House of Flowers always makes the best arrangements. We have been using them for awhile now, or I should say my husband does; Anyways, Carnations are my favorite and they last a really long time! House of Flowers never disappoints!

My son had arranged for flowers to be sent to me on Valentine's Day. He didn't realize Oklahoma would be under a severe Winter Storm Warning! House of Flowers not only weathered the drive to make the delivery, but also came on a SUNDAY which Valentine's Day fell on this year! Also my place is not located in maps, so they graciously reached out to call and get specific directions.

I received the prettiest flowers I've ever received this week. They've just gotten prettier everyday. I have them sitting at my office and I have had so many patients comment on how beautiful they are.

I have been using House of Flowers for over a year now. I can not say enough good things about them. They are always friendly when they are on the phone. Always helpful when needing Flowers. I have always been more than pleased with the service and my wife loves the Flowers. House of Flowers is the only Flower shop in Shawnee I will use. Stop in and say hi. Browse the store to see the many other items they have. The arrangements are always beautiful. The staff always friendly. The wife loved these roses, they were the same color as the flowers in our wedding.

I ordered these for a close friend because it was the anniversary of a loved one passing, and not one single flower or even the vase was what I ordered online. I picked the arrangement specifically for the color and lack of lilies because it was a favorite of the loved one, and because my friend doesn't like lilies because of their smell. I didn't get a single flower that color plus a bunch of lilies.

I got no email or phone call explaining that there would be substitutions. When I called to ask about it, the woman I talked to was very rude and unhelpful. I tried to explain the situation and tell her I've never ordered flowers before, but she was snotty and offered no solution other than I should've called on the phone to order them. Why even have the option of ordering online then? Will not be ordering from there again. I'm going to take my business to Shawnee Floral and Gifts from now on.

Really disappointed in the size of arrange that was sent. Iwork in a flower shop and the arrangement that was sent to my mom was definitely not worth the $50 I paid. I will be using a different flower shop next Valentine's day. Two stars only because the flowers were pretty. there just should have been more in that arrangement. (I asked for a few sunflowers and a few other flowers and only one sunflower was in the arrangement.) I make $50 arrangements every day and 4 stalks of filler flowers without greenery and a $5, $10 at most budvase(and no roses!) was not worth what I was charged. Granted I know delivery is included but unless you are charging 20 for a delivery in town.not worth it.
