Our wedding cake came out just like I wanted, it looked so beautiful! Creations Cake did an amazing job. The cake was gone by the end of the night! It was delicious and everyone loved it! Creations Cake was the only bakery I found who was able to do a cookies and cream flavor which is my husbands favorite and it came out perfect!

From the start Creations Cake stood up for us. During our tasting, we were very impressed on how they presented the cake samples and the variety of flavors we got to try. It was a fun process and the cakes were very moist and delicious! Susie and Melissa were amazing! Our design was sketched exactly to how we imagined and on our wedding day, the cake looked perfect! They are very professional and passionate! Highly recommend Creation Cakes!

Creations Cakes saves me from a sea of bad cake vendors! The cake was the vendor that took us the LONGEST to nail down. The bakeries we tried were 1) expensive as all get out and/or 2) didn't write down a darn thing I was telling them about what I wanted, and just told me to send them pics of the different things I wanted combined Creations cakes had a packet that she filled out as she met with my now husband and I.

She made everything completely customizable and after she filled the entire thing out and we were like "yikes that's still too much" she started going back through the packet and adjusting things until we got exactly what I wanted for the right price. She was so patient and organized it made me feel soooo much better. She took diligent notes, drew a detailed diagram, and attached the photo of the cake we wanted. I will ALWAYS use creations cakes for the rest of my life!

I ordered a 3-tier cake for my wedding & I was shocked to see the cake since I never physically met up with Susie. The cake was absolutely beautiful & delicious! She was very accommodating & great at communicating with us. I think the price was very reasonable, too. Very impressed!

Creation Cakes did an amazing job creating our perfect, delicious wedding cake. Guests at our wedding commented how they usually avoid wedding cake because it's poor quality but they were SO impressed by how amazing our cake tasted! I had a bride who attended our wedding ask who made the cake because she plans to book from Creation Cakes based on what she tasted! Not only did this cake taste incredible, it looked gorgeous and was exactly how I envisioned! Highly recommend!

Our wedding cake was amazing! Two tiers with cat paw prints and flowers. One tier was Italian creme and the other was white almond with whipped strawberry filling. Utterly delicious! Everyone enjoyed it and they delivered it all the way to Chama Gaucha in San Antonio in this awful heat. They have a refrigerated truck so I still got to have my buttercream frosting. Amazing work as always!

My fiance and I had our wedding consultation recently at their shop in Pleasanton. We were very impressed on how they presented the cake samples and the variety of flavors we got to try. The cakes were very moist and delicious! You can really tell that they are made with love. Sally was our consultant and she was very friendly and helped us design our wedding cake to match our personalities and theme.

We received Great customer service and she was totally understandable to the crazy ideas we had. First impressions are very important to us and let's just say we were very impressed! Can't wait for our wedding day! I know I can put my trust into amazing professionals!

We like many others who offered reviews have used Creations cakes for many years. The first cakes were my daughter's wedding cake & groom's cake which were both very well done & tasted amazing! So three years later I ordered a baby shower cake and it too was wonderful. Fast forward to 2 1/2 years later and once again I ordered my daughter's 2nd baby shower cake.

It was to have a fondant plane on top with clouds and the sides were to be hot air balloons. Yolie asked if I would be okay using some sort of edible imaging paper for the balloons as it would cut the cost down on the cake so I agreed. The cake was to be vanilla with a fresh strawberry filling, 2 layers to feed 20 people at a price of $111+. When we arrived to pick up the cake we were a bit surprised at how poorly the balloons looked on the cake but the airplane was adorable so we accepted the cake (we needed the cake & didn't have another option).

We refrigerated the cake in the box until the shower & once we opened the box we noticed the edible paper hot air balloons were lifting from the cake so we pressed them back down. Then came time to cut & serve the cake and the filling was almost nonexistent and had NO fresh strawberry flavoring. A close friend who had attended the prior two events that we ordered cakes from Creations cakes asked where this cake came from.

I told her from the same place and she was shocked! She thought the cake was a bit dry & flavorless & not done nearly as well. Before I posted this review I sent an email to Creation Cakes to explain to them our disappointment and the reasons we were disappointed. It has been a couple of days now and I have not heard a word from them so they must not care about return customers of which I no longer will be.

I ordered a three tier cake and the bottom two tier flavors were wrong. I needless to say it's too late now to even make it up. The lady who delivered my cake to the venue called my sister in law and was rude to her on the phone. Yes I told my sister in law they had other cakes to deliver when we spoke Friday, but I don't care if you had 10 deliveries the customer you are at currently with that's your priority not the next or last delivery.

Learn customer service please. You said you wanted to make sure I didn't stress on my wedding day well when I cut into my cake and see the wrong flavor that's stress. When my sister in law calls me to tell me the delivery woman was rude and she was about to go off on her that's stress. Needless to say I won't be back to use your cake shop for future needs.

This wasn't the first time this has happened to a wedding in my family yall ruined my sisters cake 5 years ago as well but she was to nice to complain after the fact. I on the other had expected more from your bakery and received one star service.

Our wedding cake was beautiful, exactly what we wanted. The ordering process was easy, the staff very friendly and helpful. It was ready in time and tasted wonderful.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL WORK DONE HERE! Susie, Yolie, Sally to name the mains are wonderful. They are so friendly and very detailed with you. Let you know up front everything and very reasonable and fair considering the cake designs and their flavors WOW! lots of times you see beautiful cakes but taste Terrible! Had my wedding cake done here and recently my daughters first birthday cake. Just gorgeous! Thank you ladies for "creating" my dream theme to a reality!

CHECK YOUR CONTRACT! We did a sample tasting with Yolli, and went into GREAT detail on what we wanted for our wedding. Yolli took lots of notes, and we trusted that since we did go into great detail we didn't think there would be an issue. My husband signed the contract and sent them payment since we had so many other details to take care of.

The owner of our venue was even shocked that Susie let this kind of error happen. We also asked for butter cream frosting because we both HATE fondant. Although the cake looked perfect, and tasted good. It was not made with the dark chocolate cake with the marbled cake in the middle. Imagine our surprise when we are cutting into our wedding cake and notice that it's not made to our request!

My husband did sign the contract, but did not read it thoroughly. I guess this goes to show that even when meeting with their "Professionals" you still can't trust them to follow your instructions or request. For the amount of money you pay, you would think there would be a little more professionalism, and following the notes, and if there is any question, call your customer! Disappointed bride, now wife.

For many years we have used this business exclusively for our family events. The cakes were delicious and fairly priced. Now however, they have priced themselves out of what most people can afford. Such a shame that this little bakery has become so out of touch with the community.

Creations Cakes did a wonderful job helping us create our wedding cake. They were cordial and professional throughout the months we worked with them. Everyone was friendly, willing to answer any questions, and followed up to make sure we had all the paperwork completed before the big day. They listened to our vision, offered welcome advice, and gave us so many flavors to try during the tasting that we couldn't eat them all!

Delivery and set up went off without a hitch, and the four-layer cake was just as beautiful and delicious as I'd dreamed. I only wish we could have whisked the rest of it away with us on our honeymoon. Amazing job, Creations Cakes. Thank you for being an essential part of our once-in-a-lifetime day.

I wish that we could have had a better experience with this business. Unfortunately, the wedding cake they made for us, COLLAPSED before our wedding reception even started. (Prior to this, the vendor assured us that they had successfully delivered multiple cakes to our venue and that there would be NO issues with the set up or arrival.) However, shortly after delivery, the cake began to slant and in a matter of minutes fell apart.

We initially asked for a refund, however the owner refused and said that they would rather replace the cake for us in the future. This week, we tried reaching out to the business to follow up with that offer. Only to find out that we were not going to receive a replacement cake but rather a "$100 credit" on our new cake order. Mind you, we paid over $600 for our wedding cake last May.

This week we were asking for a smaller and less expensive replacement, however they were not willing to follow up with their promise. We are very disappointed with the outcome and how they handled themselves in this situation.

The cakes Creations Cake made for our wedding were awesome! My wife had a three uneven layer circular white spice cake with teal ribbons, and I had a Texas flag colored speckled trout chocolate cake. We had last minute changes that included another tier for the chocolate cake, and they were excited to do that for us. My cake turned out so much better than I was hoping for, and I know we were both happy with the brides cake as well. I would defiantly recommend this business to anyone looking to get a great cake for any event.

This place is a fantastic job on my wedding cake. Going away to Pleasanton was well worth it. They provided so many samples and some choices it was the taste testing ever. They designed the cake exactly as I wanted. They always kept me well informed of what's going on and answered any questions I had. The taste of the cake was so good everyone enjoyed it.

I was coming home from out of state and was looking for a cake shop for a party. On the phone the employees were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They said my local family members could come into the shop and taste a few bites before I placed the order. We ordered both a red velvet and pina colada cake. They were a hit - both very moist and beautifully decorated. They were so good I decided to comment on yelp. From the website it looks like they do mostly wedding cakes, but it turned out just fine for our small party.
