I had the best experience trying on dresses and ultimately finding my wedding dress at Jennifer's. The alternations experience was similarly excellent and I looked beautiful on my wedding day due in part to the care of the Jennifer's Bridal team.

I had the best experience at Jennifer's. Although exciting, shopping for a bridal gown can be daunting and at times frustrating, but the staff at Jennifer's made me feel completely comfortable and supported throughout. They put no pressure on you like other salons do, which is one of the main reasons I enjoyed shopping there so much. My consultant Katie was kind, patient and really thoughtful during my appointment. I would 100% recommend this salon to any bride-to-be!

Dresses are beautiful and quality. Staff is phenomenal! And the seamstress is wonderful! Highly recommend! No other bridal shop compares.

Everything from my shopping experience to alterations was PERFECT. The staff was always so kind and welcoming and friendly they made me feel like I was their top priority. I got my dress in peak Covid when there was a limit to how many people could come with you, but they even let me set up an extra appt once my gown came in so others could see it in person. This meant so much to me. Just perfect all around, love the Jennifer's team!

I absolutely LOVE Jennifer's Bridal! I bought my dress and veil here--and earrings for bridesmaids' gifts. I also had my gown altered there by Susan Downes (she's AMAZING!). I will also be getting my gown cleaned and preserved with the help of the salon. The owners have personal relationships with a number of outstanding bridal designers. My wedding gown and veil were Lazaro and one of my favorite planning memories was getting to meet him with my mom at a private event hosted by/at the salon.

The staff at Jennifer's is kind, professional, and responsive. They listen and it's obvious that they genuinely love their clients. I purchased my gown in 2019 and had to postpone my 2020 wedding a full year plus--and they held all my purchases --no questions asked (except when my new date was :) There is nothing I would change about my experience with Jennifer's and enthusiastically recommend this business.

I had such an incredible experience here! I shopped for my wedding dress in September 2020 and the team was careful and patient, given the restrictions at the time (COVID). I worked with Jen who was so unbelievably helpful. I went into the experience having no clue what I wanted, what would fit my shape or what the options even were. It's so hard to tell what a dress looks like just on the hanger and she was so patient as I tried on dresses - some that worked great, some that definitely did not! Then, I found the one!

I also worked with Susan for alterations in March 2021 before my May wedding and she was knowledgeable and did an excellent job, plus the cost seemed reasonable for the minor hem, bustle and strap adjustments I needed. Photos: Nick Hanyok Imaging

Thank you so much for a great experience and most compassionate, inspiring and patient attitude! I went to this store first time and I loved the choices, the people working there and how pleasant everyone was. I came back because that's where I knew my dress was and I was right. When you purchase the wedding dress which will define you for the rest of your life, it is important that the experience that you have finding it is the most pleasant. Plus, you will have to come back to the store for alterations and accessories and you want to make sure that your dress is in the right hands. Every bridal store should strive to be like Jennifer's!

I went wedding dress shopping for the very first time today. I went into Jennifer's with no ideas of what I wanted or liked. Amy got me in my dream dress in 1 hour. I can't rave enough about my experience at Jennifer's. I highly recommend to anyone looking at dresses. Everyone there was so helpful and nice to talk to. Amy made me feel so comfortable and beautiful as I tried on many dresses. She picked out a dress that I would have never picked out myself, and it ended up being "the one"! Thank you all so much. I had the most amazing experience finding my dress here. The store is clean and beautiful and there's a wide selection of dresses to choose from. Katie helped me from start to finish and I have to say, she's the absolute best! It can be easy to lose the magic of wedding dresses when you're selling them everyday, but Katie made me feel special the entire time. I cannot recommend this store or Katie enough!

I highly recommend Jennifer's Bridal if you are in search of a wedding dress. Jennifer was so attentive during our visit. She made me feel so comfortable, and ensured that I found the perfect dress. El was my seamstress, and she was so talented. She made sure my dress fit me perfectly and was responsive to any requests I made. On top of all of this, my wedding was rescheduled due to COVID, and Jennifer's Bridal handled everything smoothly. Of all of the shops that we visited, Jennifer's Bridal was the top quality and the staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism.
