If I could give them 10 stars I would. My family jokes that I notoriously look up "reviews" but I do feel they help guide people to local businesses. I didn't have the best bridal experience at another shop and I was having major anxiety about it. I called to voice my concern to this shop owner Adriana to see if she could answer some of my questions.

Not only did she answer my questions.she spent over 40 minutes on the phone with me going over options. I want to say that this business is professional from the ground up. Brides.take note that professional staff doesn't always have professional management BUT THIS PLACE DOES. It's apparent that the brides are #1 and they are passionate about what they do. I'll be recommending them to all that I can.

If you encounter an issue just know that this establishment is willing to go above and beyond for the bride and trust me when I say that's not the case every place you go. When you do good, it comes back to you. I firmly believe this place will continue to receive many blessings and great business from local brides!

Absolutely first choice in recommendation for any and all bride to be's. The customer service is beyond exceptional and out of a dozen referrals every bride has said yes to a dress. The team makes sure to accommodate anyones budget with still achieving absolute high end quality. There new location is just right in the middle of Santa Clarita. No Question when anyone ask where I think should go for a dress will be Cruz Bridal.

Cruz's Bridal not only has an amazing selection of dresses and veils for you to choose from, they have a seamstress who goes above and beyond to make sure your dress is perfect for the day of. I had wanted a veil that was longer than the standard length and Adriana made sure to get me the veil that I have dreamed of that had to be special ordered!

Not only did she get me my dream veil, but she also made sure my dress fit perfectly. If you worry about a strapless dress falling down, Adriana makes sure that dress stays up and you never have to pull it up. I felt so confident in my dress! I highly recommend Cruz's Bridal!

Adrianna is a Godsend and performed a miracle for me! My mother of the groom dress arrived very late due to Covid and she stayed late so I could come in and have it fitted. In less than 24 hours, my dress was ready to go. Writing this review is the only thing I can think of to show my gratitude! I saw how she worked with the brides to be while I was there and take my word, she is AMAZING! You won't be sorry if you shop at Cruz's Bridal.

Went shopping with my daughters friend and had a wonderful experience. They were so helpful and listened to what the bride was saying. After trying on several dresses and finally finding the dress she liked the best our assistant.made sure the color was right and let the bride to be model in front of a mirror and in a different light. She told us she just wanted the bride to be happy and even if we didn't buy the dress from them her goal was to do whatever she can to be helpful. Great experience.

Hands down the best Wedding dress shopping experience. Adriana and her team went above and beyond for me. Having to post pone our wedding/ try and figure out alteration appointments during Covid she went above and beyond to accommodate me through this whole process! I am absolutely in love with the alterations that Adriana made to my dress. I liked my dress before, but the way she made it fit me perfectly makes me feel so beautiful in it. Adriana is amazing! What a sweetheart! I went in with a emergency fix. I ordered a dress online and it did not fit properly. frantically I went on a search to fix this a week before I needed it. She was able to take me in that day to see what was wrong and fixed the error in a timely matter. She could have charged me $$$$ with circumstances she was beyond fair and trustworthy.

I am a little disappointed I didn't find her before the order. She has such a beautiful selection of dresses I have not seen in many bridal stores. You will not be disappointed going to Cruz bridal. Thank you!

My wedding was during September 2020. Purchased my wedding dress at this shop and it was the best decision I could've made. Adriana the shop owner is so friendly and helpful! She is there to do whatever it takes to make you feel beautiful. She made my wedding dress search, purchase, and alteration experience a dream! She listened to my requests and did everything possible to make me feel 100% beautiful in my dress.

I live 45 minutes away and the many trips I took for alterations etc. were worth it! I highly recommend this shop they have so many beautiful gowns to choose from and the overall experience is wonderful.

Cruz's Bridal is always a great experience. My mother got her dress here, my sister got her dress here, and then I did. We have all been very happy with service and knowledge. I go there to get all my dresses altered, even if it is not a wedding dress. The service and knowledge is unbeatable. You will not be disappointed.

We have had the opportunity to work with Adriana and her team many times. She did my wife's alterations on her wedding day, and as photographers, we have worked many times with her gowns. I can say something that many people will agree with here. Adriana is a true talent. She can look any someone, and pick the dress that is a perfect match for them immediately.

I don't know if they measure that statistic, but in sports they would call her field goal percentage near 100.making her an all-star. Kidding aside, her service is wonderful, her shop is clean and organized, and she makes the gown buying experience personal and amazing, as it should be for any bride, teen, or parent getting married, going to prom, or watching their daughter walk down the aisle!

When I started looking for wedding dresses, I found this particular dress online and searched for stores that had it, and this boutique was the only the store that had it in my size to try on. I was coming from downtown LA and Marsha made sure to stay open until I arrived. I loved the dress and bought it on the spot. From there, I went through rounds of alterations (as any bride should) and each time I came back I felt more and more like family. Adriana was so careful to explain what she was changing and why she was doing it which put me at ease.

And when I put my dress on on my wedding day, it hugged my curves PERFECTLY. She even altered my mom's dress to perfection! Please come to this boutique, I promise Adriana and her staff will not disappoint! These ladies are super sweet and professional and I will always recommend them to future brides!

Disclaimer: I did not PURCHASE my dress at Cruz's. WOW! What a phenomenal experience I had here. It was my first time trying on dresses and Cruz's took so much care to try and find my "style". They were not pushy and let me try on upwards of 10 dresses which we narrowed down from there. Their selection is huge and their prices were beyond reasonable - it also helps that they have their seamstress there letting you know what can/cannot be done with a dress. The only reason I didn't purchase here was because I fell in love with a dress somewhere else, but I would highly recommend Cruz's to all my friends!

I am absolutely in love with Adriana and her passion and work! She has you book four appointments which at first I thought was a couple too many but then after going back on Friday for my third fitting, couldn't imagine having any less than four fittings! She literally is so passionate about her work and so meticulous with making your dress perfect that I'm so unbelievably grateful that I was referred to her by another bride! This is the bridal dress shop that fulfills every fantasy about the wedding dress selection and fitting process. We had appointments at other shops for my daughter's wedding dress search, and by mid-afternoon were pretty downcast about the gowns available. A phone search brought up Cruz's and we called for a last minute appointment, which turned out to be serendipitous.

The selection of dresses, the atmosphere of warmth and respect, the patience and good humor - everything works at Cruz's. My daughter found the romantic dress she was looking for, and in the month's before the wedding, Adriana made the dress perfect in every way. As another reviewer mentioned, this shop is all about matching bride to dress, not about money, and we are so lucky to have found Cruz's!

Adriana is amazing! She and her assistants are so helpful! She truly made my dress finding experience a dream! I couldn't have asked for a better boutique to get my dress. Her seamstress abilities are spot on and dealing with intricate lace you'd never guess my dress was altered! Plus, her collections are to die for!

I cannot thank Marcia enough for helping me find the perfect dress and Adriana for making it look absolutely perfect. I felt so gorgeous on my big day. I went in not knowing exactly what I was looking for and they were patient and kind and had me try on just about every style of dress they had. When I finally narrowed it down to three dresses, they encouraged me to think about it and come back to make my decision.

I am so thankful for this because if they hadn't, I would have chose a different dress and I am not sure it would have been "the one". And when I did feel as if I was encountering issues with my dress or how it looked, Adriana was quick to offer solutions and in the end, my dress fit perfectly to me and was absolutely stunning. I bought my wedding dress from Cruz's and couldn't be happier! I went to 3 other salons before going there and the others didn't have as current of styles as Cruz's does. It's so nice that when you go in for your appointment, you are the only bride in the salon! That being said you definitely need to make an appointment before going in. Adriana is amazing at picking out dresses and providing great alterations and customer service! I was beyond excited and satisfied with the style and fit on my wedding day!

Went here the other day for my best friend who was wedding dress shopping. This bridal shop is absolutely so cute, and can accommodate any brides budget. They have a great selection of dresses and accessories to make any bride feel special on their day. The sweet lady who was helping us, was very nice and patient. She also pulled out a "wild card" and that was the dress my best friend said yes to! I will be sure to recommend Cruz's bridal to anyone I know looking for a wedding dress!

I came in the weekend OF Formal and they were able to facilitate my needs. GRANTED I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT, but she was able to help me out and ask for a favor from one of her facilitators. Honestly it is a great place to get your tux for formal/prom (I recommend two weeks!).

Cruz's bridal is hands down the best bridal shop ever! I live in bakersfield so it was a little over an hour drive to get there but it was well worth it everytime. I found my dream wedding dress here and I seriously can't wait to wear it for the big day! Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing and so helpful! So sad I won't be getting to see them anymore because we created such a great relationship! I reccomend this shop highly! Such a great selection and just AMAZING service!
