We had a slight snag during my last event (I've used this company many times before.). Most likely MY fault, no dinner plates were delivered. I made ONE phone call and even though it was a Saturday and the store was officially closed, the owner himself drove the case of dinner plates to my house and the table was set within 20 minutes of that ONE phone call. A plus plus for excellent customer service. The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful and the prices cant be beat. Thank you PT&E for another job well done!

They have a great selection and fast service when adding items on the spot or short notice. But their return system has many flaws. We returned from the wedding with many rental things. The workers told us to place dirty linens in a bag with other dirty linens and unused linen leave on the side. In the end, the company charged us for unused linen because they did not find it. -> no way for us to prove otherwise. My advice - record a video while returning items and count everything as proof. (Service dates June 11-13th, 2021)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I rented the following for my wedding; a tent, chairs, tables, lights, plates, etc. from Tents and Events and I received every single item I needed. They set the tent up in just under a couple hours which was very impressive for the size of it! We came in to get some ideas for a bridal shower and not only were we not greeted when we came in we had to approach someone to get some help. It was like everyone was glued to their chair. Yuridia was the one that looked up and we had to approach her. We told her that we weren't sure what all we needed and needed some suggestions. Again it was like she was glued to her chair. Pointing to where we could look at items but never could really help us out with ideas.
While we were sitting there trying to figure things out, the other two women were complaining about a customer that just called and was changing their order and bitching about the customer. We walked out of there so annoyed at the experience and lack of professionalism. The cost that is charged to rent all the supplies and they can't even give a few hour time frame for delivery.

Allen has done a wonderful job assessing the needs of our event, when we began planning our event my boss didn't want to work with any other company but Party Tents ant Events, because Allen and his team has done such an excellent, thoughtful and thorough job of setting up our tents, event space, and providing us with exactly what we needed the past two years we have worked with them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Allen and his team are hard working, efficient, dedicated to do their job to make your event a success. I just had a fundraising event for the American Diabetes Association over this past weekend. Without their outstanding work it would not have been a success. Thank you PTE for everything! I highly recommend them for ANY event that you need help with - they will get the job done as quickly as humanly possible and wont finish until you are happy.

We went with PTE for the bulk of our wedding reception rentals, and are glad we did. Their catalog is extensive and their staff is very knowledgeable. As the big day approached, we went through several adjustments to our rental order and PTE was able to adjust on the fly without any hiccups. All rentals were delivered on time as requested to a fairly remote winery out toward the Sonoma coast. They even went above and beyond to send a team out to make some requested adjustments to the dance floor the day of the wedding at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

As far as I'm concerned there's only ONE rental company for weddings in the Anderson Valley. My sister used them for her backyard wedding 7 years ago, and I used them for my wedding, in the same backyard, last week. Here's the thing about backyard weddings: YOU NEED TO RENT EVERYTHING. Here's the other thing about backyard weddings: They're very hard to make look different from each other.
With PTE's help, we rented everything we needed, and they some how magically transformed the space into the Game of Thrones fantasy land we envisioned. They didn't just work with my planner to come up with the right combo of tables and chairs and benches, they collaborated (FOR DAYS!) with my in-laws to come up with the perfect lighting scheme, they dropped off the items early and picked them up when it was convenient for us, and everything was perfect.

Solid folks. I have worked with them many times over the years doing various events as a Hospitality Professional. Many clients I have had also work with them and rarely has there been an issue and the few have been handled well. It is nice because they are easy to find, park and see what you need and is available right there.

I had an amazing experience renting from PTE for my recent wedding and reception. I worked with Yuri, who was extremely helpful and professional. I did not have a wedding planner and coordinated everything myself, so when questions came up or changes needed to be made, Yuri was extremely accommodating. She offered suggestions and assisted a great deal in finding the perfect substitute for anything that was not available. I would highly recommend PTE for any brides-to-be, especially if you're working with Yuri, who is awesome!

I used PTE for my wedding back in 2013. Everyone was very easy to deal with and were accommodating with me even making changes close to the wedding. There selection isn't huge but they had everything we needed. Make sure to rent jockey boxes well in advance as they ran out for my wedding since we didn't order it right away. I've rented from them a few times since for bridal showers and everything has gone smoothly. I will continue to use their services.

As a provider of Fancy Flushing potties for weddings and other high end functions we have met and worked with many different party rental companies. Party, Tents & Events is as good as it gets. We've had many dozens of clients who have worked with this company and rave about their service and friendly staff. I used party tents and events for my wedding and was very happy with everything from the quality of items to delivery and pick up. Customer service was wonderful too. I ordered chairs, China, flatware, and a coffee maker through them and was very impressed by the way these few rentals improved my wedding experience look and feel. Thank you so much! Great price for renting a jockey box for a party I was hosting. Why 4 stars? I asked the young lady on the phone if she knew how long the coils were that were used in the box, but she didn't know. I knew I was going to be serving 100+ people. Come to find out there were no coils, just a small "plate" which I have had experience with before. I had to externally chill my kegs because of this, but regardless, its still a great deal and I will use them again next year.

Party, tents and events were AMAZING! Thank you guys for making our wedding so beautiful! Everyone who worked there were so fun, bubbly and helpful. We probably called like twenty times to change our rentals but they were always happy to help. We met them at the wedding expo and we actually won their drawing so we got a discount on our order which was so helpful!
We rented their farm tables and they were STUNNING! Seriously made our reception 10x more beautiful. We rented all the plates, glasses, silverware, napkins, etc from them as well. Wine barrels, beverage dispensers and so much more! They were so great and flexible with delivery. Thank you guys for all your hard work and for always making us laugh! Sarah + Luke ( you know who we are. hahaha)

We used PTE for our wedding reception and rehearsal dinner rentals in August in Guerneville. It was smooth sailing the entire time we worked with them. They were always available to change/update the order (which happened a lot) and make recommendations based on their experience. We rented: tables, chairs, table clothes, napkins, silverware, glass water containers (5 gal), coffee makers, ice chests, wine glasses, and a dance floor.
We did the set up on everything except the dance floor. We had a moment when we considered not getting the dance floor because of price but we are very glad we did. The size they recommended was also perfect. All of the rentals were in great condition and looked beautiful in the redwood grove where we had our party. I highly recommend PTE for a professional experience with easy communication (they always answered the phone and quickly responded to emails - something that was very important for me).

I cannot recommend a worse company for renting wedding thing (table, chairs, linens, arch.). Several errors occurred with the Wedding Day Rental which made it a complete nightmare. 1. Arrival of rental - Rental car called to see if it would be ok (after they had already given a time window of the morning) to show up much later in the evening (like after 6pm) after a response of "no, its not ok" I received a "ok we'll try then". 2.
Furniture item received was BROKEN. Try scramming at the last minute to replace this with whats around in Sonoma County. 3. Another item - a Bar Kit (very important item) was just completely MISSING. Even their own delivery drivers couldn't explain this, but offered no Help. 4. Post-wedding - did we get an apology - NOPE. A Refund - NOPE (they did offer a meager $2.25 for a chair that was broken, but all else it seems after going back and forth playing phone tag, I just gave up - I have better things to do.) 5. Pick-Up of items were just as chaotic, with no phone call letting me know what time they would arrive (they ended up showing up very early the next morning, and if someone hadn't been there to put everything to one side, the driver told us they would have charged us for that too, without letting us know). My advice, if its an important event - take your business somewhere else were customer service actually exists.
