I have rented multiple (12 to 24) low profile headsets for a spring musical production from Beamworks for several years. Things arrived on time, in good shape, and the rates are good. But the measure of a company comes when things are not quite right. We had some technical issues during one production, and Beamworks was very responsive and quickly worked with me to get us the equipment we needed, fast. That sort of response, leads me to stick with a company.

Amazing customer service! The entire staff at Beamworks is really great! We rent anywhere from 10-20 body microphones from them for a high school musical each year. The mics are packaged well, look brand new, and work really well. We had a problem one time with one mic. They overnighted us a new mic with no cost to us! I am so pleased we found this company. We will use them for a long time to come.

As a university we have used Beamsworks now for 2 consecutive years for awards ceremonies. They have been absolutely greats, all the equipment is top notch and performs beyond what is expected. Any time we have looked for audio and visual equipment we turn to Beamworks. Last year for one of our events we set up all the equipment, all looked good and all functioned properly.

Then about 3 hours before the event on a run through a projector stopped functioning properly drove straight to the warehouse and they replaced everything we needed on the spot and the event went off without a hitch.

We began using Beamworks, several years ago, as a supplement to a local shop for large productions, but wee so impressed with the gear, prices and service that we now rent all our wireless mics from them. Good gear at excellent prices, but the real difference is having someone to speak with when there is a problem. Service from Beamworks has been excellent, when we had a unit fail in rehearsal, they got us another one in a hurry.
