Tonya and what a wonderful employee they have. Today ran into a situation that wasn't their fault at all and when I brought it to their attention they wanted to do a complete refund to make me happy.
From my heart I couldn't allow that to happen. I accepted a 50/50 split even though it wasn't their fault in any way. What a class operation and wonderful people. I don't know if its possible for them to do delivery nationally but let me tell you, they have a customer for life with me and all my fellow workers and friends.

What a wonderful experience we had working with Spedale's! We went onto their online store and ordered a poinsettia for our aunt hoping that it would be reasonably nice and Spedale's exceeded our expectations! They gave us email updates as the order progressed and a photo and confirmation after it was delivered. Very professional and reassuring! We received a very nice text from our aunt thanking us for the beautiful plant. Highly recommend using Spedale's and we will use them again in the future with out a doubt.

This is such a wonderful place. I called to ask for a dozen red silk rose arrangement for my husband's grave. I told them to do whatever they wanted with the greenery and arrangement. When I picked it up I noticed a red bird have been placed on it. Michelle did not know that every time I see a red bird I feel like my husband is coming to visit me. Michelle did an absolutely fabulous job of creating a beautiful arrangement that I'm proud to place on my husband's grave. Thank you.
