Excellent venue to hold important events for families and couples!

I put a deposit down 1.5 years before the event. 6 months later my son died. I asked for refund on the deposit. They created an appt for me to cancel the event. When I showed up they had me sign a document that stated I would t be getting any refund on my deposit. Such a devastating blow as that part was NEVER mentioned in any document I had. I even had others review my contract because I was in the middle of grieving and wanted to make sure I hadn't missed anything.

There was no grace or mercy extended to me or my family. They kept the deposit and had a document that day not when I had initially signed the contract. I think had I seen that stipulation I wouldn't have signed the contract. All in all they took the deposit and ignored my emails to please reconsider. They made $1000 off of me for doing absolutely nothing.

In the end I lost $1000 which would have been better than loosing $10,000 for the event and not would have had anything for my son. Lesson broken-hearted learned. They should have extended grace, but they didn't. They're just about the money. Look elsewhere- seriously.

Went here for a party, super cute place, nice people helping out. I had an infant with me and needed some formula heated, Zoey was just absolutely rude about not doing it. I understand there's a pandemic going on, but it was my families event, it was baby food, didn't have to be such a bitch about it.

I cannot say enough good things about their place and Gina Davis, our coordinator. From the moment we booked the venue all the way up until the very last minute, Gina and her staff were so accommodating, easy to work with, very professional and I was so thankful we found this gem! My husband and I had our wedding here 1/16/22 and we were so very pleased! We strongly recommend this place!

The Garden Room in La Habra was perfect! The minute my mom and I walked in we felt comfortable. We had my brother and aunt's celebration of life reception here. Gina was amazing! She was so personable and accommodating. The food was delicious, the service was superb, the parking was spacious, and the floral arrangements were gorgeous! I highly recommend The Garden Room for any special event! My brother even got married here over 25 years ago!

We had our daughter's graduation party here and it was wonderful! The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. My guests were impressed with the venue. Gina was a pleasure to work with my in booking and planning. Highly recommend and will use definitely use them in the future!

What a spectacular venue! It was a perfect wedding in every way. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive and Kim was the best coordinator! All went smooth and without hitch! Everything was so clean and fresh looking. Food was outstanding and cake was delicious!

My lovely sister held her wedding here and it was just amazing. The MC was filled with humor and that truly made for a good time.

We had to move our wedding reception last minute and they accommodated us! Amazing service, prompt replies, beautiful venue. They are very supportive and will help you make your special day a lot easier. Once we moved our reception to the Garden Room I felt a lot less stressed about planning the wedding.

During covid businesses want us to work with them yet they won't work with the public out of greed. Our party was set to have an event in 2020 which PER COVID we had to cancel. We wanted to reschedule for 2021 and they would not accept a rescheduling. They considered it a cancellation and kept $2k. When taken to court of course they have a team of lawyers ready to go. It's all in the fine print of the contract. I would not recommend a greedy company such as this. Read your contracts and go somewhere else!

Great place to host any event. My cousin got married here. 5 star servers, bartenders and security. They keep everything dialed in. Nothing but professionals servicing this great venue.

Very beautiful venue, food was good, parking was excellent and the service was great. Very friendly staff. One particular server stood out. Megan, she was excellent on her toes, constantly moving and very friendly as well as informative. That's the kind of service I admire.

My future daughter in law had her bridal shower here given by her Aunt and Grandma. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and her staff. They were all wearing their masks and gloves. Our temperature taken at the door. The host for the shower provided us with "pink" masks and there we hand sanitizer bottles scattered around the common area inside.

Due to the Covid restrictions our luncheon was to be held outside. The staff had arranged all the table accordingly for "social distancing". The staff was super attentive asking us if we needed refills from the bar, water, etc. The food was delicious and fresh. After our meal we were able to head inside to a large room where we could open gifts. Everyone really enjoyed the day and again the staff was on it from start to finish.

These guys are shady. We couldn't have our wedding in the summer of 2020 due to covid and they kept more two thousand dollars of our deposit because they said the date was non transferable but yet they tried to force us to pick a different date even though we told them we lost our jobs and couldn't move forward with our plans. Beware.

This venue is amazing. Kim and her team exceeded our expectations en every way. Everything went so smooth and we just got to enjoy our big day without stressing out. A few days before the wedding, our florist plans fell through and Kim came to the rescue wearing her cape and all. She had a new florist in place within 10 minutes and it was cheaper than our original florist.

The price was reasonable and everything was included in 1 package. Less things to manage means less stress. I really enjoyed the experience and recommend it to everyone looking for a wedding venue.

It's dumbfounding to think that the owners here are completely insensitive to the current timeline that the people are in dealing with COVID-19. We made reservations for our wedding and the Covid-19 restrictions hit so we needed to put the wedding on hold till further notice. They proceeded to tell us that we can postpone the wedding up to 6 Months but here we are now almost 6 Months and they are basically telling us that if we don't hold the wedding soon we will lose our deposit which is half of the full total.

I wish I would of known these people are full on MAGA and are insisting that the face masks required by the State of California are BS according to them because they have family that is in the medical field and they told them so. Now we should force our wedding party to move forward with our wedding because they are ignorant. These people are the worst.

We are basically out of thousands of dollars because they won't extend the time allowed to reschedule. We won't be supporting these ignorant people or any others that are basically forcing us to spread the virus. Skip this place.

My sister-in-law had her wedding scheduled here and wanted to move the date because of COVID concerns and the owner/management refuses to work with her and her fiance without charging them more money. They have already paid their deposit and the owner is requiring them to forfeit their deposit and pay a new one if they would like to move their date.

In addition, the management is completely gaslighting my sister-in-law by telling her that they refuse to work with her on applying the deposit to the new date because "no one else has these concerns or is trying to move their date" when clearly based on other reviews here, that is completely false. This is a terrible way to run a business, especially in the middle of global and national health crisis.

I understand that businesses are struggling right now and trying to figure out how to manage their own cash flow, but mistreating customers who WANT TO GIVE THEM MONEY is the wrong way to go about things.

Couldn't be happier with this venue! We had our ceremony on the beach but came here for our reception and are so glad we did! Kim and her team made sure the entire event went without a hitch, directing us and our guests flawlessly through the evening. Venue and wedding planning all in one - we had nothing left to worry about beyond centerpiece choice (there are two options provided by GRWC), menu choice, cake flavors (love that the fillings can be mixed and matched, Bride and Groom even made their own tiers and bet on whose flavor would be more popular), and flower options. 100% Recommend!

Including a few pictures for reference - the cascading flower cake style we chose (customized to your choice of flowers), the beautiful staircase used for ceremonies (wedding party and bride enter from upstairs - we didn't utilize this option, but Bride has relatives that have and it's amazing), and the exterior gazebo/garden area.

My husband and I highly recommend the Garden room. Gina took care of all of our needs for our special day. The food was fantastic and it's the best price in town for 130 people. The response that we got from our guests was that it was a perfect place for a ceremony and reception.

As a guest I found the venue very nice. We attended a Friday night wedding 6 PM. Things got off to a great start. Wedding chapel was very pretty, great vibe with all of the flowers and lighting, and mirrors. The wedding party entered on the staircase and the Bride followed, very romantic. Reception followed in the next room, the bar was nicely stocked. The dance floor was big, and plenty of room for everyone. The wedding cordanator was on the ball and kept the party on time.

A very nice, intimate wedding venue. Fancy enough for the formal feel, but small enough for a more intimate style. Big staircase for bride to enter by and beautiful stained glass windows. Reception room right next to it with dance floor and room for 20ish tables.
