I worked with Melissa from Harbour Bay for my wedding, and she did an amazing job! She was so thorough, flexible, and patient in terms of the planning (especially with my many requests as we worked through the proposal!), and the whole team did a fantastic job creating the florals for the wedding, including personal bouquets, tablescapes, and ceremony decor.

I got quotes from a lot of different vendors, and Harbour Bay seemed the most fair, while also delivering a high level of service and a beautiful product. Can't thank them enough!

Beautiful flowers and a nice selection. The woman at the cash register was super helpful and even helped me out to the car with all the flowers that I bought. This is definitely not an inexpensive florist but if you would like high quality flowers then I would suggest coming here.

Melissa and the Harbour Bay team were absolutely amazing! We hired Harbour Bay for our December wedding, and I'm so glad we went with them for our florals. I had probably called at least 10 florists trying to find someone who could accommodate our budget, vision, and needs, and Melissa was such a blessing to work with. Melissa is such a kind, understanding, and flexible person and made sure our florals both fit our budget and our vision.

We were also planning from out of state, so it was really important for us to have someone who could accommodate our needs. From the very start, Melissa dedicated time to understand our vision - she combed through my Pinterest board, took time for calls/emails to understand what we were looking for, and really made sure the Harbour Bay team fully understood what we wanted.

Being out of state, it was also super helpful to be able to rent decor items from Harbour Bay and not have to worry about day-of set up. We rented vases, lanterns, votives, and other items from Harbour Bay that aligned perfectly with what we were picturing. They took care of all the set up and break down of these items so we could focus on our wedding and not the smaller, day-of details.

When it came to the day of, Harbour Bay/Melissa perfectly executed our vision. Our florals were absolutely breathtaking. We're still receiving complements on them! Our guests loved them so much that they took some of the centerpieces home, and the centerpieces lasted more than a week after our wedding. Our ceremony and reception space were absolutely beautiful! It was a pleasure to work with Melissa and the Harbour Bay team - I highly recommend them!

We contacted multiple florists about wedding quotes, including Harbour Bay Florist. We sent every florist as much information as we knew, so my fiance and I could have as accurate a quote as possible. Harbour Bay Florist called and said "you were going on and on about your wedding in your emails so we decided to call you." She was condescending, acting as if calling me was a disservice rather than the possibility of a long lasting relationship and a wedding job.

My fiance heard the call as well and was taken aback by the abrupt rudeness she had. I hope everyone who uses this company has a phenomenal wedding and a great experience, but we simply had a horrible interaction. We want our wedding filled with laughter and joy, but the phone call only gave us negativity and poor service.

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my niece after she had emergency surgery and the flower arrangement came out beautiful! Better than expected. I have ordered flower deliveries in the past and have always been disappointed with the end product, but Harbour Bay did an amazing job and the arrangement looked identical to the online photo. Thank you so much for creating a beautiful arrangement. She loved it and so did I.

I don't even know how to begin to describe how incredible Harbour Bay was during the past 2 years of wedding planning. From the start they were accommodating, understanding, supportive & gave incredible suggestions to help with wedding planning. We, like many others were a Covid couple. Our first ceremony was supposed to take place on 4/18/2020. We postponed at our venue due to lockdown.

We assumed we just wouldn't get married on that day until Lisa & her team mentioned their drive-thru wedding service they added to help out other covid couples. We decided to move forward with that option & were able to get married on our original date at their florist shop. It truly was the perfect little ceremony & they made my husband & myself feel like royalty.

I'll never forget that day & will always remember how amazing the whole team at Harbour Bay was. Fast forward to our ceremony & reception a year later. We again used Harbour Bay & they pulled out all the stops. Our florals & decor were breathtaking. With a few pinterest pics & several phone calls they took all of my ideas & turned them into a stunning reality.

Our guests still talk about how beautiful our centerpieces were & I still stare at my bouquet daily in pictures. I'll always recommend Harbour Bay to anyone who needs a local florist. They provided more then just florals, they provided support, understanding, accommodation & overall just a truly incredible experience!
