My niece was told a 50 dollar deposit was necessary to hold appointment. If she found a dress the 50 would get deducted from sale. If not, it gets refunded. Well the spineless Anna and daughter wouldnt even give them the decency of speaking to her when they refused to refund money. They had an 3 day employee deal with us. The department of attorney general will be notified. I'm pretty sure this isnt legal

I came here looking for a burgundy prom dress in my size because all the other stores I've been to had beautiful dresses but for small people. Not only did I just walk in but I had a personal one on one experience. And the attendant's full attention. She listened to what I had to say complimented the dress (even though I know it's her job it was still nice to hear).

And the dress I choose was sleeveless but they could make alterations to have sleeves! They even do alterations which a lot of the stores I went to didn't have. Though it's a bit pricy I believe it's worth it for the experience you get.

Great customer services knew. I was in a pinch for paying towards my wedding dress and was very understanding would highly recommend. Beautiful reasonable dress's.

I can't say enough about Ana's Bridal, the staff is sooo helpful, and Ana is wonderful! I purchased my wedding gown here along with all of the bridesmaids dresses. Today we returned, years later, for my daughters prom dress, and still that same personalized service with every dress she tried on! If you looking for honest, helpful, personalized service and the most beautiful dresses this is where you need to go!

I was looking to have my wedding dress altered and didn't want to go just anywhere because the dress needed to be taken in a lot. After reading a bunch of positive and negative reviews, I decided to stop by Ana's and I'm so happy I did! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My dress turned out absolutely beautiful and a perfect fit! Thank you so much Ana!

I had a wonderful experience at Ana's! I had shopped around a bit for a dress before going there so I knew sort of what I was looking for and she was amazing at helping me to find the perfect dress for me. I also had great experiences with my bridal party as well. The staff was wonderful anytime I called or came in for alterations. Our dresses fit great and looked amazing, I absolutely loved everything about my dress and my experience at Ana's!

Unfortunately these other reviews are very much accurate. Poor communication, late arrival of dress exc. I thought this was all related to covid but previous reviews were written two years ago. it's not the time to slander a business but save yourself the drama and go somewhere else. They have a good selection of dresses but the store smells like moth balls

I'm not a person to come on here and give reviews but I'll make an exception with this business. I would like to thank Skyler for being so amazing with my mother grandma and me, she literally had allllll the patience in the world as I strolled the store trying on dresses and saying no to each one. Then she pulled one more and well there goes the water works and I that's what I wanted, that's how I would know it was the dress I would say Yes to for my wedding day!

I had a wonderful experience at Ana's bridal. I only had 3 months to find my wedding dress and was under much stress. After visiting various bridal boutiques, my last visit was a Ana's Bridal. I'm so thankful that Ana helped me find my wedding dress! Ana is very down to earth, helpful, practical, honest, and patient. They did an amazing job with my alterations (made a size 10 dress to a size 2) and did it in a timely manner.

Everyone there are friendly. Their customer service is great! They answer every phone call and assisted you in any way they can. Overall, they were very easy to work with every step of the way. So happy and grateful to have worked with Ana's bridal!
