Top notch service! Customized my veil and altered by dress perfectly. Highly recommended. They provided 5 star service and had my dress pressed and delivered to my home personally when I was short on time and the dress wasn't complete. They got the job done in such a short amount of time, and looked amazing

They did a beautiful job with the alterations on my wedding gown. I also purchased my veil here. They are also getting my gown and veil preserved. I bought my dress out-of-state and was getting married in Fort Myers. I wanted a local place and they were recommended to me. I'm so happy I went with them. They answered all my questions and the ladies who work there were very kind and patient with me, even though I was very nervous about everything. They also seemed to have a great selection of wedding gowns. If I hadn't found my dress in the north where I live, I'm pretty sure I would have found it with them.

Unlike other places I went to, I didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything and she was super transparent and honest. The boutique is a clean, beautiful atmosphere to try on bridal dresses and my experience here was nothing less than perfect. Meg also helped me customize my dress and gave me suggestions and ideas. If I could give Loretta Bridal 100 stars I would! What an AMAZING experience! I was a little nervous going into the appointment to look for my wedding dress, but Meg was THE BEST! She was so professional, kind and just made me feel SO comfortable. I picked out a few dresses that I was SURE I would like. and the dress I walked out the door with (which was the only one that made me cry) was one that Meg picked out for me and looked nothing like the ones I had chosen.

My mother-in-law, mother, and I had so much fun trying on bridal and mother of the bride dresses. Lily was so nice to work with. She really got me! Meg was so stylish and knows how to pull and pin you!

It was such a great experience here trying on dresses! All the ladies were great! I had Lillie who was amazing at helping me find the perfect dress! Very friendly and easy way around the different types of dresses. The first one I tried on ended up being the winner at the end of the day! Dresses are beautifully made and are all priced very well. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Loretta Bridal was exactly what I was looking for! Amber was absolutely amazing. Her, my mom, and myself shared a few good laughs and great stories through the dress process. I found my dress for the big day, and they even are able to alter the back to exactly how I want it. If I could give 10/10 I would! The atmosphere is perfect, the help they give is great, and just down to earth!

Lillie was so personable, helpful, and nice and really took the time to make myself, my mom, and my grandmother feel comfortable. The store has a great selection of dresses and all of the people who work here are knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at Loretta Bridal! I highly suggest making an appointment there. The ladies was so accommodating and kind. Every time I called or sent an email I was greeted with a fast response right away! I didn't have to wait days to hear back from them and that truly meant a lot to me. They take away ALL the stress! I couldn't have chosen a better place for my first experience of trying on wedding dresses.

The ladies here were so nice! I got stuck between two dresses and they helped me decide and I am so happy with the dress! They also have a lot to choose from and don't limit how many you can try on like other places.

Karina helped me find the most beautiful dress for my wedding. She was extremely genuine and personable in helping me, and made finding a dress extremely fun. She made me feel beautiful, and attended to both me and my mom who came with me. Although my wedding isn't until next year I can say with confidence that I found a beautiful dress with beautiful and big hearted people who helped me to so. Love this place. I recently had a destination wedding down in Naples, FL and Loretta Bridal steamed my wedding dress after it was wrinkled from our plane ride. They were so nice, fast, did an amazing job and reasonably priced. Thank you for helping to make my dress beautiful for my wedding!

I purchased my stepdaughter's wedding gown, veil and head piece jewelry here. Gown came in quicker than expected! Her experience was very pleasant, the woman helping her was patient and listened intently to her likes and dislikes about each gown she tried, helping her narrow down her choice to find "the" gown. She went back several times, first her mom and grandparents, then her mom, myself and her dad - never pressuring her to make a decision.

To see her glowing happy face when I purchased the gown was truly priceless. As far as pricing, you get what you pay for - her gown is lovely with many details and embellishments, and just what she wanted. I'm giving 4 stars as her fittings haven't taken place yet and that can make break the experience. I'm hoping for a great one! Post wedding update: The alterations were perfect. Gown was perfect, my daughter was so happy and loved her dress. She looked gorgeous and I highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding gown to stop in.

I walked in honestly pretty sure that I was not going to find a dress that day, but I was very wrong. Lillie made me feel comfortable and she made the whole process stress free! They have such a great selection with such amazing prices! I was so happy to say yes to the dress there!

Does not "support online experiences or help with measurements". I just needed some help with a dress a had at home & she sent me out. Pretty sad.

Boston bride here with parents that live in Bonita Springs. My mom and I scheduled an appointment at Loretta's so that she could come dress s hopping with me and I could not be happier that we did. I got a call a few days ahead of the appointment to confirm and I voiced my worry and nerves about trying on dresses. I'm a bride in my mid 30's and not as thin as I was in my 20s. Loretta's had plenty of sizes to try on.

I ended up going with a discontinued gown that was the second I tried on and absolutely perfect. There was no pressure to get a more expensive dress even though this dress was $1100 under my budget. It was 'the dress' and they were so supportive and lovely to work with. The best part - I got to leave with the dress that day, carried it right on the plane home and it's sitting pretty in my closet now.

I visited Loretta Bridal Boutique with my mom in March 2018 to search for my wedding dress for my August 2018 wedding in Baltimore, MD. We didn't actually have an appointment -- we just walked in -- but were greeted with such kindness and welcoming arms. I ended up trying on three gowns and chose the first, which is from Allure Bridal, as my dress.

I didn't need any alterations, but had Loretta take care of the bustling. The store also shipped my gown to me in Washington, D.C. and it arrived in perfect shape. An all-round excellent experience. Thank you Loretta Bridal!

I'm a Chicago bride getting married in Fort Meyers; I hadn't been wow'ed by any of the dresses in Chicago - except for the price tags! During a quick weekend trip of wedding planning, my mom, auntie, and I decided on a whim to make an appointment. I am so thankful we were able to get in, my experience was wonderful! I had been to 5 other dress shops in IL, each store only had 3-7 options that fit my style, at Loretta's, I fell in love with half of the store!

It was so hard to narrow it down! They were so patient and kind. You can tell they've been doing this for years, their knowledge of dresses and tailoring helped me make my decision and say yes to the dress! My experience here could not have been better, I will recommend this place to everyone, local or not, book a flight, make the trip, you will find you're dress here!

I planned a trip to Florida from Massachusetts to buy my wedding dress ( my sister's live in Florida and couldn't imagine shopping with out them). I arrived at the shop a bit of a nervous wreck worried about finding a dress and worried about figuring out the whole shipping a dress back to Massachusetts. Well. From the minute I walked in the door my consultant Lauren made me almost forget how nervous I had been.

She was amazing helping me with every aspect of picking out the perfect dress to making sure I would get it in time to have alterations done back home. I also loved thst the shop had each bride in their own private space so it really felt like me and my famiky were the only people in the shop. I would highly recommend this shop. Oh and up in arrival back home I received the sweetest personal thank you note in the mail.

I went to Loretta Bridal Boutique to look for a mother of the bride dress. This is a beautiful store with many dresses to pick from. The person who helped me was Lauren, who could not have been more helpful & lovely. I purchased my dress there & even got a discount because I was able to buy the dress that I tried on. I brought the dress back when I had my shoes in order to have it shortened.

The lady who shortened the dress (Egle's Creations) was outstanding as well. What a pleasant & easy experience. I wish I had another child so that I could go back to Loretta Bridal Boutique & get another dress.

I showed up without having an appointment or calling just to take a look around. The owner was so kind and actually let me try on some dresses. After a handful of beautiful high quality gowns, I was sure that the first dress I tried on was the one! She helped my find a headpiece and matching veil that I absolutely loved - and all on a walk in. A few weeks later I even got a hand written thank you card in the mail. If I could give this woman and her shop 10 stars I would! Even with my low budget (under $1000) I found the dress of my dreams.
